I purchase a 2019 440i GC on Saturday 07/20. Ron was on vacation and his assistant Fabian helped me out. I just wanted to say that he did a great job and totally added to my wonderful experience at Pacific BMW. He answered all of my questions, was patient and had an awesome attitude throughout our entire interaction. Just a shout out for Fabian! Thank you!! read more

I think this is the worst dealer of BMW in Southern California!! The customer service is not zero, it's minus. Minimum waiting time for the parts is three weeks, Because they bring the parts one by one from Germany. They charge to much for nothing!!! I don't recommend this place for purchasing or leasing or even oil change. read more

1- I get voice mail, often. Unusual for what I would expect from a premier dealership. 2- Had warranty work done in June, had to call them 3 times for updates. 3- While warranty work was being done I'd asked to have my radiator flushed. They never logged it nor did the work. 4- Called recently to inquire about any recalls pending on my vehicle (Wednesday), receptionist tried to find out but their (service) voicemail was on. "I'll ask them to call you right back". It's Friday and still no callback. read more

Good service. I have been to this dealership twice so far and I am very satisfied with the service. Their customer service is very good. They contact you as soon as your car is ready, unlike other dealers when you call and find out that your car was ready hours ago and no one bodered calling you to tell you that you car is ready. I highly recommend these guys for your BMW maintenance. read more

Had a wonderful experience. Soran was our expert and he made the experience so easy for us. I now have a beautiful BMW that fits within my budget and criteria. Couldn't ask for anything more when it comes to leasing a car. Will definitely send them referrals! I am writing an update almost 3 years later. Now in my second BMW from Pacific BMW. Was fortunate to have Soran guide me through the process. He is a true professional. Great experience and I love my new car read more

We love Lori! We have had the pleasure of working with Lori to lease my husband's 2019 M550, and my mom's 2019 X3 within the last 3 days. Since my husband wanted a particular set of features in his M550, Lori helped us build and order one. The entire process was painless and a breeze (except for my husband who waited impatiently for 2 months for the car to get here, hah). Lori was on top of everything and kept in touch with us the enitre 2 months it took for the car to get to the dealership allllllll they way from Germany. We loved her so much so that we decided to get my mom into a new lease as well, and leased her an X3 the same weekend my husband's car got in. Both leases were effortless thanks to Lori. I can't wait until my lease is up for Lori to help me get into a new X7! I would not hesitate or wait one second more if you're considering leasing or purchasing a BMW. Run and see Lori Kizirian. I promise you won't leave without a huge smile on your face. She is such a genuine person, and that's so hard to fine nowadays regardless of the line of business people are in. Thank you SO much, Lori! We couldn't be happier! Although we have not serviced a vehicle with Pacific BMW, my dad has worked with Edgar Oganesyan, and has nothing but fantastic things to say about him (which means A LOT coming from my very picky dad). We had the pleasure of meeting him during our leasing process with Lori, and he gave us some great advice along the way as well, even with his busy schedule as service manager. Both he and Lori were honest, genuine folks making sure we were happy and all of our questions were answered along the way. Last but not least, thank you to Sam and Paul for taking us for test drives, and showing us the ins and outs of our new cars with patience and care. Needless to say, our entire experience with Pacific BMW has been phenomenal so far thanks to a great team of people! We are definitely looking forward to a long relationship with Lori, Edgar, and the rest of the team for many years to come! read more

Got my second BMW with Greg Poland, now a Sales Manager. gregpoland@pacificbmw.com Whether you're looking for a CPO BMW or a new limited edition M vehicle, Greg is your guy. He can walk you through the process of getting a car off the lot vs. custom ordering one. He is straightforward, puts everything in writing and makes the process smooth. The deals he offers are often thousands of dollars cheaper than the competition. Check yelp and even the BMW message boards. His name consistently pops up. If you are in the SF Bay Area, they can coordinate shipping of the car to you. Many of his customers actually fly into LAX just to pick up the car because the cost of the flight and the added effort are well worth both the actual deal as well as the time savings at the dealer and no frustrating upselling. read more

