Recently discovered Garcias and it is so crave-able. And very reasonably priced. The service is quick and friendly and the sitting area is great. We had the carnitas, birria, carne asada and pastor tacos and they were so delicious- especially with a squeeze of lime and their salsas. The street cheese quesadilla was also amazing! What happened to Garcia's?? Our experience before was fantastic. Burritos, taco OMG so delicious. The grilled chicken's flavor reminded me of SF's mission district places. The value then was great. Now just yesterday returned after afew months and it seemed a different place? The Burritos prices up and the flavors were gone. The chicken was cube cute and has zero flavor but also left a bad, rancid aftertaste Has the ownership changed? I'm really bummed because we thought we'd found our go to place. I would pay top dollar for something which really hits the spot but in this case I cannot honestly say this represents anywhere near the top of class which it once was. Pity really. read more

I haven't been to this truck since they were parked in rays parking lot a couple years ago. Went recently to get tacos. 3 de birria, 3 de Asada. The handmade tortillas were dry and the taco would fall apart when I picked it up. A taco needs a solid foundation. The meat was also chewy and needed more seasoning/marinated longer. The salsas were also bland and lacked flavor. I promise I don't have covid either. There were a couple chefs in the truck. I'm guessing this was a case of 'Too many chefs in the kitchen' read more

Still a great place to grab tacos. But the quality seems to have dropped a bit. The tortillas just aren't the same.

Ok I don't ever leave reviews just don't have time usually, good or bad . But I travel a lot and hit taco stands all over cause of my work. This taco truck was top 5 of no good, we got 2 burritos for 30$ and added to cokes for 10$ total of 40$ and wasn't at all tasty or flavorful, Gave us all belly aches. We not be visiting this taco truck ever again. Definitely don't recommend if you are looking for tacos or burritos. THIS! I LOVE taco trucks......and this is simply the best there is. I don't say it lightly....because I've literally had every taco truck in the valley....(and continue sampling). Some have their high points, and I'm a fan of several. While I also love the sit-down place down the street, (because it is easier to get to with the fam), no other place near Meddy makes tacos and tortas as good as this. You're not gonna get beer......and there's only a picnic table out front on the highway for "ambiance".....but if you want FOOD. The BEST food. And that want includes tacos, tortas, or a loaded burrito, then this is the place-hands down. The family that runs it puts a ton of love and care into what they do. The salsas are always fresh and just amazing. The handmade tortillas are what you have always wished for. The meat......well......just try and not fall in love with the carnitas or asada. I defy you. When they opened a couple years ago, the owner told me that he meant to be the best taco truck the Valley had. I smiled nicely, and said I was sure it would be good. But it's not just good. He has continually proven, over and over, that he and his family are up to the task. I literally eat lunch here at least once a week. In fact, I arrange my work schedule just to do it. Yeah.....it's THAT kinda good! I fear this truck ever leaving.....and my heart skips a beat when I see it has moved. (They take it home to clean and restock). Check your receipt. My burrito was $6 and he ran my card for $10. Quickly gave me my $4 but was falling all over himself and was not aware that I was getting a receipt on my phone without it being requested. Where i live there are tons of taco trucks. I have tried them all. The are many great ones but none of them has ld a candle to this one. The homemade tortillas are perfection. The meat is plentiful and the salsas are very flavorful. The father and son that run it are very nice and personable. I wish this was located near my house. I've been eating at the taco trucks of southern oregon for 20 years, this one is my favorite. The owner is great, the food is fantastic and the prices are reasonable.
