Hubster called and they had it!! Located in the Mapunapuna area, this was easy for us to get to. I'm not an electrical expert, but they did have a lot of things that you won't obviously find in a Loewes or Home Depot. Shelves aren't stocked...but that's the reality for ALOT of businesses nowadays due to shipping issues. This place was worth the trip! Customer service was great. Employee spent quite a few minutes answering questions as we did not want to drive there and them not have it, When we walked in they were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

After some research, I found that Aloha Power equipment was the place to go to find what I needed. This location is in a warehouse right behind the Costco gas station on Alakawa Street. I asked for help at the cashier/parts counter and the young man confirmed that they had the model I was looking for in stock. He went in the back to get it and had it unboxed, assembled, and ready to go for me in about 10 minutes. I really appreciated that this saved me the hassle of getting that done and having to dispose of the box at home. He also offered to help me load it in the car. The price I paid for the mower was reasonably higher than what I found online and about what I expected. You have to account for the cost they incur having to ship this stuff here. Like a lot of places these days they also charge a 3% credit card fee. As an authorized Honda power equipment dealer, they also supply replacement parts and warranty service. It gives me some peace of mind knowing that I can bring my very expensive new mower here if I have problems during and after the warranty period.
