I stumbled upon Pacific Moving Services on Yelp, and the reviews looked very promising. I soon discovered the Yelp reviews were correct! I started this moving adventure through the Yelp messaging feature. This moving job focussed on moving my daughter's furniture from an apartment in Orange to a residence in Chino. Regarding the communication on the Yelp messaging feature, it was quick, detailed, and the move was scheduled. Pacific Moving Service also provided a detailed email that further explained the prices and move details. They indicated two movers would be present between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The two movers, Andrew and Roma, were on time at the Orange apartment. They were friendly and efficient. They seemed to really take pride in the service they were providing. Within a very short time, a bed had been disassembled, a TV put back into the original box, and everything was on the truck. They also arrived promptly at the destination. They rebuilt the bed and placed the the rest of the furniture in our selected locations. This was a true 5 star experience; from the initial messaging to the final destination. They also treated our property with respect. If you need a reliable moving company with reasonable prices, you should give Pacific Moving Services a call. read more

I watched these guys move my aunt a couple of months ago and was pleasantly surprised at how professional they were and that they were very careful to take care of her belongings. So, of course when I found out I needed to move, they were the first ones I called. They were on time, professional, friendly, and took great care of my items. I absolutely suggest that you give them a call. read more

Malik and his team were excellent! They were efficient, careful, and hard-working. I highly recommend them!

Sam and his team did a great job! They were very friendly, efficient, and left all of my belongings in good condition. They moved boxes and furniture in the dark and in the rain but didn't let that slow them down! My only criticism is that they were a little later than expected (only a half hour), which wasn't a problem for me, but it might be if someone's really pressed for time. Overall, though, I would highly recommend Sam and his services. read more

We were in need of some movers to help with a local move that included a stop at my office for some furniture. We were overjoyed with the work of Andrew and Tony! They were very communicative, on time, and reliable. Most importantly, they treated all furniture as if it was their own making sure everything was safe and secure during the move. They also disassembled and reassembled furniture as needed and did it all under the minimum time for the quote! We will definitely be using Pacific Moving Services again, when needed, and highly recommend! Cheers! read more

Overall, had a great experience! They arrived promptly on time and were very efficient in getting all of my items packed up and moved into my new home. Would highly recommend. read more

Do not choose this company for your move! Bad communication, movers arrived late and stood around racking up the time if I wasn't watching. I loaded up 3 cars before they arrived. They notified me of items they didn't damaged but not the ones they did. Several items damaged as well as walls in my new home. My 1 bedroom move cost me $750. Don't do it. I gave them 1star because the movers were friendly. They would rather chat it up then move your sh*t. read more

I chose this company because the rate they charged was reasonable ($120/hour vs. most charged closer or above $200/hour), bonded, (they were insured in case they damaged your property), and they used popular apps to pay them. In my case I used Venmo. It was easy to set up a move date. They arrived early and had all of the equipment needed. I had a large staircase that they had to maneuver through that made the move challenging but they managed to quickly and efficiently move my goods with little difficulty. Overall the service they provided was excellent. I will definitely use them for any future moves and I would highly recommend them. read more

These guys are fantastic! Super efficient and fast, offered to go above and beyond, double checked that we got everything and asked where I want everything placed. Fair pricing, and excellent communication setting up the appointment. I hope I don't have to move again for awhile, but if I do, absolutely calling them again! read more

Hired Pacific for help w/ loading our 2 bedroom home into a UPack freighter truck for an out of state move. This was our first time using movers, so we were a bit nervous, but the whole experience went smoothly! They were responsive when we reached out for a quote, and followed up with us throughout the process with confirmation of scheduling and inventory for materials (which went a long way for calming any anxieties we had about the process). The actual loading process was smooth all around, and they worked within the limited space we had reserved in the truck which was a huge relief in terms of cost for us. They showed up on time for their estimate and worked efficiently for the 3 hours it took to load up. The 2 guys who helped load were polite and respectful. 10/10 would hire again. TLDR: Very reasonable pricing and were responsive throughout the process. Would absolutely hire them again when moving in the future! read more

Update: The move itself went great as well. Once again a smooth experience. Not a single thing lost or broken despite lots of fragile objects. John, Jim, Isaac, and Antonio were efficient, helpful, and professional. No surprise charges, just the plain hourly rate. Would use them again! read more

Pacific Moving Services - Packed up boxes and furniture - Movers Near Me - Carmichael, California

I used Pacific Moving Services in a two part move from one apartment to storage, and then from storage to the new second floor apartment. Both experiences were great! Sula, Vlad, and the third gentlemen (I didn't catch his name) were polite, efficient and did an excellent job. They wrapped the furniture to prevent damage and ensured all items were transported and stored safely. I would recommend them to anyone looking for services in the greater Sacramento area. read more

