He's out here operating with a suspended license, stiffing the demo crew who tore out our flooring, and leaving us with a destroyed home and a half‑finished job. His installer barely got 10% done before the entire crew disappeared without a single word. I've tried calling. I've tried emailing. I even showed up at the local office -- all I got were pathetic excuses and zero accountability. The demo company and I have already filed complaints with the contractors board and the financing company because this man thinks he can just take people's money and run. How does a grown man blatantly steal, lie through his teeth, and operate with zero integrity? Every response he posts to negative reviews is defensive, rude, and dripping with shady behavior. He cannot be trusted. Nothing he says is real. And I have the documentation to back every bit of this up. I wish I had dug deeper before hiring him. If I can stop even one person from getting screwed the way we did, then at least this disaster serves a purpose.

We did our research on colors and when we arrived there were so many of choices! We narrowed it down and found someone who could help us. The staff made sure we purchased everything needed along with the LVP. We were purchasing enough for more than 2,000 square feet so it took us 3 trips to pick it all up. It was great that we were given that option. Since we saw that we'd do a few more projects in the future we decided to open a card and get the promotional discount for doing so. We let the staff member know we were both educators and she was super helpful. We felt the value we paid for what we purchased was spot on. While we were waiting for our items to be brought around back to the loading zone we looked around for our future home projects. The loading staff was awesome. They made sure to load everything for us quickly and made sure they stacked it safely into our SUV each trip we took to pick up all of our items. We will for sure return when we're ready for our next project. Definitely recommend!

It's a four color paint to look custom and rustic but modern at the same time. Nate made all mitered cuts and put the frames up perfectly. They didn't give us any time to explain what we wanted or how we wanted it done. They just brought us to the back and left us there without asking us for more explanation on what we really wanted. We walked in with our baby and the slabs they left us to look at were out in the sun and only towards the end did one of the fork lift guys tell us there was umbrellas that we could use for shade. We just felt like we were inconveniencing them by being in the store. Would not recommend this location. Go some where else that treats customers with more care

Thankfully, our daughter, who happens to be a FIDM graduate, accompanied us on this outing and was a huge help in narrowing down our choices. We opted for shaker cabinets in a blue/gray color, quartz countertops, porcelain wood look flooring, and a geometric grayish backsplash that looked like jewelry. Then they installed a solid waterproof barrier, poured a new concrete floor, repaired drywall and it is good as new. That was last month. This week, Joe Martin send his plumbing pros, Ed Ahumada, Jon & Romero to figure out a complex boondoggle which has been wasting gallons of water before hot water emerges. Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects.
