These guys are awesome! I set up an appointment for the 26th thinking it was for Monday. After they showed up, I asked if they could come back the next day. The manager was very accommodating and said "NO Problem!" They showed up the next day asd worked from the time they got there until the time they left. Quick, efficient, professional & took good care of our items! They packed our overstuffed 1 bedroom apartment and moved it all in 4 hours! Thank you Rauan & team! read more

Thanks for responding and saying you can't do it that I'm too small to deal with, but I respect your honesty

We moved from a 3 bedroom one story to a 5 bedroom two story. We had mostly everything packed, but quite a bit of furniture. We also have a one year old so we decided movers were the best way to go. We've never had movers before so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. Pacific Moving Services did a great job communicating with us and getting the job set up. On the day of Rauan and his team were fantastic! The arrive time was between 8 and 9 and at 8 I got a text updating me on their arrival time. They showed up when they said they would and never stopped working! They carefully wrapped all of our furniture and loaded the truck up. They were efficient and very hard working. The entire job took a lot longer than we thought but Rauan and his team were great to work with! I would definitely recommend them! read more

Do not recommend! My neighbor used this company so I decided I would attempt booking with them to move my office. They don't answer their phone or will pick up and you can hear people and kids yelling in the background and then they hang up on you but will immediately text you. I tried to ask questions over text but they only answer what they want. Crazy! What kind of professional business does that? Later I found out they damaged several items and over charged so its a good thing I dodged the bullet. read more

Ryan and his team were hands down excellent! They arrived timely, worked hard, and finished quickly. They were professional and affordable. All of my property was handled with care, and I was satisfied. We will use them in the future if we need any movers! Thank you Ryan read more

I've moved a few times over the last 10 years and have consistently had issues with contracted movers... they're late, work slow, are unprofessional, or show little regard for my personal belongings. Today I had Erbol and his crew from Pacific Movers handle my move from a storage unit to a small condo. They were punctual, professional, and took extra care with all of my property. I highly recommend these guys for your next move! read more

The guys were extremely professional and efficient moving our belongings from our storage unit to our new home. They were cautions with our boxes marked fragile and even helped boxed things that were in bags for easy transporting. They asked where to place things along the way. I would 100% recommend them to anyone moving. Thank you guys! read more

John and Tima are awesome!! They made everything so easy! Amazing job guys! They called and gave me ample time to prepare for their arrival, they also arrived when they said they were going to. USE.... THESE..... GUYS.... After my original movers had me rent a U-Haul truck, scheduled a time to come help me, waited until after I picked up the truck, then flaked out on me, I was livid, exhausted & pressed for time to be out of my apartment with no one available to help me. After browsing a few Craigslist ads & contacting a few companies, I finally came across Pacific Movers. They offer 24/7 (& last minute) service, their own gigantic 24' truck & all the tape, wrap, wardrobe boxes & other packing supplies imaginable to make your move a cinch... INCLUDED in their hourly rate.... exactly what I needed! I called & spoke with Mike who easily coordinated my move & accomodated my schedule. My movers, Nick & Golib, communicated with me every step of the way.... from when they were leaving their last location to where they were in traffic even. When they got to me, these guys turned into super heros! When I say I didn't have to do a thing, believe me, they handled it all! They made sure all my belongings were all properly wrapped & protected, provided amazing customer service & worked their fingers to the bone as quick as can be expected! Alllll yelpers need to use these guys... you won't be disappointed! read more

Whew! Just finished a 7-hour move with this company. I totally underestimated the time I needed, but this 3-man team were troopers!! The foreman even stayed a bit longer to help reassemble a day bed from IKEA. (Darn assemble-yourself furniture!). The three movers were polite and worked consistently. Of course they took breaks (7 hours!) but I never saw them rest for long. There was a few knicks in my furniture but I'm not too stressed (it's IKEA!). Overall I was pleased with the move. If I had to do it again I would hire more people. Overestimate what you need (boxes, packing tape, time....everything!) read more

Amazing movers that were fast, careful, and professional. Nick kept in touch with me and the team was actually able to move earlier than the afternoon time they had available. Everything was wrapped in padded blankets and plastic wrap, and they move quickly and carefully! They disassembled and reassembled my queen-sized bed, and did so well moving into a house on a pretty steep hill. We had such a great experience with Pacific Moving Services. We started the day on time, and they gave us a courtesy call on the way to our place. All three guys were very careful and meticulous about wrapping our things. Also, it was very hot but they still moved fast. Unpacking went even faster. Great service and kind guys. If we ever move again, we'll definitely use PMS again. Also, we didn't have a big budget, but the services were affordable. read more

Fast and efficient and the workers are nice. Price is reasonable, and the owner was very accommodating to my needs. I hired them last year for a move from my old home, and another time to my new home, and both times, they were great with handling my items including my heavy piano. I referred them to both my friend and my coworker and they both loved them too. Thanks for your help. read more

Thank you Jay, Andrew and Team for making the move so easy for us! You provided wardrobe boxes which enabled us to leave our clothes on hangers. You were quick and efficient. You figured out how to break the office desk down to little parts. We had to move things to storage first and then to our next home. Andrew and Team managed to pack the truck so that the storage things were accessed first and nothing was damaged in the move. Andrew you explained the entire process and made sure you kept track of the drive time on your stopwatch to ensure the double drive time was calculated correctly. We are so thankful you were able to move that super heavy elliptical machine with great ease! From upstairs to downstairs. We know that moving heavy furniture on wood floors with dollies will lead to some damage to the floors. Thank you Jay for getting the claim started immediately. You have been super responsive since the beginning. Thank you Michelle for getting it handled quickly so that escrow could close with no issue. We will definitely be requesting Andrew and Team for our next big move. Especially so that you can put the desk back together again :) Thank you everyone at Pacific Moving Services! We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends! read more

We contacted them to help my elderly parents move a week before the move date. The window for the movers to show up was from 2pm-5pm today. They called at 2pm saying it would be 5pm. At 4pm, they called again and said it would be 7:30pm. At 8pm, they said it would be 8:30pm to show up and start moving. We had to ask to cancel. I'm not sure how these guys have 5 stars from every single reviewer, but overall, they couldn't show up and now we have to pay extra for other people to move and other penalties as a result. Stay far far away. read more
