I was on the search for a compact SUV for a couple of months now. I looked into every brand, did price comparisons and went on too many test drives. You name the brand, I test drove it. I was referred to Pacific BMW by Ana Martinez. She was very kind, and understanding of what I was looking for, and was able to assign me to the best people in the sales department to help me out. When i walked into Pacific, I did not think I would be able to find what I was looking for. That initial conversation with Ana had given me hope, as she truly listened to me and was able to repeat and understand what I wanted. Ana assured me I would be well take care of, and I was then sent over to work with Yesayi. At this point, I had gone on so many test drives at other dealers, so I was not thrilled about the test driving part of this whole thing. Well Yesayi provided a different experience! He was super knowledgeable, honest, and when he didn't know the answer, he didn't lie like other dealers, he looked it up, and informed me! He continued to help me, and ran from lot to lot, until he was able to find me my dream car! I think i test drove about 5 cars while I was there, because he made it that enjoyable and stress-free. Yesayi was patient during this entire time. He was even knowledgeable about other Brands, and was able to tell me the difference in specifications of the vehicles I was looking at. Well Yesayi didn't know that I work with vehicles for a living, and I appreciated that he openly shared his knowledge with me, and didn't assume I didn't know vehicles because I'm a woman. Yes, I was getting this at a lot of the other dealers. So now that I found the car, I was handed over to Andy Adamyan for the contract closing, and all that not-so fun paperwork. Andy made this process super easy and pleasant. Talked me through all my options, and politely answered the same questions like 10 times (i ask a lot of questions, lol). I am so happy I worked with Andy during this process, I couldn't image this to go any better and easier than it had. Just like the rest of the staff, he was kind, friendly and polite. The overall office atmosphere was very positive and family-like. The staff really seemed to like their job and each other. Oh at the end of it, they gave me this cute BMW box and told me "Welcome to the BMW family", and it really felt like I had joined the family. It was such an awesome experience. I will definitely be buying my future vehicles from here. Thank you Ana, Yesayi and Andy! read more

I just leased 2015 328i sedan from Pacific BMW. I initiated the original inquiry using TrueCar.com. While I wasn't looking for anything other than a ball park figure, TrueCar gave binding quotes from three local dealers, including PacificBMW, and Julio Navarro, their internet sales manager, called me within a couple of hours of the quote to follow-up; he was the first one to do so. I made an appointment to go in just to look at the current models. They set me up with one of their experts who explained the different models, features, etc. and took me on a few test drives. I was pretty clear about what I wanted feature-wise, and let them start looking for that combination. They found a few cars in their lot that were close, but I wasn't in a hurry. Julio indicated that if he couldn't find one I wanted, then they would just order the vehicle form Germany. It wouldn't cost any more than the TrueCar quote, but I would have to wait for the factory to build and deliver it. Given that I was leasing, I had no idea I could custom order a vehicle! The order was placed on September 29, 2014 and the car was available for pickup at the dealership on November 21st (I was able to track the progress of the vehicle on the internet during the entire process. The MSRP on the custom vehicle was $51,575, and the lease price was $46,675, which was lower than TrueCar recommended price. Everything went smoothly and I have only good things to say about Pacific BMW. read more

In November 2014 I moved to LA purchased a the following month from Pacific BMW. Currently, due to job relocation, I'm returning to New York and need to sell my car. I went to Pacific BMW to get a quote on the car, which I've put less than 10,000 miles over the past two years and was quoted at a price that was 25% lower than the highest quote I received and 18% less than avg. quote price I have received. Additionally, according to Pacific BMW's estimate, my car had depreciated by MORE THAN 55% in 22 months. Unfortunately, that is not my issue here. I had a called Pacific BMW before going in person and asked them if they would be competitive on pricing if I brought the car in. I was informed they would indeed be competitive and I should bring the car. Again, I wanted to confirm I wouldn't be wasting my time and get "low-balled" if I came in,and I was today no, they would be extremely competitive. When I brought the car in, they spent over 90 minutes to determine a price for the car. Mind you, this did not include an inspection of the car whatsoever, aside from a brief exterior look. I figured it was a bit ridiculous and embarrassing, but would not expect more from a BMW dealership that charges customers to use the massage chair in its waiting lounge. I would strongly recommend not using this specific dealership for your BMW lease/purchase/sell-back. read more

