I am so glad that we found Pacific Moving Services for our move to Playa Vista! Nurlon and the team provided us with an awesome experience and a no-stress move day! They quoted us an arrival time of 8-10am and arrived promptly at 8am (like we requested!). The move itself was speedy and efficient. Great price and great experience overall. I definitely recommend this moving service!! read more

Darkhan, Pasha, Kostya, Zhuma were very fast, efficient, and professional. They moved two apartments into one house in 7.5 hours. That time includes disassembly and reassembly of 4 beds, shrink wrapping of all furniture, toys, etc. (it was raining that day). They have their system down and that's what makes them super quick. Would definitely use them again! read more

These guys are the best! Nick and Og did a great job! We had a ton of stuff to move and these guys got it done timely and quickly. They communicated things along the way and were very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for moving services. read more

Hired these guys after doing some research & they were the most reasonably priced. Have never hired movers before but since I'm 7 months prego & my husband is still recovery from surgery we were desperately seeking help! They were very professional & prompt with communication & being on time. Nick & his crew never slowed down & worked tirelessly in the 95+ degree heat. It ended up being more expensive then I had anticipated but it was well worth it & we will hire these guys again if we ever have to more elsewhere! read more

First time using a moving service. Quick efficient convenient and kind. I would definitely recommend. Thank you! read more

Thank you to Tony and Alex, our awesome movers today (11/11/18)! Fast, courteous, and chill guys. This was our first time hiring movers vs doing it ourselves and we're totally convinced!! Well worth the money!! Wasn't even that expensive! Licensed company, minimum 3hr reservation, insurance included at around $0.60/lb. The Yelp voucher was helpful, $20 towards $40 credit. Will definitely use this company again and refer to friends and family. read more

So just got done moving with the help of Alan and his team! They were on time and were so professional with their help and service. Pacific Moving Services - Thanks guys! - Movers Near Me - Carmichael, California

I had the opportunity to work with Erbol and Iskhak this past weekend. They arrived right on time, we're super motivated to get the job done, worked very efficiently, and were so courteous and polite. One of the things I liked most was that both Erbol and Iskhak were very careful with my belongings and treated them with respect. They were truly a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company for your next move. read more

We used Pacific Moving Services to move my mom from Loma Linda to Huntington Beach last week. The guys were nice, but extremely slow. It look over 10 hrs to move furniture from a one bedroom apartment. Did this same move the opposite direction with a 2 bedroom apartment in about 7 hrs also with 3 guys. This team did not throw away their plastic trash, left a heavy side table in the hallway of a neighbors entrance. Did not put mirrors back on dresser, attach handles back on fridge, or put wheels back on dresser. Left labeled boxes in all the wrong rooms, blocked the bathroom door with boxes. My mom is 81 with a serious heart condition and cannot lift anything heavy. They asked me to buy them lunch which they said they would pay me back for and never offered to do so (I was planning to comp them). They were specific where they wanted food from and what to order...unbelievable!!! The restaurant was not even convenient! Then I was told later that only one of them could eat the food since the other 2 were fasting! Why did they order 3 meals? Is this why they were so slow and keep saying there was no more room in the truck! Very young and inexperienced movers. The move cost me about $500 more than the last move with 1 less bedroom full of furniture!! read more

Fantastic!!!! Seriously the best movers we've ever used! We've moved 4 times in the last year and the movers we had today were easily the best. I forgot the main guys name (Danny?) blonde-sassy young man. Ben and Alba?? I want to make sure they get a high five for the work they did. They really were spectacular. So efficient and professional. They were also done about 45 minutes early. They moved a few things around for me to eat up some of the time I was paying for because of the 3 hour minimum. So helpful and wonderful. Really a great group of individuals. I will 100% be using this moving tram again and again! Thank you again for the great care you took of our move. read more

The crew was quick, kind, and treated my stuff with respect. Nothing was damaged or lost and the price was reasonable. I would use them again. read more

Tim and the team were great! They were efficient and quick. We felt very comfortable with the team moving our furniture to a storage unit. They wrapped all of our furniture and made sure everything we had was handled with care. We will be using them again to move our furniture to our new home soon. We are very happy to have found them on Yelp! Yelp did not let us down with this moving company recommendation. Thank you! read more

I hired them to do a move for me. They called the afternoon before and asked if they could reschedule. I said that would not be possible. I needed the day I scheduled the week before. They told me they would call me back to see what they could do. After an hour I received no call. Later that evening I received a message saying they could not move me on the date I scheduled. They never called me back. read more

