I did go see Noah immediately and sure enough, got my EU2200i. A very nice lady customer asked me if I was going to have them pre-test it. I had not thought of that so I asked and both Garrett and Noah both assured me they would put oil in it, a little gas and give it a test. I offered to buy the Oil and was told no worries. They did set it up and test it so and I walked out the door with a set up, pre-tested Generator. At a time when Tropical Storm Norbert was looking like it was going to be another Hurricane. It was most refreshing to have a store take the proper time to make sure all was right in such a hectic time. Getting a Generator's during Hurricane time (or Possible) is a tough thing and these folks were the best !!! He went in the back to get it and had it unboxed, assembled, and ready to go for me in about 10 minutes. I really appreciated that this saved me the hassle of getting that done and having to dispose of the box at home. He also offered to help me load it in the car. The price I paid for the mower was reasonably higher than what I found online and about what I expected. You have to account for the cost they incur having to ship this stuff here. Like a lot of places these days they also charge a 3% credit card fee. As an authorized Honda power equipment dealer, they also supply replacement parts and warranty service. It gives me some peace of mind knowing that I can bring my very expensive new mower here if I have problems during and after the warranty period.

Called the following morning to speak to the GM and Maryann had picked up and said he is not in and don't know when he will be in, so I had asked her, why did you tell me to call at 7:30am to speak to the GM she replied " are you calling to make trouble? your a trouble maker! stop making trouble you GIRL!" and hung up.
