I am a bit late leaving this review as we made our purchase in March, however I figured better late than never. We originally made the drive down as we saw a vehicle we were interested in online, we thought we'd make the drive as we had already test drove one in town however it sold before we decided it was the one! We walked in to the dealership and Yesayi was there to help, we told him the vehicle we were interested in and unfortunately it sold the day prior and the site just hadn't been updated. We were pretty bummed as we were hoping to do a trade in and head home with the new car! He told us he would look for another one as long as we'd be willing to make the drive back down, he was super friendly and the vibe we got made us want to work with him over the sales guy we met in Fresno! Before we made it to the grapevine heading home, Yesayi texted saying he found one and could have it within a week! We submitted everything for the financial part of it along with the information for the car we were wanting to trade in. We made our way back down, the process was so quick and smooth! Not only our sales guy friendly, so was the finance manager.. no awkward conversations it felt like we knew him, he made us feel very comfortable! Definitely recommend this dealership, even if you are out of the area it is worth the drive! Dear BMW/ Pacific BMW I am writing to you to share my dissatisfaction and experince with this company. On early January 22, 2017 BMW and I came into agreement that my vehicle would get bodily repairs for damages conducted due to a car accident. First and foremost, I would like to address the the lack of quality service, communication, professionalism, and integrity provided by this company. Under agreement, my car was to get fixed, at an approximate cost of about $24,000. My invoice also stated that the parts used/replaced in my vehicle would consist of new parts, not used. The communication in the Service Department was lacking. An update was expected, specially after requesting continent follow-up, but no responsiveness. The service was so terrible that I had to miss two days of work/wages, just to resolve matters in regards to my car, which is completely unacceptable. Finally, on Friday March 10, 2017, my cars repairs were completed and my car was dropped off. After careful examination, I noticed that the paint job was poorly conducted. Bubbly paint droplets are clearly visible on the surface of the passenger side of the bumper. Also, the bumper grill installed was replaced with a used part, not new as noted on the repair invoice. Lastly, at the bottom of the " new " bumper, a piece is completely missing and visibly defective. Not the level of service clearly expected from a company such as BMW. Concerned and dissatisfied, I made the decision to stop in on Monday March 13, 2017 and request to address the details with Bryan, the Service Director. Upon addressing my concerns regarding my dissatisfaction with the length of time required to repair my car, and also the terrible paint job/parts provided, Bryan was less than professional and sympathetic. I express my dissatisfaction, and Bryan response was " work doesn't always come out as expected ", but still agreed to rectify the issues. Regardless , what kind of a response is that?! His demeanor and sense of entitlement was uncalled for, extremely insulting and disrespectful as a client. I had a fantastic new car leasing experience recently at Pacific BMW! I set up an appointment with Robert and he was extremely kind and helpful without being pushy. Horrible staff. Sales people are selfish. They pretend to be helpful while they're making a sale and once done, they disappear. It took me a week to get all my paperwork and financials emailed to me causing delay on my end to register my M3 with my insurance company. Service is horrible! I scheduled with their team and told them that I'm not due yet but I would like to run my oil change 5k miles, not 10k miles (which to me is pretty darn high for performance cars-- but I respect that). The first time, they said I need to add more miles for warranty to cover it so I politely said sure. I went back the second time (2 months later) and told them my whole situation prior to scheduling. They said I should be fine. I took my car the day of for the scheduled service, 2/24/21.. THEY DENIED IT AGAIN! It was so frustrating considering that I talked to the scheduler my situation. The service "managers" (Justin and Vanessa) couldn't help me. It was so frustrating that they can't even accept my warranty oil change on my 100k MSRP car. What a joke! Why are women treated so badly at your car dealership? Just had a terrible experience buying a CPO BMW. The sales associate was generally patronizing throughout the process. I walked in knowing which car I wanted and spent 6 hours sitting around, mostly while he was talking to the finance guy. They first offered me a comically insulting finance rate. He sat there and watched me calculate the interest on each of the annual terms which they offered. Of course, they suddenly found that they could lower the term a bit, but not before making condescending remarks about how I should look into some older cars that might be more in my price range. I never received the amount I requested on my trade-in. Even up to the point that I was signing the final paperwork, they claimed to have changed some numbers around to give me more on the trade in, but I never saw that amount on the final transaction. In the end, the finance guy tried to sell me a few different types of insurances. One policy for "gap insurance" began at a "discounted rate" of $80 per month, then suddenly lowered to $40 per month and then all the way down to $16 per month. Seriously? How does that happen? Please, please do yourselves a favor... have your salespersons complete courses in "ethics, gender and customer demands". Perhaps hire some female sales staff for the floor. I was having work done on my car over in Riverside BMW and test drove some cars. Over there, I knew that I wanted a 435. I found a car that I liked but knew that my dad would be a little disappointed if I didn't check out what Pacific BMW had to offer since we have gotten 3 cars from them in the past two years, the last one actually being my car in February 2016. When we got to the dealership, we asked for Serj Guedikian, who switched departments from internet sales but had an assistant to show me the cars. He remembered my family even though it has been a while since we went there! The service that him and his assistant Alex gave me was phenomenal for my purchasing my car all on my own. Because I knew what I wanted I showed him the car online and within 5 minutes it was from a different lot in front of me. After driving it, I knew that it was the one that I wanted. We quickly went over the financing information and he made the process extremely easy. While driving back home that night, I noticed that the windshield had a chip in it and that also my moonroof was not closing the way it was supposed to. I sent him an email Sunday night about it, Christmas Eve, and he responded! I went back in the day after Christmas and both of those things were fixed, no questions asked. My mom even made a comment that, "even though this is a further drive than Ontario, I am going to just bring my car here from now on because of the service." Mind you, she lives in Victorville. Even two years ago Serj gave excellent service and it has only gotten better over time! Thank you Serj and Alex for making my buying experience super easy for being a first time car buyer! Service has always been exceptional too when I needed to bring my old car in for the routine maintenance. All the other BMW dealerships seem to have strange rules for who can get a loaner car and who can't and if the car will be a BMW or not. I've never gotten any hassle from Pacific BMW for getting loaners that are BMW since I'm giving them my BMW for however long the service takes. read more

