I searched Yelp for a five-star gutter cleaning company, found Bargain Window & Gutter Cleaning Services, and decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best home maintenance decisions I've made. I contacted Joshua through Yelp Messenger, and he responded almost immediately with a quote. He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After a quick trip to the hardware store for some roof tile repair adhesive, the problem was fixed. Joshua, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. I really enjoyed our conversation, and don't forget to get those Meta glasses! We'll definitely be calling you again for roof and window cleaning. Thanks again! Brian M Paden

I also appreciated their services mentioned they would do their best to clean older windows and screens but have to be mindful of their condition. It's not one size fits all Day of service- they arrived at the end of the window time frame - that's totally ok. The work was done in a little over an hour. Two guys showed up- one hit the inside the other did the outside. My windows look brand spanking new. They even cleaned my skylight in the kitchen and it is so bright in there. I don't think I've ever seen my kitchen lit up as much as It is after this cleaning. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. The guy who worked on the inside of the house was super nice super friendly with my dog that was going crazy at the time. Asked me what her name is and tried to calm her down. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

I also appreciated that they use a soft wash process rather than harsh pressure washing, which is much safer for the roof and exterior surfaces. The results were incredible. Some insurance companies have been sending letters requiring homeowners to get this done, and after looking at our roof we figured we'd better get ahead of the letter. I met with Chris (the owner) and he was great throughout the process. He's doing a lot of work in Folsom because the moss is going crazy here for some reason. His team came out and started with the roof... and oh my gosh... the amount of stuff that came off our roof was stunning, like maybe two ten gallon buckets of moss and crud (first time cleaning in 30 years). They cleaned the solar panels, then proceeded to power wash the entire house, and all the concrete front, back and side yards. Everything is cleaner now, and worth the expense. I checked with other companies too, but Cali offered the all-in-one bundle that left the roof, screens, walls, and concrete looking great.
