Fantastic server promptly set us up with skinny margaritas on the rocks then we ordered our favs, chicken mole for him and shrimp tacos for me. Both were fantastic!! My shrimp tacos were so good, the shrimp actually tasted like it was fresh from the sea! So much flavor! With sautéed onions, a great combo! We always stay here in GP on our road trips between WA & CA and we will definitely come back El Charro Viejo next time we're in town! Yummy!

It's NOT Mexican food, Lety is from El Salvador. Her beautiful and gregarious daughters were working the day I stopped in, both in college, one for Journalism and one in Health Care. Had the pork tacos, 3 for $5.00 and they were as tasty and filling as they were fairly priced. The tortillas were fresh, from a local company, and they were complimented by the shredded and seasoned pork filling perfectly. While I would not necessarily travel to Wolf Creek just for the tacos, I would make a point to stop there if traveling down the 5 again....any time that they were open!

A little pricey for a sandwich, but worth it. The sandwich was packed to the brim with fresh crab and shrimp. You have the option of coleslaw or fries. I chose the fries which were fresh and flavorful with a nice crunch. The sandwich was extremely filling and can easily be split between 2 people. Under seasoned but for health reasons of various people that is understandable. Coleslaw was not bad, had dried cranberries which was different. Not bad but not life changing. Overall a good meal.

The food is well worth the wait, and the wait is objectively not very long. I have seen varying needs related to reservations; the place is pretty small and intimate, and can be busy at times to where reservations can be helfpul. Other times, like my most recent time, we had a reservation but there was not any wait for a table while we were there. The staff are incredibly friendly and the live music is fantastic-- definitely a place to check out when you're in Bandon! :)

I'm glad I wore long pants and nice shirt, because this was a white-tablecloth restaurant. My dish was good, but a bit small. It was one of the few "nice" restaurants in this area. Good for date-night.
