The company delivered the incorrect washer and dryer combo and also called me the day before telling me that they were not going to be able to deliver the refrigerator as promised. In a current market environment where most companies do price matching, I would definitely not recommend going with Pacific. I purchased a warrantee with the products and am expecting to receive substandard service where they may likely try to not honor it. Okay. I know there are supply chain issues related to Covid. Knowing this, I bought my appliances on May 28th to ensure they would be ready and available when my renovation was complete. They were supposed to deliver the appliances today, because I am moving in this week. I was concerned I wasn't hearing anything that something was awry, so I tried to call. Best Buy does not take phone calls. What business has that policy? I called the Best Buy customer service number and the guy told me that my delivery had been cancelled and rescheduled. He could not tell me why. So I get in the car and drive to the Best Buy store, mind you not close to where I am currently living. My salesperson, Justin, was not available. The person that helped me was shocked that I was angry. Why should I be angry that I changed my schedule to accommodate a delivery that wasn't going to happen, and better yet, not one was going to notify me that it wasn't going to happen. So come to find out, they cancelled the delivery because one of the 8 items wasn't available. HMMMMM. I would think a call might be in order to see if I wanted delivery of the other items. The person helping me could care less. She did split the order and the items that are available are being delivered this week and the other item three weeks for now. I am thinking great, I can live with this. I leave the store and about 45 minutes later, I get an email saying the whole order has been cancelled due to items not being available. Remember I can't call someone so I drive back to the store to see what changed in 45 minutes and the lady acted like I was being ridiculous and everything is fine. Pardon me if I don't believe you, because the whole process has been a nightmare at this point and there were other people there experiencing the SAME exact issues and they were upset also. My regular salesperson looks in the computer and says everything looks okay while the woman who originally helped me is over talking smack about me IN FRONT OF ME to her colleagues. Maybe my $10,000 purchase is NO big deal to this company. Good. If I EVER get my appliances, this is the LAST purchase I WILL EVER make with them. NO ONE in this company cares about customer service. I am yet another person in a line of HORRIBLE reviews. I am a tech/gadget girl and will be making all of my future purchases from a company that cares more about their customers than these folks do. I called to get a technician (which is technically a Best Buy technician) over to fix my GE dishwasher that was less than 30 days old. The technician charged my credit card $127.63. I also had purchased an extended warranty. All of this should've been listed on my account that he was looking at on his computer. I called customer service immediately, and they were shocked I was charged. After a long phone call, I was told to expect a phone call from dispatch as they are the only ones who could give me a refund. I was told 24-48 hours. I did not receive a call. I called again a week later and went through the SAME exact call. Same promise, no call. I called again this week, waiting until after the holiday to let things die down and return back to the normal schedule. Same call, no progress, same promise of a call. I have heard nothing. It will be almost a month now. I wrote to the BBB, because I REFUSE to go through yet another call. The dishwasher works fine, but I would avoid buying anything from here to avoid having to deal with their customer service. read more

Worst appliance buying experiences ever. Purchased a washer and dryer on 2/22 at the store and even had the sales associate confirm that it was in stock before we finalized. Everything was supposed to be available and ready to go. On the date of the delivery, only the washer showed up - they dryer never made it on the truck. When we called the main customer service number (for Pacific - Best Buy's in-store appliance provider), they told us that it was completely out of stock and they wouldn't have it until November - NOVEMBER!!! 9 months from now!!! Really?? The customer service rep said that they called the store two days prior to let them know and the sales person from the store was supposed to call us to let us know. Needless to say our sales rep at the store, Harold, did not extend this courtesy. So, I called the store directly to speak with the appliance manager, Mark. Mark informed us that there just happened to be ONE of the exact model we purchased being shipped to their warehouse that day and he would give us a call later that afternoon to let us know when it came in. Again, needless to say, Mark did not extend us that courtesy either. I called the store AGAIN that evening to find out the status of the dryer and was told Mark was not there and there were no other managers available (big surprise) for me to speak to. The guy I spoke to did check, however, and guess what? The dryer never shipped. Soooo, now I have a washer that I bought as part of a set with no matching dryer in the foreseeable future. Worst part? The sale that I took advantage of to buy the set and save $400, just so happens to end today as well. All told, I bought just under $15k of appliance from Pacific Kitchen & Home/Best Buy in a single purchase. The appliances are great, but DO NOT buy them from Pacific Kitchen & Home/Best Buy. I had tremendous problems getting everything delivered. All told, my home renovation was delayed over a month only because Best Buy could not deliver the appliances when they said they would. For a washer/dryer, not a big deal. But for a built in appliance that have to be installed, it is a big deal. Customer service was a joke, I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. I had a total of NINE delivery appointments for these appliances! Yes, nine! For the range top, I had seven separate delivery appointments. Best Buy would call me the night before a delivery appointment and tell me they were cancelling and rescheduling. This is after I had taken off work, and scheduled the installer. I essentially felt like Best Buy was lying to me about the delivery date to keep me from cancelling the order and buying the appliance from another vendor. When I brought this complaint up with management, they started making excuses about the distributor and delivery team rather than trying to fix the problem or find an accurate delivery date. Management through delivery services and at the store both assured me they were sorry for the massive inconvenience, and would "take care of me" once the delivery was made. At the end of the whole ordeal, the store manager offered me $250 in store credit (about 1.7% of my purchase price) to use on a home theater system costing at least $1500. I laughed. Bottom line, Jenn-Air are great appliances, just do NOT buy them at Pacific Kitchen & Home/Best Buy if you want your home renovation to stay on schedule! Definitely worth buying the Jennair line, I love my appliances. Just get them from a store that is going to treat you like they want you as a customer! read more

