Upon speaking with Anthony over the phone, he was able to sort out what he could do for me. I was priced at $296 for a flatbed towing truck and asked Anthony to drop me off at a location 17 miles away. Initially I was willing to pay for his service ahead of time but Anthony preferred I paid him in person, which is perfectly fine with. The day of service, Anthony communicated well by informing me when his previous job would end and when he would be arriving. Something I was pleasantly surprised by. After my car was hooked up to the truck, our 17 mile trek began. The drive was smooth and safe as he made careful driving decisions. All the while, we held nice conversations throughout the commute about one other's lives. Unfortunately, the location I was dropped off at did not have good cellular service so I had to pay Anthony a few hours later. He accepted Zelle payments so make sure you have service where you're being dropped off at to avoid my audition. Thankfully, he was understanding and was able to accommodate me for this by letting me pay later. All in all, I definitely would recommend his towing services. Thank you again!"

We parked briefly while ordering drinks, and before we could even finish our order, someone came in to warn us that multiple cars outside were actively being towed. The signage situation is completely misleading. From where we parked, there were only two small signs meant to represent the entire backside wall of the apartment building. We did not park directly under a sign. We were later told that there used to be a sign under every parking spot stating "no parking," but those signs were removed. They also claimed there was a sign at the entrance to Summerfield, but that sign is not a legitimate or visible warning. It's bent halfway backward, nearly unreadable to incoming cars, and despite claiming to provide contact information in case of towing, it lists none. When confronted about all of this, I could tell the worker felt ashamed because they couldn't give me a direct and straight answer, unable to make eye contact with me while communicating and just darting their eyes around because they knew what they were doing was wrong, purposefully targeting people who were unaware, they were straight spawn camping us. If a business can't afford to install clear, visible, and properly placed signage, they shouldn't be towing vehicles. This felt less like enforcement and more like predatory behavior. We were forced to pay $730 just to have the car dropped on the spot, which is outrageous, unacceptable, and straight theft. We also witnessed their carelessness with other cars. When they would unhook the car, they dropped it from so high that a loud bang sound could be heard, which could very well inflict damage on the cars.

My car was lawfully parked outside Dynamic Automotive where it was actively undergoing scheduled mechanical service, with all necessary documentation and authorization right inside the vehicle. Sanders Towing wrongfully hooked and impounded the car anyway. When the auto shop realized what happened, they immediately contacted the tow yard to inform them of the mistake and demand the vehicle's release. The police department was also notified of the error. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and rectifying the situation, Sanders Towing held the vehicle hostage and forced me to pay $474.00 out of pocket just to get my car back. To make matters worse, they padded the invoice with fraudulent charges: my car was in their lot for barely 26 hours (picked up the following afternoon), yet they billed for two full days of storage at $77/day on top of an exorbitant $320 towing fee. Taking authorized customer vehicles from repair facilities and gouging customers with fictitious storage days is outright exploitation. I have filed a formal dispute and chargeback with my bank along with reports to the appropriate authorities. Avoid this company at all costs.
