However, he did so without doing anything but turning on the microwave (without anything in it which is a known no-no) for less than 10 sec. HE DID ABSOLUTELY NO DIAGNOSTICS. He then told me he could have the replacement magnetron in a couple of days (no problem he stated). After a week I called them and spoke with the manager (at least she said she was the manager). Upon telling her of the delay she apologized profusely. I stated not calling me to inform of the delay was unacceptable and YES SHE AGREED. Then they finally sent out a 2nd tech who was very thorough and diagnosed a faulty control panel. He also said a couple of days to get the control panel. Another week passed and I again called the 'manager' who again apologized. THIS AFTER I REMINDED HER THAT SHE APOLOGIZED LAST WEEK FOR THE EXACT SAME THING WHICH WAS NOT INFORMING ME OF THE DELAY. In summary: 1. The first tech was totally incompetent. 2, The manager does nothing but answer the phone and apologizes (she has lots of practice I'm sure). Her goal seemed to be to get you off the phone . 3. They are higher than other repair companies (the previous control panel replacement was $380 while this was $522. 4. They placed no effort into correcting their inadequacies. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

They are MORE than capable to return phone calls, but appear to only call back after receiving a bad yelp review. My initial phone call at 2:04pm was to request a copy of the report sent to my home warranty today. Yon refused to send me a copy stating "I am not his customer" yet my home warranty assigned them to us. Yon tried to explain to me what "back ordered" meant as if I don't know what it means. I asked him how is it possible to have a part that's back ordered for 3 weeks+ yet my home warranty couldn't get a hold of you or anyone or get a report until today? I asked Yon if they received my full service request sent by my home warranty but refused to tell me what they received until I told him what I wrote. I told him I wanted to hear what he received first because I don't trust what was said. He pulled out the religious card stating "they are a Christian small business" with integrity. I responded, please confirm with me what was sent to you by my home warranty. He read off EVERYTHING I submitted. How is it possible that you received my full service request from my home warranty yet YOUR FATHER (Yon confirmed it was his father) disregarded everything else stated on the request. Yon stated that his father can't stay for a full load, but how can they know what to repair/replace if they can't fully diagnose the issue? After a 20 minute phone call with Yon, nothing was resolved and he stated I will be denied m/refused service and a report will be sent to my home warranty stating they will cancel all future services to my property. Thank you Yon for being one step ahead of me because I would not like you or Nurr to come back to my home again as your unprofessionalism and bad customer service speaks volumes. I stand with my review. Look somewhere else, do not call them. Wait, they don't even answer their calls. UPDATE 4/7/26 2:04pm: I received an email from this company after WEEKS of no communication after I posted my review. I will insert a screenshot. I guess to get a response from them, you have to post a review of your honest experience. Also, I tried calling after I received the email, straight to voicemail. 0/5 if I could, I would. I went through my home warranty to repair my washer that all of sudden stopped working. My washer also started popping up codes that I could not trouble shoot. My home warranty charged me $100 for them to assign someone to come take a look and fix the issues (PLURAL) I presented in my service request. I waited over 2 weeks for this company to reach out to schedule a consultation to see what exactly was wrong with my washer. MIND YOU I had called this company multiple times, left multiple voicemails, and no answer. After the 2 week, they sent me an email to "text" them my availability and to be broad and flexible. I texted and emailed, no answer. I had to reach out the my home warranty, to reach out to them, no answer again. I then received a random text message stating I was scheduled for a day and time. Once this service provider came to my home, he probably stayed no more than 5 minutes total. COMPLETELY disregarded the notes in my service request. Said it was only the touch screen that needed fixing. My husband told him that the washer doesn't complete a wash, it doesn't load water or drain it, and there's a high pitch squeaking that happens during the first rinse cycle even after the washer is empty. He ignored my husband and said it turns on so that he couldn't do anything else. In disbelief, we complained to our home warranty and said that they have to wait to receive their report of their findings. FAST TRACK 3 weeks!!! No answer from anyone. My husband and I call our warranty for updates as we haven't had a washer for over a month now, and my warranty stated that they haven't received the report yet. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE WARRANTY HASNT RECEIVED A REPORT THAT WAS DONE 3 WEEKS AGO???? My warranty promised us that within 48 hours they will receive the report, that was on 3/30/26. Fast track 1 week 4/6/2026, still nothing!!! We asked for a supervisor and that is when things escalated and FINALLY received a report the following day. Now they are saying they have to order a part for the touch screen of the washer that can take weeks even months. But how is that they couldn't do that over 3 weeks ago??? I'm COMPLETELY dissatisfied with this company and I have yet to hear from them. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional service and behavior.

The machine was filling with water and wouldn't drain--the drain pipe was clogged. I didn't formally meet Scott today, but my roommate did and she said Scott did a 10/10 job! The price was low, he came right on time, and he even gave us some future advice. Scott noticed that our washing machine door is a bit jammed. So he gave us a tip on how to successfully close the door every time. The door needs to be smacked really hard on the top of the door. He also warned us that we have a gas dryer, which emits carbon monoxide. So when we use our dryer, we must always ventilate the apartment. Rlly good to know!