So Danny calls me and instead of a voicemail he texts me that he needs my approval to finish the work. I was working so and couldn't get back to him; he calls again and I didn't have a cell phone on me again he texted me that he went ahead and worked on my car and thatit would be ready by 5. I called him back after work he tells my car is ready and that I would have to pay my deductible. ...again never mentioned what was wrong with my car. I asked what was wrong with my car he kind of explains and says we'll talk when you come in. So I came to pick up my car after having it worked on here and the same thing continues service advisor just tells me how much my deductible is going to be and how I'm going to pay cash/card but never told me what was wrong with my car. Just tells me to sign the paperwork and gives me the keys. I swear no one has the ability to piss me off the way he does. I this was it I drive 18 miles away for the "great customer service" Pacific Bmw offers but unfortunately not to me. I've had it the past 2 times I've left the dealer I leave so upset and it shouldn't be that way. read more

This review is for Nelli. Wow! I have to say at first when I saw a woman sales person I was a little hesitating (I know, I know). BUT this was the BEST experience I have ever had buying ANY car! I have bought fords, Lexus, other bmws, and VW, and out of all the car dealerships SHE was the BEST. No pressure, she helped me with what I needed. Then Lucy was also great! Wow I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using these 2 ladies for your next car !! read more

I was in the market for a BMW M340i and I have been looking all over the place for one. I found one here at this dealership so I called in and was helped out by Khachik. He was very informative on the car and was very kind towards us so I scheduled an appointment to come in and view the car and when I showed up Khachik was very professional and straight forward. I ended up purchasing the car and I am very happy with my whole dealership experience there at Pacific BMW thanks to Khachik. Thank you!! read more

If i can rate Serj Guedikian (Internet Sales) 6 stars I would! I called pacific BMW last night as I have been eyeing a CPO 3 series. I was assisted by Serj and he treated me with great customer services. I live in Yorba Linda and clearly stated what I have (trading in my car, down payment, yada yada). Serj provided me with ruff numbers that got my attention. Did the application online and once approved, I drove in heavy traffic to Glendale to check out my new toy. Once there, Serj provided me with real numbers and it turned out better than what we have discussed (I even got a first month payment from BMW!). The process was fast, easy, and most of all painless. I am very happy to with my purchase. I would recommend Serj to my Family/Friends/Yelpers. Thank you Serj for helping me out and treating me like family. Tony M. read more

Just leased my 2nd BMW from these guys, great dealership all around. Both times lease was pre-negotiated before walking in, could come in, sign and leave. No nonsense, no cock-and-bull sales show, just straight up front numbers and follow through. An honest pleasure to deal with. Ask about their demo leases, they're some of the best value leasing anywhere. read more

Henson Santiago was very helpful and accommodating in helping me meet a price range I was comfortable with. After going through 4 other dealerships, Henson offered the best haggle-free customer service. Monrovia and Beverly Hills BMW would not budge on their price for a 2015 model since it was still "new", but Pacific and Irvine and Valencia all were willing to negotiate - hassle free. I chose Pacific as Henson was completely professional with his negotiations, and did not BS and waste my time like Monrovia or Beverly Hills. My wife is due for a new car too, so I know who my business will be going to... Get ready Henson! ;) Let's hope that their Service Dept is just as professional and accommodating. TBC... read more

Great and fast service. Just bought a BMW there and they were pretty amazing. I was served by an amazing sales representative named Lin Li (recommend him!).He was very patient and even followed up with me right after! Well I'm only giving Pacific BMW 4 stars for now because I'm going back for service there and I'll come back here and provide feedback on how they handle that. Otherwise I highly recommend them! read more

So after my evisceration of this dealer, I was contacted by Robynne, the service manager, to do some damage control. Wise move. I wish more businesses cared and would try to make all things right in the world. For this, Pacific and Robynne get 4 stars. My family brought the car back after Robynne offered to detail it as a gesture of good will. My inlaws were very pleased and felt that Pacific did a great job of trying to make their mistake right. They were also informed that the service person who treated us with disrespect was no longer working there. Now this is positive change and a healthy response to criticism, which in my book is supposed to be constructive, by the way. Thank you Robynne, and Pacific, for caring enough to make things right. I'll remember this. read more

