When we walked in, none of the young employees greeted us or even made eye contact. We walked around the store for over 10 minutes and not a single person acknowledged us, despite the fact that there was only one other customer in the store. We ended up being there for more than 20 minutes and still no one offered help, asked what we were looking for, or checked in with us at all. It felt like we were completely invisible. We were genuinely hoping to find gear and give our business to a local shop, but the lack of basic customer service made that impossible. Really unfortunate experience, and I hope they address it because the community deserves better.

The location was easy to find and had a very large parking lot. The store layout was pretty standard so I was able to locate the items that I wanted. I found the aisles were kept clean, stocked, and well organized. Since I only had a few items, I was able to quickly use one of the self checkout kiosks to pay for my items before I was on my way. The prices weren't the lowest, but they were still pretty decent.

I was going to ask if they had anything in the back because you used to be able to get just about anything there and if it wasn't in stock they would order it for you but no one even bothered to welcome or pay attention to me. Yes, you have to pay to get in, yes that's a bummer but you get the money back in a drink token. The place is always clean, the lights in the sunset, am the early morning sunrise. All just good!!! When I find out our games are here, I'm stoked! I'd pay eveytime to use clean bathrooms, seats, tables, and restaurant.
