Went in for dinner, left $50 lighter and with a gutache. The grilled chicken in my burrito was cold and tough, felt like it had been burned on thhe grill and then left sitting. My groups quesadilla was super greasy and had about 1/2 the cheese it needed. Two normal meals and a small quesadilla and chips were just a hair under $50. I know things are expensive, but the meal we got was not a $50 meal at all, it was maybe worth $20 at best. Wont be returning. read more

Absolutely loved it. Very friendly service and the food was very good. I had the Chile Verde burrito, my wife had a carnitas taco and a fried fish taco and my son had the ground beef nachos. Please be aware the dine in chips and salsa are not free, but only $1.95 so I had no problem with it. We were all very happy with everything. It seems they are primarily a drive thru/take out, but the dining area is fantastic and beautiful. This place is terrible, you are better off getting chicken mcnuggets. I witnessed one of the younger cooks selfishly scoop out small soggy amounts of this grey clumpy matter that they stated to be "lengua" or beef tongue, out of a metal container. It seemed to be stale and sitting out all day with the rest of their other ingredients. In that same buritto, I further watched this young man shovel large amounts of wet canned black beans into it, granted that after he wrapped it up, you couldn't detect the amount of liquid that was inside of that burrito. I knew I was in for a surprise when I got home. I ate parts of my food because I didn't want to end up wasting my money. This was our first time here and we ate inside. We could see the drive through was quite busy so that was a good sign that many people liked the food. We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely it looked inside. The waiter was really attentive and sweet, the food EXCELLENT, chips and salsa fresh and my strawberry daiquiri yummy! I love it. 9.95 for combo meal, beans rice and Asada beef street tacos and side of guacamole. I love the street corner location as well as the new location (sit down) at Union st. Very friendly polite staff very good portions and it's clean! I don't get gassy or bloated after eating here like standard Mexican food chains. It's clean, affordable and the margaritas are lovely. Music is jammin and it's young vibing! Definitely check out this space if your young and want to have a good atmosphere to eat at! This is a relatively new place and the first time I've eaten here. The place was clean and comfortable and the service excellent. But we were both disappointed with the food. It is best described as, well, tasteless. I had a salsa verde burrito and my spouse, the ground beef tacos. To begin, the salsa and chips with bean dip tasted like a commercial sauce with cilantro added. The beans were uninspired and could have used onions? or a bit of cumin? Something even a bit more salt? The chips did not taste fresh. The salsa verde burrito had virtually no salsa on or in and the pork didn't taste fresh, it was dry and fatty. The tacos had very little meat, almost no cheese and were mostly lettuce. Regrettably, we won't be going back. read more