Just received an email from pacific bmw collision center and remembered that I did not leave a review for this unprofessional and misleading establishment. Flashback to months ago when my car had an accident and I was told that these guys do amazing work so I opted to take the referral and give them a shot. I hired a lawyer for my accident because I was not getting anywhere with the opposing party's insurance and they were refusing to take fault of the accident. I had damage on my fender, door, and mirror for my e46 m3 and received a very minimal check for damages. I brought it to this dealership to get it estimated so I could send it to the insurance and get it adjusted. I used the original check I received from the insurance to pay my lawyer fees for his work and was left with a couple hundred dollars. The insurance adjusted the estimate and pacific bmw sent me a quote through email. I carefully took a look at the paperwork and noticed that everything was covered and pacific bmw even indicated at the bottom: CUSTOMER OUT OF POCKET: $0.00. I signed the paperwork and they began working on my car. After waiting weeks for my car to be finished they finally called and told me it was ready. I went in to pick up and what do you know, I owed over $1,100 out of pocket for the damages because they estimated my original check that was given to the lawyer in the quote. They completely mislead me on the invoice and if I knew it would cost me, I would have done business elsewhere to get some honesty on pricing. Upon being told this news I informed the worker that their invoice stated that I wouldn't be paying anything out of pocket and what response did I get? "Oh sh!t that was a mistake" after asking if they can honor their mistake he went on to say "we're not making any money on your car so I can't do that." What? You're telling me it cost you over 4 thousand dollars to paint a couple of panels and order a new fender? You're not an outsourced body shop, it should not cost you that much to order parts from your own company. Mistakes happen and I should have addressed it before giving them the okay, but that disgusting attitude I received from Daniel at the collision center wasn't very necessary. He had no sympathy for the situation and had the nerve to raise his tone to me. Obviously they were not releasing my car so I paid the money and left. The manager was also absolutely no help to the situation either. Teaching your employees to not mislead customers with your quotes should probably be your priority. And inform him to lose that garbage attitude for the mistake that was made on their end. I will never take a car to this overpriced body shop again. The work was fair, but the experience was horrendous. Stay away read more

This review is in reference to service I recently received for my 2012 BMW 128i. My service advisor was Marco Fausto. Overall, I had a good experience at Pacific BMW. Marco was professional, attentive, and available for any questions. As busy as they are there, Marco still made it a point to keep me informed of where my car was in the process, and he was nice enough to speed up the process because I needed my car back relatively soon. The cost of my service ended up being slightly less than the negotiated price, and yes, he did negotiate. I highly recommend this dealer for service and repairs, and Marco, as an outstanding service rep. read more

Every time I come to Pacific BMW i have only great things to say about the employees and the customer service I get. Narek is a great advisor. He explained all the work that I would get done on my car and by when I could pick up my car. I enjoy going there because the staff is so friendly and welcoming. All the guys in service are super helpful. I love Dominic we have build a great friendship and I'm glad I purchased my 328i from him. He always manages to say hi and check up on me and catch up when I'm there. I wouldn't want to have any other dealership to do business with but these guys. Thanks! read more

I got my very first lease with the help of Greg Poland at Pacific BMW. I emailed several dealerships and sales people on Friday morning. He was the first to get back to me after just a few minutes. Overall very responsive, quick, to the point and got me the best quote compared to all other dealerships. I walked into the dealership the next day to pick up my car. I felt treated with honesty and respect, the paperwork was handled efficiently and I drove off happy. My car buying experience with Greg Poland was excellent and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a no-BS, quick and great car sales person. read more

