Vlad and Boha did an excellent job. Seemed honest and hard working without stopping to take breaks. Disassembly/ reassembly went fast and smooth. Underestimated the time it would take for using just 2 movers. Thought it would be 3-4 hours but ended up taking 5 plus an extra hour for double drive time so 6 hours total. Luckily they let me do partial cash/card since I didn't plan for that much time. Longest part was the packing as they wrap everything (beds, chairs, bookcase, tables, etc) in shrink wrap plastic but it helped to protect it. Some small scratches on the wall after but I think that's expected when moving. Minus 1/2 star for being 2 hours later than they originally told me. Overall went well without any major problems that I've noticed so far read more

Awesome people who care! Fabulous job and they were patient and professional. Great rates!

Called Pacific Moving on a last minute move and Michelle was helpful and were able to accommodate us as quickly as the next day. We had a team of 3 ppl, with the foreman Jan S., who called me in the morning before arriving to confirm and give me a 30 minute heads up. They arrived promptly, and the guys were courtesy and moved quickly. They were even able to move some exIsting furniture in the house for us. Great experience, and we'll definitely use them again in the future!! read more

The moving service is pretty fast and effective. They packed and loaded everything carefully. Definitely will contact them for my next move.

The movers Adam and his team (4 guys total) did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everybody was very nice and professional and I am so glad to have them as my movers. It took longer then I expected and had to do double the trip but it is not their fault because I just have so many things in the house. These guys did not slack off at all and worked 11hrs straight minus 20mins lunch break. I was very impressed how strong they were. I would definitely recommend Adam and his team to anybody looking to move. Tips: Pack and box your stuff before the moving day to speed up the moving. Provide water bottles/ lunch for these movers cuz they really deserve it. They work so hard to a point I felt bad. **If you go over 8hrs is considered as overtime so you have to pay time and a half. read more

Love, love, love these group of movers! They came into our apartment going in to our new home and they moved everything so quick! It didn't hurt that they were easy on the eyes! Moving is so crazy because of all the emotions but it's great that we didn't have to carry all the heavier stuff and they just did it with ease. It was like a breeze for them! I definitely recommend and A+++++ service! read more

I'd like to thank Rauan and his friend (forgot name) for being hard working, diligent, and very professional. Had a project to remove everything from our storage units into a new unit, without knowing exactly how long it would take. We ended up working for 8 hours with a 20 minute lunch break. I was very impressed how these guys managed to carefully and efficiently move everything. They were also able to disassemble and reassemble our shelving racks. We will definitely be using their services again! read more

Pacific moving services was great. They were professional, friendly and fast, and very easy to work with. Art was the point man and was amazing. They were very careful with my items to ensure they didn't break anything. I highly recommend them. They arrived at 8 am on the dot and get straight to work. They gave a very fast quote and prices were very reasonable. Communication was clear and concise. I received an email confirmation with all of the details. No frills yet just enough info to understand what's happening day of. I purchased the 4 movers service and they finished in 3 hours. They were very friendly with my dog and didn't mind him being around. They wrapped all of that necessary items and packed everything properly. I needed a few extra boxes, and they had no problem providing them to me. Highly recommend! read more

Ok I hate moving and all that it involved until now!! I had to move some office furniture and they were so responsive and were very transparent on pricing and did not screw you over with costs. They brought all their own moving tools so that it could run efficiently and get done as fast as possible. They went above and beyond to finish the job when we got there which made my life much easier. They were also patient with me as we had an initial issue with getting access to the storage unit and then some issue with positioning the furniture. Thanks so much Dennis and nicolio I will recommend you to anyone I know ! read more

Professional and a pleasant moving experience. Highly recommended. Also, excellent driving skills for such a large moving truck.

Used them to move from a second floor 1 bedroom apartment to another second floor 1 bedroom apartment this past Saturday 3/23/19. Their original arrival window was from 2-5 but they ended up arriving right around 2 which was great. Hired the 3 movers with 1 truck and they got the job done promptly and with no damage! I appreciated the care they took to wrap our furniture and belongings. I was at first a little concerned since we have 3 40 gallon acrylic tanks but everything arrived just as it was. They didnt speak much as English was their second language so I didnt get their names but they were very polite and professional. I've heard some nightmare stories in the past about moving companies so I was pleasantly surprised with our experience! If you're looking for an honest moving company with fair prices look no further, you'll be in great hands! read more

Tima & Tom were our movers! I could go on and on about how helpful these two men were and how easy they made the process for us. They were able to easily carry all of our furniture and provided cardboard boxes to put a lot of our stuff in for the move. They were quick, efficient, and made sure to check with us if there was any confusion or needed to have clarity on what to move. We felt very comfortable having them in our apartment and they were extremely respectful. These two men were a great face for this company and we would one hundred percent recommend using this company. We will be calling this company in the future if we need help moving again! read more