I'll have to agree with most of the reviews with 1-2 stars. I was almost fooled into buying my first bmw at a shady crappy dealership. I'm glad my dad and I visited few other dealers, and didn't just fall into their trap. Had I seen these reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have had to waste time trying to come up with a deal with them. Although the salesman Andy was helpful and good about following up, the Korean manager SUCKED. I'm embarassed to say that as a fellow Korean, but he made us feel belittled and was not professional at all. Try to AVOID this place at all costs. As a sidenote, they didn't even offer water or coffee. read more

I leased a Z4 from Ray Ibarra, Sales Manager in June 2012 (I've been too busy to post a review until now) and the process was perfect. We negotiated the deal over the phone in 30 minutes (we agreed on a lease I am very happy with) and I picked up the car the next day. No hassle, no surprises, no gimmicks or games. I plan to come back next time I am in the market for another car and highly recommend Ray to my friends and colleagues. read more

I am extremely happy with the way I was helped at Pacific BMW! About three weeks ago, I bought a certified pre-owned 5 series from this dealership and let me tell you what an amazing experience I had! First of all, I am from Victorville and I am a full time photographer, so I don't have much free time. So when I was searching for a car, I didn't have time to visit dealers in person, and when I called this dealer and spoke to the sales person Marinka, she went out of her way to get me the best deal possible and even told me how to apply for financing online. I didn't feel pressured AT ALL by her, unlike other places, and instantly felt she was a person I could trust. I filled out the online application, which was really easy and after I got approved, she asked me to go to the dealer and check out the car. When I got there, the car was BEAUTIFUL, however it had some minor defects caused by the previous owner, but Marinka and Thomas the Sales Manager were very helpful and had no problem getting all of the issues fixed. After looking at the car, I was taken into the offices to fill out my paperwork and was helped by Lucy the finance manager. She told me about all the available options and about a BMW credit card that I was approved for with the same credit check and never rushed me into buying anything. I felt very at home with everyone! Now I took my car back to the dealership so they can fix all of my concerns, which Danny and his team did and they gave me a fully loaded 2014 5 series to drive while mine was fixed. I feel very happy about my decision to buy a car from them. Everyone, especially Marinka was very helpful. I will definitely come back in the future to purchase an M6 (which I LOVE). I can't say enough about these wonderful people, I don't realize why they have so many bad reviews, but after being rejected at BMW of Ontario, and treated badly at other dealers, I can say I will recommend this particular BMW dealer to everyone! Thanks again!!! read more

I have worked with Anto here at Pacific BMW on two deals so far. He has been extremely helpful with locating a car and finding the right car that fits my needs. Whether it's doing a dealer trade, locating a car at the port or having it in stock, you can rest assured Anto has your best interest in mind. Honesty seems like it's a thing of the past at most dealerships. More than one time has Anto told me to not buy a car as there was no incentives that month and to wait. We all know that 99% of other salesmen wouldn't say a word about it and have you purchase the car then and there. Not only is he helpful before the sales process, he is just as helpful after you've purchased the car. It's rare to receive a followup call a few weeks afterwards to see how you like the car, but Anto wants to make sure you bought the car you love not just like. Yes, we all want to get the best deals. Anto has not only given me stellar unbeatable deals once, but every single time. He quotes me numbers that do not have any strings attached prior to me showing up. More than once has he also lowered the price even more after I came in without saying a word. I do not know how he does it but he is the one to see. Whether you're looking to buy or lease, new or used, he is the one to see here at Pacific. read more

My service took longer than expected, but I am happy because Henry made sure the job was done right. I used to go to Monrovia, but they had such bad service. This will be my new go to spot. Everyone was very nice. My only complaint is that the restroom is far away from the waiting area. read more

This place is BEYOND RIDICULOUS!! For an entire week they have been taking me back and forth as I'm trying return my leased vehicle! As of right now I still have not been able to return it ! Every single time I take it in they come up with something new as to why they won't let it pass inspection! They couldn't tell a different between low on gas light and check engine sign! Made me come back and take it in for a service when my car was serviced less than 3 months ago! Came back to service after I filled up my tank the guy at the service is wondering why I am there to service a car where there is no light on! When I was planning on getting another Bmw nobody seemed to give me a problem now that I chose to buy a vehicle and not lease from them I am being given a trillion and one problems! My parents and I have all taken time off from work to deal with their nonsense!! I am very much looking into taking them to small claims court for the amount of money we lost leaving work! And the Worst part this was my second bmw which means I still have another one! I will for sure get rid of that one as well! Do not waste your time coming to this location! Please do not waste ur time, money or nerves! read more