Worst BMW dealership....Make that worst dealership I ever been to. Where should I start...From the moment I walked with my boyfriend, no one asked us or even approached us for help. Finally, a sales person asked us if we needed any help. However, after talking for 20 minutes, I realized that the sales person did not even ask us our names and didn't even introduce himself. So we were finally ready to test drive, we had to wait about 30 min because car was blocked. when I asked a service man to please hurry and move the car so that we can test drive, he replied "hey I have other things to do, I am busy." WTF!!! pretty much,me and my boyfriend walked out of there with blood pressure to the roof!!! Do NOT go here! In the end, we went to beverly hills BMW that same day and got a beautiful new 3 series BMW brand new model! I am loving it :) Please Please Please DO not go here!!!!! Danger zone!!! p.s.... I wish I can give no star....but no choice... read more

Hated this place. Horrible Experience here. Be careful when you test drive a car there. They won't let you go on freeway instead they tell you is ok to drive a bit faster in streets around the dealer, where speed limit is 30 mp/h. Can you believe? I got my first speed ticket after 10 years while I was test driving the car at this dealership. They even did not care the reason I got a speed ticket, was mostly their sale associate fault. I am sure he knew there are cops hiding there and could warn me instead of encouraging me going faster to see the car power. The sale persons are awful and they don't have any intention to sell the car to you. STAY AWAYYYYYY read more

This is the third BMW I've bought, and Pacific BMW blew the other dealerships out of the water -- this was a totally different experience from what I had before. Pacific BMW delivers luxury, friendliness, concern, and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude. Steven Saroyan, my sales representative, was fabulous. He worked for weeks via email prior to my going in to ensure that the appropriate vehicles would be ready to view. Easy-going, friendly, honest, there was never any pressure to buy, just a real interest in helping me find the right car. Emil Halaka, the finance processor, was a delight -- funny, easy-going, and again with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude to make the buying of a car as easy as possible. When I went back for a pick-up of the auto (after it had a final check-over), Donna Salao spent nearly an hour going over all the specifics of the car, showing me how it worked, what neat tricks it could do, how to program it. And what's more, she encouraged me to come back in a couple of weeks after I'd driven it for awhile because she knew I'd have more questions. My previous experiences with figuring out how the cars worked were relegated to looking everything up in the owner's manual. But this simple gesture of having someone on staff who knows these cars well to walk you through how it works was amazing. BMW is a luxury car, and Pacific BMW more than lives up to a standard of luxury. There was no moment missed to make a good impression, and the concern and attention to me as a customer was not false or affected: Pacific BMW genuinely wants to give you a rare experience in automobile buying. I would not only recommend anyone who is interested in buying a BMW to check this place out, I would strongly URGE them to. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. read more