Three weeks after our daughter was born, the unit next door to us caught fire. Just about all of our belongings were ruined. We decided to pay for our most valuable and special items to be professionally cleaned in hopes to keep those. We decided to move for our newborn daughter's health. After living in a hotel for a month, we found a new house. To relieve stress, we decided to hire movers. Unfortunately, this moving company caused more stress. There are marks on each piece of furniture that they touched. They overloaded our $180 bassinet to the point where it is broken. The items that they overstuffed it with were our most precious items that were breakable and now ruined. Including collectibles such as a Disney carousel of characters that have been passed down from my grandmother. Also, collectibles that my husband and I gave to each other that are irreplaceable. During the move, we noticed the damage to our fridge that they caused. We pointed it out and they removed an hour from our bill. Which at first we were grateful for, but reflecting back, it took them an hour to put the fridge back together! We lost just about all of our brand new baby stuff in the fire and had A LOT of items to replace. We paid to save the expensive items, but these movers destroyed them along with very precious things. We regret hiring them, since they caused so much more stress than if we hadn't and ruined the few precious items that they have. For being "professional packers and movers", they did a very terrible job. read more

I had originally scheduled the movers for this past Tuesday 8/27/19 and the plan was to have them pack all our stuff into a POD container that was delivered the day before. The movers arrived promptly and with adequate notice. Andrew was very upfront and honest with me, advising that there was no way all of our stuff would fit into a single POD container, especially since we had a number of large appliances. He worked quickly to help me figure out another solution. What ended up happening was that Andrew was able to connect me to his manager and I explained the situation to her and that I was on a timeline and needed to be moved out before Thursday 8/29. They were kind enough to reschedule for the following day and didn't charge me for the time they spent at my house while we figured out a Plan B. The movers left and I ended up getting a storage unit at a facility not too far away. Andrew and his crew arrived again yesterday morning 8/28/19 ahead of schedule and got to work immediately. I had a great time getting to know them and Andrew was nothing but professional the entire time. They worked tirelessly in the summer heat, and without a lunch break, for 7.5 hrs and managed to get 99% of my stuff packed and on the road to storage in a single trip. They unloaded everything into the unit in about an hour and we joked and conversed the entire time. I have a lot of respect for what these guys, and all movers alike, do for a living. It's hard work, and I was incredibly grateful to get such a good group of guys to help me with a stressful move. I appreciated Andrew's candor and his help in figuring everything out. I am very pleased with the service provided by Andrew and crew and by the reps I dealt with over the phone. I will have no problem recommending them in the future. Thanks guys! read more

Did the owner pay for all the five star reviews? My crew was the Russian crew discussed in other reviews. If you want to babysit the movers, then go ahead and hire this company. I could've had better luck with teenagers assembling everything. My move was fairly simple. I'm moving offices. I had new furniture in boxes. All they had to do was transport the boxes and assemble the furniture. I would definitely not hire them to move houses. I didn't even have them move my stuff from my old office, just transport new furniture. They did the job, however, it was very stressful having to keep an eye on them. My mom saw them go back into the truck and take out parts to my furniture when supposedly all my furniture had been unloaded and whatever was in the truck was trash. If you're moving houses, look elsewhere. Like I said, I just had new furniture that required transportation and assembly. read more

This is probably one of the best experience using n moving company. Got 3 movers for the 3 bedroom house and they were great. Booking process was easy and they asked about al specific items, which is very helpful cause my movers came on time with all moving supplies. After spending countless hours searching for a moving company, we decided to go with pacific. Im very grateful that we did because our experience exceeded our expectations. We moved from a 2BR apartment to another 2BR apartment Corona, CA to Anaheim. Sean, Galib, and Denis were the most honest, diligent and hardworking guys i could have asked for. They started moving boxes before i even signed the paperwork!! Never once did i feel like they were wasting my time, being careless, or inattentive to our needs. This is a top notch company, and these three guys made our moving process a dream. No damage to any items, everything in the truck secured tightly, and the staff was incredibly polite and professional. These guys dont take breaks!! With the drive to total move time was 6 hours and fifteen minutes. If you are moving in the LA area I highly recommend using this service. Booking was easy, three days before our move. There were no hidden costs or gimmicks, and they treated every box as if it were filled with wine glasses. I am beyond pleased with the entire experience. Thank you Sean, Galib, and Denis for helping us move into our new home! We will definitely use Pacific Moving Services again. read more

I just want to say thank you guys for being so professional and taking care of our move. We had 3 guys come out. When i first went to greet them i thought man we have so much stuff and these guys look so young. Man they proved me wrong! These dudes kicked a$$! We filled up a 53' trailer from front to end. They took 2 5 min breaks. I told them to take a longer break and they refused. They didn't stop working. Every time i tried to help they would take whatever i had in my hands and load it for me. They made sure all my furniture was professionally wrapped and all. I would highly recommend them and this company. Thank you guys for being so professional and handling our move the way you did. Big thanks to Eric and his crew! You guys rock! One more thing. They also brought their own truck with a lift Gaye because the trailer we rented did not have a gate or a ramp. So i added a pic to show. Thanks again! Would highly recommend this company read more
