They moved boxes and furniture in the dark and in the rain but didn't let that slow them down! My only criticism is that they were a little later than expected (only a half hour), which wasn't a problem for me, but it might be if someone's really pressed for time. I usually use another company for my moves but they were booked out so I did my research and found Pacific Moving Company. I called and they were very responsive in booking the appointment and sent me an email the very next day containing all the needed information about the move. On the moving day, four guys were there (Jan, Almat, Pedro and Francisco). They were punctual, and very professional. They took extra care in wrapping sensitive items and in bolstering the corners of the furniture to avoid damage. I started this moving adventure through the Yelp messaging feature. This moving job focussed on moving my daughter's furniture from an apartment in Orange to a residence in Chino. Regarding the communication on the Yelp messaging feature, it was quick, detailed, and the move was scheduled. Pacific Moving Service also provided a detailed email that further explained the prices and move details. They indicated two movers would be present between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The two movers, Andrew and Roma, were on time at the Orange apartment. They were friendly and efficient. They seemed to really take pride in the service they were providing. Within a very short time, a bed had been disassembled, a TV put back into the original box, and everything was on the truck. They also arrived promptly at the destination. They rebuilt the bed and placed the the rest of the furniture in our selected locations. This was a true 5 star experience; from the initial messaging to the final destination. They also treated our property with respect. I chose this company because the rate they charged was reasonable ($120/hour vs. most charged closer or above $200/hour), bonded, (they were insured in case they damaged your property), and they used popular apps to pay them. In my case I used Venmo. It was easy to set up a move date. They arrived early and had all of the equipment needed. I had a large staircase that they had to maneuver through that made the move challenging but they managed to quickly and efficiently move my goods with little difficulty. Hired Pacific for help w/ loading our 2 bedroom home into a UPack freighter truck for an out of state move. This was our first time using movers, so we were a bit nervous, but the whole experience went smoothly! They were responsive when we reached out for a quote, and followed up with us throughout the process with confirmation of scheduling and inventory for materials (which went a long way for calming any anxieties we had about the process). The actual loading process was smooth all around, and they worked within the limited space we had reserved in the truck which was a huge relief in terms of cost for us. They showed up on time for their estimate and worked efficiently for the 3 hours it took to load up. The 2 guys who helped load were polite and respectful. 10/10 would hire again. Do not choose this company for your move! Bad communication, movers arrived late and stood around racking up the time if I wasn't watching. I loaded up 3 cars before they arrived. They notified me of items they didn't damaged but not the ones they did. Several items damaged as well as walls in my new home. My 1 bedroom move cost me $750. Don't do it. I gave them 1star because the movers were friendly. They would rather chat it up then move your sh*t. read more

Actually 3.5 stars: Talgat and his team were very professional. Scheduling with the company was a breeze and they had availability within the same week. On the day of, four movers and the truck arrived on time within the designated window. They were very thorough and careful with wrapping all the furniture with blankets and Saran wrap. However, I feel that they worked a little slower than expected and also maybe because they were charged per hour. Prices were also higher than other local companies but we had no choice because we needed to move within the same week. I used this company last Sunday 2/24 and everything was done to my satisfaction. I booked on the phone with someone named John nice guy - I booked 3 guys and 1 truck (keep in mind it's less for 2 guys per hour) however I didn't mind paying for a 3rd guy since my move was the whole Condo. They were on time, called me the morning of to confirm the appointment and to inform me of their ETA. When they arrived I was greeted by 3 young men in which I got the leads name to be Tim. Very nice guys, very professional and efficient. We walked into my Concod and reviewed the whole house and explained the plan and instructions. They were on point and did just as I expected and didn't waste any time. Of course I helped too but they did all the heavy lifting of all the big furniture. I was there to help with a lot too small boxes chairs etc but I also coordinated items. The crew shrink wrapped every piece of furniture which was great because another company didn't even offer that. I booked and anticipated to finish the job in 3 hours but I took 4 hours which was not a problem because it was a lot of work! We moved 2BR condo which included 2 bedroom sets, a baby crib, a full living room (no dining table), washer & dryer and fridge, and back patio furniture plus a lot of boxes and misc items. Once we arrived at the storage they took initiative and re ordered and stacked my storage - I won't lie I was stressed as the truck they brought was almost full and it's a huge truck! They are honest, hard-working, and I couldn't recommend them more. We made a big move from California to Texas and Anastaiia, Israil, and their entire team was amazing. They were very communicative, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Moving to a different state is very stressful but they definitely eased my mind about moving our things. It was great to have a dedicated truck with only our things in the truck and the turn around time was 2-3 days (as oppose to other moving companies where they charge you by the cubic ft, your things are combined with other people's things, and the delivery takes 2-3 weeks).
