He knew exactly where I was stuck and how to get there quickly, and was familiar with the shop I wanted to get towed to. The tow truck had not picked up the vehicle 2 hours after the scheduled time. When I called to find out what the status was, the call center was unable to contact the driver and requested for me to wait for a callback. After 10 minutes, I called again and spoke to a different call center agent - who was able to get the actual company on the line to inform me that they had lost one of their tow trucks and that they should have called us earlier, but that they would be able to pick up the vehicle 3 hours later. This would now have been over 5 hours of time for which we are responsible to pay our expert - an amount in the thousands of dollars. I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone retain the services of this company unless they want to be stranded.
