What a great surprise to find this food truck in the tiny community of Wolf Creek! Delicious food made to order. Open until 9pm weekdays too! Must try if you're hungry & on I-5 in southern Oregon!

Pulled off I-5 to get gas, and right across the street from the gas station is Lety's Papusas, a food truck with a permanent cover.

The bartender was absolutely phenomenal. Super nice, incredibly friendly, and made me feel so welcome. Her attitude was upbeat and positive the entire time. She was very attentive, and I really appreciated how on-point she was with ID checks--a great sign of a responsible and professional bartender. I ordered the supreme pizza, and the chef nailed it. Crispy crust, generous toppings, and though they called it a single serving, it was easily enough for two or even three people to share. The menu was great, and with a full bar, you can order any cocktail you're in the mood for. Parking was easy and very reasonable. All around, this place was a fantastic find, and I'll definitely be back soon!

The sign is quite faded so we were not sure that this was the NoBe food pod we had read about. It was nearly 2:00 and we were starving. So we pulled in, there are 3 carts SweetHeart's Chicks and Shakes, Amigas and West Coast Bitez. Bitez was shuttered, so we had Sweetheart's and Amigas to choose from. We both went with SweetHearts's. Fabulous choice. I went with the Chicken Poutine my partner went with the Chicken breast and fries. We sat down to wait for our meal. The picnic tables were very nice, clean and sturdy, the area had the outdoor grass laid out. We had maybe a 10 -15min wait. Seems we got the last lunch of the day as Sweethearts had had such a busy lunch rush. When we tucked into our meal we found out why she had won so many awards and sold out by 2:00pm. Portions are grandma generous, chicken though boneless breast meat, is very moist and tender. Chicken crust is thin and perfectly crunchy. My poutine was nicely spicy with a sausage gravy. Which I suspect was pork gravy, did some guilt eating on this. But it was so good. The fries are phenomenal, interesting shell like shape, but perfectly crispy and golden .

Great choice. They absolutely did not disappoint. I ordered the Chasu Pork Belly tacos, and honestly they may be the best tacos I've ever had. The pork belly is slow cooked and then pan seared, giving it a rich, savory depth with just the right amount of caramelized texture. The shredded cabbage and pickled red onions add a fresh crunch and brightness that balance the richness perfectly. Sweet pops from the seared corn salsa, along with scallions and toasted sesame seeds, add great layers of flavor. What really brings it all together is the sriracha garlic lime aioli and chasu reduction, which add just the right mix of citrus, spice, and umami. The impressive part is that you can taste every ingredient individually, yet each bite comes together as one perfectly balanced taco. If you're at the Phoodery, don't skip these tacos.

Owner and chef William Snyder is a serious mycologist and local mushroom hunter who forages for the seasonal treats. He deep fries them in a delicate tempura batter and serves them with pickled onions, a siracha sauce on the side and lotus root chips. This is a "don't miss" dish with a presentation worthy of a white tablecloth big city restaurant. Wow!
