Highly recommend! We stopped here today on our roadtrip after seeing the glowing reviews - it did not disappoint :) The food was absolutely delicious (delicioso, fabuloso, fantástico, y fenomenal). I got a vegetarian burrito and my fiancé ordered al pastor and pollo asado tacos. 10/10 on both!! The salsa was also super tasty. The service was top tier - Speedy and his wife are friendly, patient, funny, and attentive. The vibe was excellent and there are two seating options: a shaded patio area with picnic benches as well as a lovely indoor restaurant with A/C and colorful decor. We were fortunate to try this food truck out today-the first day Francisco opened the super cute cantina! We sat in a comfy booth with our dog right next to the wide open garage door which gave the cantina a great open air vibe. The Cadillac margarita and Pińa Agua Fresca were both excellent drinks. Our favorite things we ordered were the Chile Relleno and the Esquites which came with fun flaming Cheetos on top eventually making the whole cup pink. Would order both of these again! Also tried some street tacos which were ok but a bit dry.. some salsa and/or pickled veggies would be a good addition. Francisco the owner as well as his new cantina server were both friendly and quick with service but we especially enjoyed talking to Francisco and hope this spot gets many customers! Best Mexican food in town! The he owners are so gracious and inviting. They have a nice outdoor seating area and they are opening a small dining/bar area where you can sit inside and enjoy a margarita with your delicious meal. This is my GO TO for Mexican food now ! This place is amazing. The aqua Fresca is SO good. Tropical is amazing during the hot summer. The burritos are HUGE. Worth the price point and they don't skimp on meat. Succulent Carne Asada but just enough char for superb flavor and texture. They actually listen to custom orders so you can get things your way. Friendly is an understatement too, the whole team is incredibly nice and fun. I am a GP local and this is definitely some of the absolutely BEST Mexican food in town. The best experience. Such warm friendly and fun welcome from them it made my day so much better! The owner is so hilarious. The food was amazing I got four street tacos and I love the sautéed onions on the Carne Asada tacos with the habanero sauce is the best! If you like hot sauce, definitely get the habanero!! Came with really good rice that's not dry at all and beans. And of course the limes for the tacos! If I didn't have to go back to work right away, I would've spent more time at their clean picnic tables on such a nice warm sunny day . Hands down, the best Mexican food I've had in Oregon! The quesabirrias are a must try if you come here, they are the best quesabirrias ive had in a long time.