Today went in to find out a quote to get a competitive quote for several appliances to purchase for our kitchen renovation close to finally being done. We our doing a renovation to our existing home (we lived in for 10+ years) NOT a new Construction home with a builder. We live a close distance to Best Buy @Bunker Hill. Manager Nova appeared to have bias towards us. Why? Were an interracial couple? When will this sad madness ever end? We been married together for 18 years. We should be treated like anyone else getting quotes for appliances for our Kitchen. We desire to update our kitchen is that an issue? I would think no we are trying to do business make some appliances purchase. Best buy sells appliances. Can we not buy from best buy? Our last Contractor did poor job & ran off with funds meant for our kitchen renovation this caused us issues and delays. We have been through enough. We are only following our lender terms/rules to follow the loan program for our kitchen renovation home loan. Payment can not come to us directly, per the lender. The lender can give check or a form of payment to Contractor but given last contractor ran off with our funds that is not an option for us going forward. The lender has said a check or form of payment can go to Best buy directly or another place of business selling appliances . The manager Nova said Best buy can NOT take Corp checks. Really?? So no checks from David Weekley or Perry Homes?? Why would Best Buy turn down a purchase being paid by a mortgage lender? If I could pay with my best buy credit card I would but I cannot per the lender program guidelines. I will not be reimbursed. Seems impossible to buy several appliances we need for our home kitchen done. We have lost time, been ripped off by first contractor. We will have our lender call Best buy and discuss further. This seems like some unfair or bias treatment towards us as it doesn't make sense that no one can come up with a way for us to purchase (do business) the new appliances for our Kitchen ( come up with a way that is in terms or follows our lender's program guidelines). I had a wonderful experience inside the store when helping my 90 yr old mom purchase a new fridge. I did my comparison shopping and purchased the product we went into the store to buy. I explained that she needed her new fridge as soon as possible as her old one had "died" and we were using coolers. The sales associate, J, was most helpful, made calls to confirm inventory and another call to the delivery warehouse to schedule a next day delivery. He call me after we left the store, to confirm the delivery was scheduled for the next day. Great! However, the new fridge didn't arrive as promised! Calls to the store tried to rectify the issue: the associate called the warehouse/delivery but no answer, so she emailed. They called me several hours later but the number they left wasn't correct. I also emailed, per the phone message, have they still have not responded after two follow-up emails and one phone call. Bottom line: great in-store service, great pricing, but very poor warehouse and delivery service. read more

Can i give 0 star? Very bad customer service who never replied calls. When they forgot to schedule our installation, they behaved quite rude because all they suggested is 'go buy from other places'. Even for canceling the order and getting refund, they told me 'you have to come to the store'. Actually I have been the store the 3rd time just to find out our order was 'not received' even when our credit card was charged a week ago. I bought a dish washing machine from Best buy store #269. A week later, a delivery man came from Pacific Kitchen and home, arrived un scheduled time frame and took my old dish washing machine and informed me someone will be bringing the new one with in 2 hours. If I know he didn't have the new one, I wouldn't let him in in the first place. To make the story short, no one showed up with my new dish washing machine and it is almost 2 weeks, living with leaking hose, dripping all over the sink cabinet ( I have videos and photos). At the Best Buy store where I bought the item from or at Pacific Kitchen and Home, NO ONE, NO ONE... willing to help, they just blaming each other! If I could give a "0" for customer support I would. On Black Friday I made a significant purchase of new appliances and media equipment. In short: the first item to be received was a dishwasher. First delivery date canceled by Best Buy as the product was not received; delivered damaged dishwasher on rescheduled date; Replacement dishwasher delivered but delivery help could not install. Last delivery staff could not speak English which only further complicated the matter. Pacific Kitchen & Home has done nothing to remedy the problem other than say the matter as has been escalated and you have been given a case representative. Here we sit with a damaged dishwasher, no timeline as to when it will be resolved and inquiries that go into a black hole. I would strongly suggest purchasing any appliance, TV or anything you can't carry out yourself at a store other than Best Buy and one that does not use XPO for delivery services. read more
