I found Pacific Moving Services on Yelp and they were quick to respond to my request for a quote. They were more of the reasonably priced movers that I found. On the day of the move, Erbol and Sultan helped us out and they were extremely professional and polite. I felt bad with having so many items to move but they were very fast and efficient. Even during the move, they were attentive and asking several times if there was any issues with the boxes or large items. The moving crew was on tome on their ETA. Crew was nice and polite. I got a couple of dings on my refridgerator and a bed that is partially broken but eas fixed. i was charged for 300$ on top of their hourly rate for refridgerator and bed in which i find unecessary due to its part of moving. They forgot to clean ip their empty wrapping ad empty tspe materials on the bedrooms they worked on. Overall they were ok i just wish they shoulve not charged me for bed and fridge. I was extremely impressed with the service and work ethic of the movers. They showed up and went right to work. They moved my wife and I from a three story condo and never once complained about the number of stairs they repeatedly climbed. The guys were so efficient in how they packed their truck that they were able to load all our belongings from our home and drive to a storage unit where we had more stuff. I was worried how it would go hiring professional movers as I've never done that before but I was beyond happy with how professional they were! They were on time, with 4 guys and a big enough truck for everything and they were quick and careful about getting everything wrapped up and down a flight of stairs with no damage to the walls, floors or my belongings. It was easy to schedule our move date and on the day of our move, Ryan was in constant communication with us. When he arrived, him and his partner were quick and efficient. They were able to protect and move our furniture from our second floor apartment to their truck within 1.5 hours. I've been meaning to post this for months. I moved in September and had a terrible experience. The place I was moving to had to postpone a week so I called to see if they had an opening the next week. She was nice and says yes no problem. Then the next week comes and no one shows up. I called to see what time they were coming because it wasn't specified. So, when I called before she deleted my move and didn't enter it in the computer. They said they could get someone there later. Then they were unable to come. They assured me they'd be there the next morning. So I said ok. I already turned off internet so I got a huge cell bill. The next day a truck wasn't working. She said someone would come either when that truck was fixed or after another team finished a job. They didn't end up coming until around 5:30-6pm. My move was not completed until after midnight. I was unable to see my kids that night because it was far too late for them to come home. All his headache cost over $900. They had claimed they were going to reimburse me 300 for all of their mistakes and they never did. I'm giving an extra star just because the movers themselves were very nice and good at their job. The company, on the other hand, needs drastic help. read more

I was in desperate need of more professional movers after the disastrous experience I had the day before. Pacific Moving Services were the quickest to respond to my inquiries and they were even able to come out the very next day. I had a pretty complicated job - maneuvering one oversized piece of furniture up six flights of stairs with very tight spacing. Think Tetris. There weren't any guarantees that the job could be done. Thankfully, the company sent Vladimir to come and take a look prior. I don't think anyone would want to pay for a job that possibly couldn't be done. Unfortunately, it was mission impossible. I was offered discounted pricing if I wanted to attempt. I really wanted to attempt. I wanted that piece of furniture in my apartment so badly! He could had pushed me on, but he was very honest and upfront and said that although he wouldn't mind trying, he really didn't think it was doable. I really appreciate his honesty. Plan A failed so on to Plan B. Vladimir was able to come back out the following day and move the piece to another location. I am very happy with his service and would definitely recommend. I always shop around for services unless they were recommended by close friends. This time I did not, not only because time was of the essence, but because he made me feel comfortable and reassured after such a horrifying experience with the precious movers. Do not use this moving company. They will scam you. I moved several months ago and the actual move was fine. The movers broke a piece of our bed frame and they gave me two options. They said they could either give us a $100 off the total price or they would take the frame and fix it, then return it the next week. We took the second option because I wouldn't have time to fix it myself. Two weeks went buy and we heard nothing. I called the office several times and left messages. I finally texted Michelle at Pacific Moving Services and she said she would contact the fleet manager. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I texted Michelle back twice and finally after a couple of days, she said the fleet manager would call me. A week and half went by and I heard nothing. I texted Michelle back and I have heard nothing back. That was back in November. Why would the company say they would fix it but then never get back to me? It because they are a shady company and thought they could get away with it. They probably never had any plans on fixing it or did fix it but then sold it. I'm never going to recommend this company to anyone. You guys are liars and thieves! read more