DO NOT BUY A CPO / USED CAR FROM PACIFIC BMW! I thought I was buying a BMW from a BMW Dealer, which SHOULD be high quality and great customer service. INSTEAD I feel like I was at some shady used car dealer. I have had my car for just over a year. It was supposed to be a 2016 BMW 5 Series CPO. I wanted to buy a CPO so I could have piece of mind. HUGE MISTAKE. No way this car is a CPO and if so their standards are low. I asked if the vehicle had been in an accident, I was told "no" so of course when I was given the paperwork to sign I failed to read that it HAD been turned in with a damaged and repainted passenger side, damn near the whole side! They brushed me off with that "well you should have read the paperwork" attitude. BUT I ASKED YOU AND YOU SAID NO IT HAD NOT BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT! Then the shady salesman also told me they had checked all the tires and they were fine, ANOTHER LIE! Fortunately they replaced 2 of those after I complained and determined he had lied but I found out later all 4 should have been replaced. So the first month was already a disaster. Over the next several months several little issues came up. They repaired the things that were under warranty but that was the extent of what they would do. They couldn't care less about my dissatisfaction. Then, in December I went in for a warranty repair, it was completed BUT they failed to tell me that my rear tires, the ones they SHOULD HAVE replaced, were completely worn out. They DID however make sure to tell me about another "neccessary" repair. The $1600 motor mount repair that of course WASN'T covered under the useless CPO warranty BUT not the tires which were a safety issue. WOW! At this point Pacific BMW had pretty much ruined my trust and faith in them and soured me on the brand so I went to my regular mechanic. I was advised by my mechanic that the tires weren't even safe to drive on. This was a month AFTER it had been into Pacific BMW and they did not mention it at the dealer. So they allowed me to drive around for a month on tires that were unsafe. I could have had accident, someone could have been hurt. THIS IS NOT OK! I called to complain about that as well as a click in the air vent, line running through the navi screen (that went out after making an electrical shirt type sound), the motor mounts (which my mechanic said I did not need), an intermittent crackle in the speaker (which they allegedly fixed before), and a couple other small issues. I had 38K miles and had only had the car for 13 months? I've had 2 previous NEW BMWs, both for 5-7 years and drove them for over 100k. They did not have these issues and you know how Pacific BMW responded? With a bill for $10k in repairs, none of which is covered under the worthless CPO warranty. For the tires? I was told "oh well it was written on your repair order from last month". So now this is the SECOND time that I ASKED them a question and they failed to tell me BUT wrote it down instead. That was my mistake for not realizing this place was so shady that you have to inspect everything they say with a fine tooth comb. This was followed up with then telling me, "why don't you come trade it in and get a new one" WTH? That's the response for a 2016 5 series BMW CPO that I have had for a year and had less than 40k miles on? This was my 3rd BMW and will be my LAST thanks to Pacific BMW. I honestly think they knew all of the issues this car had when it was traded in but sold it anyway. Considering the low mileage and the fact that it had been sitting on the lot for 4-5 months before I bought it, I should have taken that as a sign. It should have never been certified. I hope corporate realizes what a shady, cheap, seedy dealer they have operating. I'm sure with the amount of sales they crank out they don't care either. The minute I can trade it in I am going to buy a REAL luxury vehicle. Maybe Audi or Mercedes, hell with the issues and horrible customer service I got from Pacific BMW I could have bought a low end economy car and been better off. I wish I could give them 0 stars. 1 star is being way to generous. DON'T GIVE THIS DEALER YOUR BUSINESS. I can't spread that word enough. Go to another dealer. ANY OTHER DEALER. My next contact will be to the BBB. read more

Greg Poland --- a Sales Manager --- is reason enough to get a BMW here. Dude is no nonsense, involved in and well respected by the Internet forums, and doesn't try to upsell you on options you don't need. In fact, Greg's motto to me was "if you're hesitating on getting an option, skip it." This guy was no pressure at all, and I would absolutely recommend him again and again (and already have!). Thanks again Greg and look forward to picking up my custom ordered M3 in the coming weeks! read more

I remember someone said in this review section that everybody deserves a second chance..... So here it goes. It shown that one of my front tires had low pressure. I looked but saw nothing. I was busy at work so I decided to get air ONLY at this dealer. So I drove to there, surprisingly, the mechanic not only inspected but found a nail. I then thought I would tough it through and go to the dealer I trust that weekend. But the air ran out fast, I went back to get more air and asked them to measure the tire to see if it's covered by the insurance. I decided that I would ONLY measure the tire there. But adviser Manny was very nice. He remembered me and knew my last experience. In short, he had all my tires checked, and actually found another nail in another tire. I ended up change both tires there. Overall, the experience this time around was not bad at all. Now I am driving my car knowing that all my tires are good. It's amazing how small things change the outlook for big things. As a woman, I am not savvy with cars, I don't want to second guess what's going on with my car everyday when I am driving it on the crowded freeway. so it's really important that I TRUST the service I get. I think Manny made it right for me. Maybe I will go back to this dealer for more things other than just air. read more

This review is about one of their service reps, Galo Mora. I've had my car serviced by Pacific for years now and each time Galo has been top notch. Today, he told me to come in to check on an error message that just showed up on my car. When I arrived, he noticed that the problem could be as simple as a burned out bulb. But instead of passing it off to another technician and possibly have me wait longer or come back later, he took time to diagnose the problem and discovered that it was, in fact, a burned out bulb, which he personally ran out to get a replacement and replaced it for me. What a great guy! read more