This company overcharged me made a huge mess at both my houses and then left a transport trailer blocking my entire driveway for five days without asking ahead of time. And repeated requests to move it did nothing. They didn't even take my box spring for my bed. Horrible customer service do not hire this company read more

7 hours to move my home one block from where I was living. My house was packed except for some odds and ends here and there- as typical when moving. 3bd2ba plus storage shed. 3 man crew. Never took more than 4 hours on all previous moves. Seems like very long time and cost added up quick. Three stars because they did wrap everything- even rewrapped stuff that was already packed/ wrapped. So everything was taken care of but I still can't get over the time and cost for such a short distance move with no more items, than Ive moved previously. Probably won't use them again. read more

This is a great company ! Had service prior for family move and was recommended to use them ! Well worth it . Came very prepared and with all they needed. Took care of all our need ! Highly recommended! Thank you again! read more

Very profesional, they left everything exactly as it was before, very fast!, definitely if I move again, I'll call them again, great service!, it was a rainy day and they were very careful with the floor, they used a blanket on the floor and nothing got dirty. read more

From the beginning, the customer service was great! The response time was super short. My move occurred on Super bowl Sunday with Oleg and Eurie. It rained some of the move which was horrible but they were good sports about it. I had a lot of heavy and large items and they were excellent about moving with care. I realize that I should have hired 3 people because the move took longer than expected but I am satisfied with the service Every thing was wrapped and covered with blankets. Drive time is double so plan accordingly. I would use this company again. read more

I requested a quote on Friday 5/31/19 to move a complete cal king bedroom set from an upstairs bedroom in Pomona to an upstairs bedroom in Beaumont. They were able to do the move on Sunday 6/2/19. Nobody enjoys moving, but Pacific Moving Services makes it less painful. We've used them for packing and moving two houses and they've done a spectacular job both times. Showed up right on time and worked their butts off. Furniture showed up at the new house in the exact condition it left in which is a minor miracle when it comes to moving a whole house. I hope to never move again but if we do I'd definitely call these guys! read more

Overall 4.5 out of 5 rounding up to a 5. Had 2 men. Very nice guys. Efficient. Careful. The only thing that I found odd was that they did not have tools. Which for me worked because I'm a person who does so I took apart the dresser, disconnected the washer dryer, etc. But for a an elderly person or someone without tools I'm not sure how it would of worked out. Overall though great experience. No stress. Would definitely use them again. Great prices. Also they were available last minute and then again when I had to reschedule it. Very easy to work with. read more

I moved 08/08/2020 out of my one bedroom apt. Alisher and Zhasik were my movers for the day and these men did an amazing job! I lived on the 3rd floor and they took care of all of my boxes, furniture, and garage items. They worked swiftly even during the sweltering heat!! They were both EXTREMELY polite and I felt at ease for handling all of my belongings. They wrapped all of my furniture with moving sheets and plastic wrap, very securely, no damage! Because of these gentlemen, I will definitely hire these guys again! I was stressed over the move and these guys took care of it for me! Thank you so much Alisher and Zhasik!!!!!! read more

Great service! Quick and easy! Would recommend to anyone trying to move! Nick and his crew arrived on time and let me know in advance they coming. Fast and efficient, no hidden fees and fair. Recommend anyone who needs responsible movers and professional as well !!!! read more

I do not recommend using this moving company. They showed up 1/2 an hour late with no call. I explained what items were being moved and they wrapped and tried to move items that were staying at the current house (wasting time). They marked up my wall and when I asked them to fix it they asked my husband if he had a white marker (the line was a deep blue on a white wall). I'm 7 months pregnant and go to use the restroom and there was pee all over my toilet. They didn't even bother to wipe it off. I had to ask numerous times for them to wrap my daughters crib. They left 15 mins before my husband did to go to the new location and my husband showed up before them... we waited an additional 1/2 an hour then called the manager. The claimed they stopped for 10 mins for lunch. At this point they were gone well over a hour. Then they call and say they are lost. They went to the completely wrong address. I looked at my confirmation and I wrote the correct address down. When they got here my husband personally started helping them take things out of the truck. When finished, we paid them (with the manager removing time for their lunch) and tipped them STILL 20%. I then go upstairs and notice our chest is completely marked up. Attached is pictures. The chest is completely black. I am very disappointed cause when you see 5 stars on a yelp review you expect 5 star service. This was definitely not it! read more

Great movers. A little slow with furniture assembly but they take direction well. Showed up on time and got it done. Recommended.

Great service! Adam & Kana just finished moving me out of 1 condo to another. They were on time, courteous & respectful.
