I did post a pic of one of them after I got it home (the other I'd already ate) and sadly, there was no enchilada sauce of any consequence to spoon over the enchiladas. Not so much as a spoonful, or two.. just the traces you see in the to-go box. The other strike was the service- while the establishment was indeed pretty clean, and the lunch crowd was pretty much clearing out when we got there with only two orders ahead of us; it wasn't the speed of service (it was acceptable) but the attitude projected by the young guy at the counter. If I had to come up with a phrase if what I perceived, it would be "restrained resentment'. Not the least bit friendly, and utilitarian at the very best. And I'm being generous. The 1 star rating from our experience yesterday, can't be elevated to a 2 star by the ok crispy taco, nor can that crispy taco of mine compensate for the vacant fish taco & stateless chicken street tacos my wife received, nor my almost sauceless ground beef enchiladas. Our friend who ordered, thought her order was passable, but nothing to go back for again. Add those factors to the demeanor of the counter guy, and we'd be hard-pressed to go back. EVER.
