You have to order the consume separately but its a must. It ranks in my wife's top 3 favorites. There were only a couple not quite perfect things. Nothing to major, but worth mentioning. The birria torta came with raw jalapeños. While fresh and usually enjoyable, this just provided an additional raw heat that didn't go we'll with the rest so she removed them. If you dine in they provide chips & salsa. Unfortunately the salsa was quite bland. The chips needed salt too. They worked as an appetizer but could have been better. They have a few more dishes we're excited to try and look forward to eating here again!

For me, the margarita was disappointing because it game in a goblet and I could only drink half of it; I'd have greatly prefer a normal on-the-rock margarita in a cocktail class and the menu provided no warning for what I suspect most people would view as a pleasant suprise.