I had an excellent experience working with Issa Masud on selling my 2006 BMW and leasing a new 2012 BMW last month. It was my first time making all of these types of decisions on my own and I felt like Issa was on my team and helped guide me every step of the way. He really listened to me and went the extra mile to ensure I ended up with 1) a fair price for my trade in and 2) a new car with everything I wanted. Anyone who has bought or leased a new car knows it can be a long, draining process but Issa made it a painless one - he has a friendly personality and he kept the process moving without rushing me into any decisions. After our first phone conversation, I felt like I had known him for years! He treats his customers like old friends. The fact that he continues to follow up and check in on how my experience has been with the car shows that he truly cares. I highly recommend working with Issa if you want to trade in or sell your car (note that it doesn't have to be a BMW) and/or purchase or lease a new BMW. read more

This is our 3rd purchase from Serj Guedikian at Pacific BMW in the last 5 years. Each time he has gone over and above his normal duties and hours to get a deal done for us that was exactly what we wanted. He knows his product cold which we really appreciated, as he was able to steer us to the vehicle that was best for our needs each time. We got a 528i last night and that car is just lovely to drive. Perfect balance of luxury and sport. read more

It was clear from the moment I walked I that I was treated differently because I'm a woman. I had an appointment, yet was left waiting for nearly an hour. I followed up many times while there, but was brushed off, rudely, while other customers, men, with and without appointments, were helped by salesmen. When I finally told them I'm leaving, their "best" salesman, according to the front desk and the salesman himself, came to help me. If he was their best, the place must be hurting for employees. He gave me the keys to one car, explained nothing and sent me to test drive. When I returned and he finally came to talk, he said I shouldn't pay for the one I test drove, he has some "better deals", and he'll call with details. He didn't. He was far more interested in the others he was helping (men), I can only assume because he figured they had more money. I am surprised such misogyny exists, yet it's still alive and well at Pacific BMW. I ended up with a Volvo, which I love. Avoid this place...it reeks of testosterone. read more

They were kind enough to schedule us for an appointment on monday when we called on a friday. Everyone is extremely nice. Danny, my service rep seemed a bit frazzled, but, the place was packed and vehicles were being moved up through the lanes. After about 10 or 15minutes, Danny gave me his undivided attention to concerns about my vehicle. I was issued a loaner rather quickly and the drop-off process was very smooth. The whole repair was a two day wait due to a part that needed to be ordered. My only issue was, the communication between Danny and myself, post drop-off, was a bit one-sided. I wanted more reassurance that my problem was being handled/repair status via text or phone calls where I had to initiate requests to find out. Otherwise, we will definitely be back and are very satisfied with our service! Thank you Pacific BMW! read more

I called MULTIPLE BMW dealers in my area and none of them compared to the customer service I received from James. He was the most helpful, caring, and not money hungry of all the sales reps I spoke to from other dealerships. All the other sales reps (Century, Century West, ESPECIALLY Beverly Hills) were all so rude to me and incredibly pushy. James worked with me and gave me actual options, rather than just throwing a deal at me and expecting me to go from there. I'm still looking for a car, and if I decide to go with BMW, I am requesting James since I know he'd actually help me!!!! Thank you James!!! read more

I've been meaning to write a review to let others know that my experience at this dealership was terrible. My service manager was rude from the minute I met her. They had my car for a week and she never gave me updates until I reached out to her. I explained the issues, which they said they couldn't find, and didn't try to address. When I got the invoice it appeared I was being charged for something warranty covered. When i called the service manager she asked what do you want to know about the invoice. When I told her about the charge she said she had noted it was covered by warranty. BTW, this note was not obvious and in fact, when I went to pick up the car a different person tried to charge me. I had to tell HIM about her note, which he finally found. Never going back here. I thought BMW would have superior service. So wrong! read more

