Food was delicious We got the carnitas tacos plate, and the meat was not super greasy which is always a bonus. It had great flavor, and paired well with their spicy salsa, cilantro and onions. The presentation was excellent! Perfect portions of beans, rice, tacos topped with pickled carrots, cucumbers and jalapeños. We also got a burrito supreme with barilla. Disappointed nothing is homemade, the rice is so dry, the shells not cooked. I asked for the works, didn't even get cheese on my taco!

Man!!!!! Came here the other day for lunch and got a huge carne asada burrito supreme and it was delicious! It wasn't just filled with fillers like beans and rice. Do not pass up this little gem. I have been to this Taco truck ( in a a gas station parking lot) a few times. Don't let that fool you. The parking lot can get crazy. The food is delectable. I highly recommended calling ahead of time because it can take a while to order and get your food if you do not call ahead. Their veggie burritos are bombastic! They are large , fresh and come with lots of fresh and well cooked beans and other yummy stuff. They put fresh avocado on there and it so satisfying and only $5.00. I have not had their tacos, but friends rave about their tacos. They take cards and cash ! read more

I've been referred to this taco truck by many people, so I gave a try last week. They didn't let me down. They only take cash so be prepared... The staff was very friendly and patient with us as we tried to decide. The menu was decent in size and I made small talk with the other customers while I was waiting to place my order. They all gave me pointers and were regular customers. We tried two different tacos, chicken and carnitas. We liked the chicken a little better (moist and tender). We also tried the HUGE carne asada burrito. It was pretty darn good too. We spent just under $20.00, less than it costs to feed our family at Taco Bell and the food was very very good. We will be back and I will let you know how we like their other options. P.S. the pickled peppers and veggies and so stinking good! YUMMO! read more

This is one of two taco trucks, stationed right across Antelope Road from each other. This one is on the lot of the Spirit station. I tried both today. I liked the other one better. But this one is still not bad, compared to some of the places in Medford. I had the rice-bean-2 taco plate for $4.75. A fairly good portion for the price. The rice was bland, the refried beans had cheese on them and were pretty good. Neither were rancid or off in any way. The tacos were of a reasonable size and tasty. They used a green chile sauce. Included were a jalapeno and a half, a chunk of radish, and some pickled carrots. Good but not wonderful eats. read more

Woo hoo for a nommy taco truck right by work! I like how this is a no frills taco truck with everything you'd need when you're craving Mexican. I've had the tacos and a al pastor burrito here and both were great. I really liked the Carnitas and fish tacos; they don't skimp on the meat. Also, they only use legit toppings - cilantro and onion! None of that sour cream/olives BS lol The burrito (regular, not supreme) is hearty and filling. From what I remember, the super burrito and regular burrito are differentiated only by sour cream so keep that in mind! Also, ATTENTION: they have al pastor but it's not advertised!! The al pastor was tender but the flavor was a little lacking...or maybe it was because it was all mixed in with my burrito ingredients. Everything seems to come with lime, radish, and jalapeño so I am thankful . The truck also sells chips and bottled coke if you're wanting more! I can't give it a full 5 Stars because the menu doesn't give you all the info (diff between supreme and regular burrito, no al pastor) and because it wasn't anything worth dying for haha just your regular ole taco truck! read more

Bucket list food destination when I am off diet! Been to a lot of different kinds of food trucks in many different cities for many years. Don't know what they do to get that flavor with their beef, but it's fantastic. I just stick with the tacos and burritos mostly and it's great! I think I've had everything on their menu and I have never been let down! They work very long hours and I always express my appreciation with a tip or kind comment to let them know they're doing just great and definitely better than any other truck and most any restaurant anywhere else! I have even taken some appreciative dates for a rustic meal there, or to take on the go for a great start to a trip out of town to eat in the car. So fun! read more

Good al pastor tacos! Not greasy! Love that they give you pickled carrots and jalapeños! Hot sauce could be a little hotter though! Also have had their carne asada tacos which were good but prefer the delicious al pastor.. Chicken enchiladas were so so I prefer shredded chicken read more
