I agree with the review that said slightly better than school lunch. 20$ for a small coke, onion rings that were brick hard and had little flavor, and the burger was like a wish.com version of a whopper. Honestly the best thing I ate for lunch was the fry sauce so they at least got that going for them. I had to force myself to finish the food cause I was hungry hungry that day And I didn't want to hurt any feelings cause I'm also a nice guy. Staff are super awesome! But when he sold me on, "The best burgers, onion rings, and coke in town" yeah I'm sorry bud but honestly McDonalds double quarter pounder is way better and I wont eat at McDonald's unless I have to. Place looks super cool like a time warp to the 50s. So that was fun. food, not so much. I probably will never come back or recommend it to others. Hope they switch some things up!

Over priced and not good food! We ordered fries and onion rings, 2 of each, it came to $28 , they do not include any fry sauce with your highly expensive orders either! I figured I am a huge foodie so if the food is amazing then at least it was worth it, well I was highly disappointed! The fries though average and nothing to praise were not the problem, the onion rings were gross, the crust was so hard I thought I'd break my tooth which was odd cause they don't look over cooked so it leads me to believe they were using old stale batter! I will not go here again, not when McDonald's is far more better than this!

I'm always game to try new ice cream, and when I friend told me about an ice cream dessert called the Rainbow, I jumped at the chance to try it. Pace's is a local restaurant with an old-school drive in feel to it. There's not a lot of tables to sit at, so be prepared to stand or sit in your car to eat if you come on a weekend evening. The Rainbow was good--not quite what I was expecting, but good. If you've ever had an Italian ice and custard combo, it's similar, just replace the ice with a Frazil or a slushy snow cone, and you've got a Rainbow. There are lots of flavors to choose from, including strawberry, pineapple, raspberry, tiger's blood, cherry, grape, orange, lime, and blue raspberry. Well it's not the best dessert I've had, it certainly was good on a hot September day.

A million years ago when I was a little girl, my mom brought me to Pace's Dairy Ann to get Pace Bars. They are hands-down the best popsicle in the galaxy. When we I'm passing through town and want a dose of nostalgia, I hit this place up. Not much has changed in 30 years-it still looks and smells the way I remember. Except that the Pace Bar is now called the Astro Bar on the menu. I tested it yesterday and ordered a "Pace Bar." The girl at the counter didn't bat an eye-she knew what it was. I've not had the food in eons, so I won't review that aspect. But the service was great, place was clean and the memories from my childhood are alive and well.

This place sucks! Food sucks, all the employees seem like they're pissed off, and there's flies everywhere! Nasty.

Decent diner. Worth a visit if you're a native. Think country boy, onion rings, tacos and peach or fresh lime rainbows.

My mother in law and I stopped at Costco in Bountiful to top off our gas before we headed back…read morehome. We did peep out some breakfast joints around the area the night before and Penny Ann's Cafe popped up. The reviews were good so we decided to head over after we grabbed gas. This joint is conviently next to Costco so we didn't have to venture far too find it. Walking in, we were instantly greeted by the hostess. We were sat at a booth by the breakfast bar. Yohe ( I know his name started with a Y) greeted us. There was a gentleman named Cesar that was shadowing him for training. They both grabbed our drink order while my mom and I were checking out the menu. I did creep out the menu the night before. You can not not be curious over these famous "heavenly hot cakes". When you add the word heavenly to hot cakes, you know they are going to be hella good! So for breakfast, I got the Big breakfast which comes with a little bit of everything. My mom got French toast that came with a side of eggs and bacon. My plate was no joke! I got a good helping of potatoes smothered in country gravy, a chunky sausage link, bacon, ham, eggs and 2 fluffy pancakes. I'm so happy I didn't get the toast. I was offered to have my toast turned into French toast and as much as I wanted to say yes, I declined. I had enough carb options with my huge stack of pancakes and breakfast potatoes. I knew the French toast would put me over the edge. My potatoes were perfectly cooked! Crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. The country gravy on top of my potatoes was savory and thick. I normally don't like sausage gravy but this one was really good! My eggs were fried hard, just the way I like them. My bacon was crispy. I do like my sausage links to be overcooked and I forgot to tell my server about having it overcooked. The sausage was hearty and big! It just needed a little more browning for my liking. I did have a couple bites of my ham, I was just super full to finish it. Now, the pancakes were topped tier! They were fluffy! Airy! Topped with a hefty chunk of butter. The pancake syrup was warm. The combination of everything listed above made eat bite of pancake magical. I ate half of my stack and had to tap out. I really could have finished that whole plate of pancakes but I know my stomach would be so upset with me on my 5 hour trip home. What I appreciate most about this joint is how clean it is! I love that the syrup containers, salt and pepper shakers, hot sauce, ketchup and creamers are all cleaned and put in the back after each table is done. It's amazing how many condiment containers are so dirty but not here. I feel safe using thier condiments here. Especially with my new kidney and having to be extra precautious with communal things, that was one thing I didn't have to worry about today. The service is great! The pancakes are legit good. The venue is clean and nicely ran. My meal was fantastic! I look forward to bringing my husband here in April so he can try the Heavenly hot cakes. He loves pancakes and I know he will love these ones. And I will most definitely have to have my hot cakes Dubai chocolate style! Truly a must try. See you in April!

Good service, the restaurant is clean and food was quick!…read more I am headed to the airport in a few minutes so just needed something quick. I ordered a small spinach salad, side of bacon crisp and eggs over medium. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. I'll be back!
