This is my second time in two years using Pacific Moving Company. Both times have been excellent. Moving is such a stressful time. Especially during the pandemic. Rauan and his partner came in with masks and gloves on. Worked hard the entire time and finished before the time I had allotted in my head. Thank you. I hope to not be moving any time soon. But if I do I will definitely be using them again. read more

This is an update from my previous review 9 days ago when they moved me to Yuba City. They put a hole in my leather loveseat with drag mark. They finally called after almost a week and said they were sending out a professional repair man to fix it. He came out, had no business name anywhere, and proceeded to repair damage by gluing it and drying it, then painting it with wall paint. It's leather, that is not how you professionally repair it. Called repair shops, and they couldn't believe what I told them. They said it should of been patched and a dye for leather used, wall paint will peel. Talked with company, told them not happy with unprofessional repair, all they want is a picture, and they don't care that it's not repaired, right? I should be compensated for damage they caused. Can't trust them to send anyone else out. Who paints leather with wall paint? Think twice about this company. read more

From start to finish our move was wonderful! We We're called and informed a prompt arrival time, Adam and OG went right to work, our movers were both were friendly, careful with our belongings and they wrapped everything so well. We were so scared to use movers but we are glad we ended up making the choice with this company, it was totally worth the price to have our furniture and belongings safely delivered to our new home. Once again thank you Adam and OG for your hard work! read more

Talgat, Gosha, and Lyosha were fabulous! They were 1/2hr early and stayed late until the job was done. They wrapped all the furniture better than I've ever had it done and they were careful not to scratch any of the walls. Well worth it and very nice!!! Would highly recommend! read more

Found these guys on a Google search. They were on time and very fast!! I have no complaints. Talgat, Gosha, Lyosha and BA were very nice and very helpful and they didn't waste any time moving us into our new place. They even accommodated special requests including disassembling and reassembling our master bed. It used to creak before they disassembled and now it is like it was when we bought it. Hire these guys!! read more

Pacific Moving Services - Great job! I would use them again for another move. - Movers Near Me - Carmichael, California

This review is overdue as they moved our furniture pre-COVID. We needed them to move our furniture from our public storage space to our new home. Honestly I wished we hired them to do both our moves (from our old house to the public storage) had we known that we would've had a good experience with them. They were on time, super friendly, and pretty fast. They handled our furniture and boxes with care (nothing was damaged or dented). The thing that stuck out to me was that after they left, we started putting our son's IKEA bunk bed together only to find out we were missing a piece (a small bar). It was a real bummer but it was small enough that I knew it wasn't their fault cuz it definitely was easy enough to have gotten lost in all the shuffle. Anyway, one of the movers (I wish I remembered his name) actually drove back to our house (in his personal car) later that day to drop off that piece! I'm sure he was tired after working and I have no idea how far we live from their base, but we were definitely appreciative that he made the extra effort! read more

Eric, John, and Galym did a really great job today! They move super fast! And all of them are very friendly! Definitely a good experience!

Best moving experience we've had! Ban, Zhunygh, Alish, and Renot were our team. We had them pack and move for us. They were very fast and took a lot of care to make sure nothing was damaged. The move went very smoothly thanks to them! Would highly recommend. read more

Do not use Pacific Moving Services! I used them for my move this weekend and experienced several significant issues. When it came to pay they expected me to put my personal information on a piece of paper the movers were taking with them. This included name, last four of cc, the security code off the back as well as billing address. In 2020?! This made me extremely uncomfortable. Who knows where that sheet of paper really ends up. Additionally, the contract lists multiple business names( pacific moving services, Hollywood moving, etc). The move it self took 5.5 hours, for which I was charged. However, we purchased the three movers lunch and they asked if they could take a break and eat. Therefore I not only fed them but paid for them to eat as well. The movers lacked attention to detail. Before we left to head to the new house I had to remind them to get the items off of the patio. As if that wasn't bad enough they left additional items at the first house that I had to retrieve the next day with the help of a friend and their truck. Several items of clothing were damaged am due to their lack of attention to detail and them haphazardly placing the clothing items in the new closet. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble and money, select a different moving company. read more

Once again, a fantastic job by this company! Kana, Dima, and Rauan all worked very hard to complete the move. We encountered a little hiccup with the couch not fitting up the narrow stairs, but they were up to the challenge and I am amazed at their dedication to their job. This will continue to be my go to company for moving. read more

Jan S and Tim's team were awesome!!! They were very fast, efficient and professional!!! By far the best movers we ever used!! I highly recommend them!! read more

Prompt, efficient, careful with my items. Very polite team members. Delivery to two locations, 60 miles from the origin and 1/2 mile between the 2 final landing spots. Nothing broken! One drawback- they only had 1 truck for my move and I had to do a multi step move. Packing on a Thursday, moving the next day; a third day a week later (though the third day may have been a communication error on my wonderful spouse's part). Would refer a friend if asked. read more

Today we hired Janob,Nurzhan,Jurgalbek,Dmitrii from Pacific Moving Services to help us move our 1,860 sq ft house into a POD to be shipped long distance. When they started I didn't think it possible to fit 1/2 of our stuff into the POD. We hired the guys for 3 hrs and AMAZINGLY the guys got ALL of our stuff packed tightly into the POD in just over 2 hrs. They were even asking for more to put in. They were also very polite and courteous the whole time. I would definitely hire them again! I wish they were in the area we're moving to to help us unpack! read more

Erbol and his crew was punctual and professional. Everything not boxed we're shrink wrapped and with a blanket for more fragile items. Although we had to make two trips they worked fast. They uninstalled and reinstalled our appliances. Make sure you recheck that they reinstalled appliances properly and it's working. I had to recheck the dryer because the vent was not attached and the refrigerator did not dispense water. Overall, the team was friendly and courteous. The service had a competitive pricing. I would use this company again. read more

I had an appointment with an arrival time of 8am to 9am. I had to call the office right before 9am to see what time the movers were arriving. I did not speak to a live person and left a voicemail asking for someone to follow up. At 903am, Janob called to let me know they were in route. I stated they were already late because the arrival time on the order was between 8am to 9am. The movers Janob and Erbol arrived past 915am. They were friendly and efficient. They came into my apartment unit to assessed the items that had to be moved and were surprised it consisted of a mattress, box spring, metal bed frame, couch, tv, two lamps, mirror, coffee table, end table, tv stand, and a few odds and ends. Erbol mentioned that it was a 4 hour minimum and I told him that it was ok and that I was fully prepared to pay the price of 4 hours. (Personally, I did not want to move all this heavy furniture myself with family and friends and subject ourselves to strained muscles!) These gentlemen were polite and friendly. They worked well together wrapping my items and moving it fast with ease. The entire move order was finished within two hours. These guys did a nice job setting up the furniture in my new apartment home. They made sure I was happy with the service before I signed off on the paperwork and submitted payment. Thank you Erbol and Janob. Pacific Moving wasn't the cheapest quote I got for moving. However, they treated my items with care. They are upfront with the pricing (cash versus paying with a credit card) and packing included them brining all the needed supplies. I would've given 5 stars for this review. The only reason why I didn't was due to arrival time was after the time quoted of 8am to 9am and that I called the office to ask when the movers were going to arrive. It's only common courtesy to call and give a heads up if you are running late. I will use this company again when I do move out from my apartment and will recommend this company to friends and family. read more