BMW automatically schedules the service by appointment. When you arrive on time, there is a line snaking out the service driveway. Then you have to wait to actually see a person assigned to you. If service center can't handle the work, why does dealer schedule these appointments? A really bad and inefficient process. read more

So I took my car in to get a water pump replacement, a common problem with BMW's electric water pumps, and they managed to damage my car. They put a huge dent in the driver side rear panel. I give them this, at least they fixed it. However, a year or two later, the paint is noticeably cloudier, and just looks dull compared to the stock BMW paint. And of course, now that I'm trying to sell my car, all the appraisers greatly depreciate the value on my car due to knowing this panel has been repainted. I want to thank my salesman Arra and his manager Armondo for such awesome customer service AFTER I purchased my BMW i3. All dealerships give great customer service to make a sale but once you drive off in your shiny new car you're like chopped liver. But not at Pacific BMW. Both gentlemen took the time and care to assist me with the service dept re: a few car issues. Big shout out to Justin in the service dept for also providing top notch customer service! I was on the fence about buying a BMW i3 from one of those small no-name dealers. I'M SO THANKFUL I DIDN'T. Trust me and go with a reputable dealer so you have peace of mind and no regrets. Unfortunately, this dealer's service department is not customer focused, specially if you are out of warranty. After multiple issues with my GT500 and the N63 engine, Edgar and management focused on charging for every single minor repair (VANOS, Coils, injectors, etc) as opposed to telling me the engine was replaceable due to a lawsuit (known as the BANG Settlement). They would not honor other repairs that were done by their dealer (sun roof shade) and then wanted to charge $2,500 to replace the shade. It doesn't end there, even after replacing the shade, they stated it could be the mechanism (cassette). I ended up replacing the engine at Rusnak after they provided me with all the necessary information. This service department is worthless. They have lost my business for ever. Sad there is no zero star rating. read more

Very unfortunate experience today at this dealership, specifically the service department. After the coolant light came on in my X1, I topped it off with antifreeze, and the light subsequently went off. This displayed to me that the warning system is intact and functioning properly, but there may be a coolant leak or the car is consuming coolant due to a damaged head gasket. To be safe, I dropped my car off for service as I purchased a maintenance package when I bought my car so, why not? Amie Gasabyan was my service advisor. They took my car for three days, and when I called on the third day to check up on it, she told me my car had been diagnosed and needed a new coolant reservoir floater sensor and that there were no leaks--furthermore, it was going to cost $640 (absurd price) and it is not covered by my warranty. Now, this is obviously not a legitimate claim as the sensor had proven itself to be working, evidenced by it being able to sense that I had refilled the reservoir previously and turn the warning light off. I made this point to Ms. Gasabyan and she was somewhat rude in insisting that the new sensor was necessary--which I did not appreciate. When I arrived and looked at the paperwork that Ms. Gasabyan had prepared, I read that the floater sensor was "jammed" and needed to be replaced. So, instead of dealing with these individuals any further, I simply waited for my car to be brought out and inspected it myself. Low and behold, I opened the coolant reservoir and the "jammed" floater sensor popped right up, floating freely to its heart's content. I'm writing this review because I was upset by the fraudulent practices taking place here, the rude service from Ms. Gasabyan, and to dissuade any other BMW owners or prospective customers from using the services offered here. I have an i3 and was really impressed when they saw that I asked for my car to be charged and noted that I had a loaner and took care of the charge. I was in there today 8/10/19 worse experience ever, we went in there to cancel the GAP insurance and it took us 3.5 hours (we arrived at 2:37 and left at 5:58 pm) , but once we were seen by the financial person, it took two minutes and we were out of there!!!!! It was only a matter of filling out one of the forms and getting a copy of the payoff of the vehicle. It was mine baffling how a 2 minute process took 3.5 hrs out of my day, only because all of the representatives in the front Desk didn't know how to handle the process of cancelation for GAP insurance. Premium car - non-premium service. The service department is a hot mess of dysfunction and mismanagement. After I finished the paperwork to pick up my car, I had to wait 45 minutes for them to find my vehicle and bring it down. The service advisor went home and left me waiting. I had to get fairly irate with several staff members before anyone took the responsibility of getting the car. The managers were nowhere to be found. This isn't the first time Pacific BMW's service department has dropped the ball. And as you'd expect, they apologize a lot and do little to fix the problem. Useless words. I don't want Pacific BMW apologies - I want it to provide basic service. Since I've paid for the service already, I'm going to New Century BMW or Center BMW.
