As he promised, Scott showed up between 1 and 2pm the same day. So far, I was impressed. He pulled the refrigerator out and listened for a few minutes, said the compressor is gone and stated that he did not do that kind of repair. Other than advising that we should not have purchased an LG (it is 4 years old and high end), he did no other work and handed me an invoice for $75. I figure that works out to about $300 an hour for worthless advice. Would never call Appliance Pros again for any appliance repair.