I would absolutely hire them again to help with any of our moving needs and will definitely send them to friends and family . These guys are top notch and provide an excellent service. Very impressed with how they treated my property. Thank you guys for the hard work!!! read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE! DO NOT HIRE THEM! Damaged furniture, overcharged, didn't move pieces that were supposed to be moved...I could go on and on. I had to hire a better, much more professional and efficient moving company to finish the job. AND, to top it off, the two movers needed to take a 45-MINUTE BREAK in the middle of the move. I've contacted the BBB to report this fraudulent company. read more

Trustworthy, straightforward and no hidden fees, responsive to directions and a huge help in getting the move completed. Great job guys!

Actually 3.5 stars: Talgat and his team were very professional. Scheduling with the company was a breeze and they had availability within the same week. On the day of, four movers and the truck arrived on time within the designated window. They were very thorough and careful with wrapping all the furniture with blankets and Saran wrap. However, I feel that they worked a little slower than expected and also maybe because they were charged per hour. Prices were also higher than other local companies but we had no choice because we needed to move within the same week. Edit: Someone from Pacific Moving Services reached out to me regarding my 3-star review to address my concerns. I appreciate their extra effort and commitment to customer service. Therefore, I am updating my review to 4 stars. read more

Super appreciative of these two gentlemen right here. Very reliable, super careful with your belongings, and they move with haste. I used this company last Sunday 2/24 and everything was done to my satisfaction. I booked on the phone with someone named John nice guy - I booked 3 guys and 1 truck (keep in mind it's less for 2 guys per hour) however I didn't mind paying for a 3rd guy since my move was the whole Condo. They were on time, called me the morning of to confirm the appointment and to inform me of their ETA. When they arrived I was greeted by 3 young men in which I got the leads name to be Tim. Very nice guys, very professional and efficient. We walked into my Concod and reviewed the whole house and explained the plan and instructions. They were on point and did just as I expected and didn't waste any time. Of course I helped too but they did all the heavy lifting of all the big furniture. I was there to help with a lot too small boxes chairs etc but I also coordinated items. The crew shrink wrapped every piece of furniture which was great because another company didn't even offer that. I booked and anticipated to finish the job in 3 hours but I took 4 hours which was not a problem because it was a lot of work! We moved 2BR condo which included 2 bedroom sets, a baby crib, a full living room (no dining table), washer & dryer and fridge, and back patio furniture plus a lot of boxes and misc items. Once we arrived at the storage they took initiative and re ordered and stacked my storage - I won't lie I was stressed as the truck they brought was almost full and it's a huge truck! These guys are awesome and I plan to use them again in the furure read more

Pacific Moving Services - Hardworking and good humored!! - Movers Near Me - Carmichael, California

Best moving service I have ever used. The whole experience was smooth and fast and their price was very reasonable. When you call to ask for a quote they ask you about your moving situation to get more information and for me that whole process went smoothly. I didn't feel pressured at all. After I confirmed my move date with them they called me on the day of the move and informed me how long it would take them to arrive. They arrived within the specified time and I was greeted by extremely friendly people. Once they started moving my stuff, they never stopped. There were no monkeying around either. They worked effeciently and also took great care of my items, securing each one so nothing gets scratched or damaged. There were 3 of them and they finished moving everything within 3 hours. I am extremely satisfied with their service and I would highly recommend them for any movers. Russ, Sayat and Boha all did an amazing job! Thank you!! read more

We hired 4 movers for our recent move and these guys were excellent. We were barely packed and John and his team were able to help us get all the furniture assembled/disassembled, and though we were rather disorganized, they got us moved into our new home in a day. We literally could not have done it without them. I would not hesitate to recommend. Remember to figure out lunches/waters/beverages/snacks/tips for the movers! read more

It's been a year since I made my big move with this company and I still feel the need to ensure I write a review to give other's an idea of how great this company is. They are honest, hard-working, and I couldn't recommend them more. We made a big move from California to Texas and Anastaiia, Israil, and their entire team was amazing. They were very communicative, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Moving to a different state is very stressful but they definitely eased my mind about moving our things. It was great to have a dedicated truck with only our things in the truck and the turn around time was 2-3 days (as oppose to other moving companies where they charge you by the cubic ft, your things are combined with other people's things, and the delivery takes 2-3 weeks). The price for moving was very reasonable and I can't say enough good things about this company and staff. If you need to move, don't hesitate using Pacific Moving Services, you WILL NOT be disappointed! read more