Well, I have been disappointed countless times, where should I start? I have never walked in, and got helped. Then you ask them a deal, and they try to rip you off. They tried to give me a lease option "A Good Deal" with a $6,000 down and $150 monthly loaner 3 series with no options. Let me put it this way, a toyota camry had more options. I asked a 335is lease once and got a "honest" deal for $950 monthly and $5,000 down so funny right. Buddy I can get a m3 for that much. All I can tell you is if you don't have a BMW don't try to give me a "Good Deal". Don't EVEN think about buying a car from these people. read more

Horrible service. I took my x5 in because of a low tire pressure warning Henry Truong didn't bother to do a full and proper inspection. Instead he eyeballed my tire and said he didn't see a nail and recommended to simply fill the tire with air. He passed it on to a mechanic to put in air. Mechanic says he'll be back in 5 minutes but comes back in 15 minutes. Tells me he's found a nail. I had planned to leave my vehicle and reserved a loaner. I trusted Henry's experience and shouldn't have. All this caused my to be significantly delayed and delayed in getting a loaner. I ended up having to leave with my car because I had to take my daughter to school and would have been late otherwise. Had Henry done his job properly and take the car for a full inspection this could have all been avoided. He was unapologetic and even tried to hold on to my keys when I told him I had to go and wouldn't be leaving the car. What a jerk. read more

My brother and I came into Pacific BMW this past weekend to lease a car for our mom. We brought her along to familiarize herself with the car with help from a "BMW Genius". He truly made our car buying experience a treat. He is upbeat, always has a smile on your face, and was so helpful throughout the entire process. Props to BMW for hiring people like him. I can't recommend him enough. Our BMW genius was a guy named Chris (I think) - very tall, skinny, blonde guy. Anyway - he was amazing. Oftentimes it's the people who make all the difference in the level of service support, and in this case, Gilbert Pogosyan is that person that truly defined the service that I experienced. I have had three service advisors at Pacific BMW, including him, and he is the only one that I would use for myself, as well as recommend to others. He is truly thoughtful, thorough, and customer-oriented. Gilbert takes the time to explain things and follow-up. Honestly, if it were not for Gilbert, I would not rate Pacific BMW 4 stars, based on poor service that I have received with other advisors or staff members in the past; in fact, it would closer to 2 or 3 stars. Gilbert, by all means, is 5 stars all the way. In an instance that did not involve Gilbert, I remember speaking with a Pacific BMW service manager over the phone that was rude, conceited, and very patronizing when I had asked about oil change timing for my vehicle within the 50,000 mile 4-year coverage. That individual essentially deflected my questions and simply stated that the car can self-determine when an oil change is required. In another instance (5/23/14), I brought in my vehicle because I had a flat tire from going over a rather thick lag screw on the freeway. The tire was essentially brand new and I had only driven 985 miles on it when it happened (I keep detailed records of my services), so I was very much interested in seeing if it can be repaired as opposed to replaced. I was initially told that the tire could not be fixed and that I would need to pay for a new one. I actually might have considered it, but the service advisor that took care of me that day (not Gilbert) was quoting me somewhere in the neighborhood of $550 per tire. I explained to him that I had that tire replaced (parts + labor) for $352 per tire. He said that based on the price that I received, I probably didn't receive a BWM certified tire from Continental and proceeded to explain to me that those would come with a star on the tire. I told him mine had one, and we both inspected the tire and there it was. Then he told me that it's not safe to repair the run-flat tires (i.e., through a plug) because it will likely come out in a few months. I wasn't about to sink $550 for a perfectly good tire, so I brought my car down to American Tire Depot a block away on Glendale & Windsor to have it repaired for $20 (and honestly, that's a little on the pricey side; I have had it repaired for $10 before - it's a very quick and easy fix), and guess what --- we're coming up on a year now and the tire is just fine. In case you're wondering, the tire in question is the Continental 245/45 R18 run flat tire, which you can get new at your local mechanic for significantly cheaper, apparently. In conclusion, Gilbert is the best, and in my opinion, if he were not there, I'd have to seriously consider going somewhere else. Five stars for Gilbert + three stars for Pacific BMW divided by two equals four stars overall --- not very scientific and apparently weighted equally (since Yelp doesn't allow for fractions of stars). read more