Pacific BMW service dept is quiet honestly one of the worst organized and dishonest places I've been to. Firstly, for simple oil change prepare to spend half your day there even if you get the text and pay you will wait for at minimum 1 hour for them to bring the car. What's the point of dropping your car and receiving notice when it will still take 1 hour to bring your car around? Secondly, no matter who you ask, no one seems to know who the manager or lead is. And when you find out from different resources somehow the manager has gone home already. How convenient?!!. Second point on their dishonesty is their service advisers. Although car still in warranty you ask for them to check for an issue somehow nothing is wrong and they ask for you to make an appt with shop manager to demonstrate a very obvious issue even tho you you show right at the check in. Who has time for that? I've had my BMW services elsewhere and don't appear to have the same issue with other dealerships. There is definitely lack of leadership and accountability in Pacific BMW- once the car is sold you're pretty much on your own. Bad representation of BMW Brand. read more

I purchased my car here and maybe a month later not even my brakes were making noise. I made an appointment and went in to see what was wrong because I barely have 3000 miles on the car and it shouldn't be making a loud screeching sound every time I brake. I went in and the service advisor told me he needed to see if I had brake warranty if not that it would not be covered. So he checked and said it was not covered and they will charge me $240 to get a brake inspection done. I asked to speak to the manager Edgar Oganesyan, he told me that it would not be covered because it was the brakes. It has nothing to do with warranty it's a brand new car it has to be covered the brakes are brand new. Pacific BMW is by far has the worst service department and they don't give you a chance to explain what's going on they just say no without even checking anything. They said that all the X-3s have the same problem and they all make noise with the brakes and BMW doesn't cover it. That is by far the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I went to Century West BMW two days later and they took in my car no questions asked and inspected my car for free. After inspecting it they even sent me a video letting me know what was wrong and they fixed the problem. Now my car is no longer making noise. If you want your car to be fixed and taken care of with good customer service DO NOT take it to Pacific BMW! read more

I recently had to bring my 2012, 5 series in for technical problems. According to my technical advisor, who took really good care of me by the way, not a big deal. A transmission problem that shouldn't take longer than 5 days. So far so good, I was sitting out there at the in-door driveway, waiting to get a loaner vehicle. Then this young lady, dressed in black, her name was Jessica, asked me to follow her. But with an attitude, that I felt like I had to leave, NOW! And why was I even sitting there... So we get to the loaner vehicle and do the occasional walk around (I found three easily visible scratches which she did not bother to write down on her own). Then she asked me, I'm sorry, ordered me to sign everything that she was holding infront of me. Again with an attitude that made me feel really uncomfortable. But it wasn't over yet. As I was sitting down in the car, I smelled that someone must have been smoking in the car. So I told her, that the vehicle smells like smoke. That's when she really got mad. Her facial expression and her attitude got even more aggressive and even the co-workers looked at her strange. She asked me with an aggressive/pissed tone, if I want to have another car then! And I almost said, no it's ok, because I felt really uncomfortable at this moment. So they brought another car to the waiting area, this time it did not smell like smoke. But we didn't do a walk around at all. I just signed of all the papers again and left the scene, My overall opinion, if you are getting a loaner car at Pacific BMW, don't let this Jessica take care of you. She will make you feel misplaced and uncomfortable for demanding her time. The technical staff and the sales team are good after all. read more

I was in the market for a new lease and wanted to work with a dealership that treats their customers with respect and provides an enjoyable car buying experience. I live in Las Vegas and flew to Glendale just to buy a car from Pacific BMW! From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was introduced to my client advisor Serge Minassian. He listened to all of my wants and needs and suggested the perfect car that would fit into my budget. We took the elevator up to the roof to check out their inventory and I saw the car for me; a 2015 mineral gray 320i with black kidney grills, moonroof, and driver assist package. It only took a short time for Serge to check my credit and put together my lease deal. While I waited for him, I relaxed in the lounge where I drank fresh espresso, and ate fruit and cupcakes, while checking my e-mail on their wifi. After Serge and I agreed to all of the terms, he introduced me to the Finance Manager, Jarod Loux. Jarod was a great guy and took the time to explain all of the important details to me. The entire process flew by and I think I had all of the paperwork signed in about 20 minutes. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Pacific BMW and drove back to Las Vegas with a big smile of my face. I would highly recommend anyone who's in the market for BMW check them out. read more
