He walked through the issues found with me and provided detailed paperwork to show to the original dealership which resulted in them repairing under warranty the next day. Diagnostic spot on. Not only that, he voided the cost of alignment due to damages by seller and did not charge for the diagnostic. Fast forward a few years later and that level of honest and detailed work has not missed a beat. Every time there is a potential underlying issue that can disrupt the job or come back to bite customers in the behind in the future, they will not hesitate to inform customers of it prior to doing work. I will continue referring them to friends/family and coming here myself if I ever need work done to my vehicles beyond my control. They are one of the few honest shops around!

I was told to expect the repair to finish by Friday. Unfortunately it wasn't. They said that it won't be ready till Tuesday, a day after Labor Day, but I was in no rush. I did appreciate the constant update about my car status on daily basis. It shows that they like to keep the owners informed about the status of repair process. They also utilize a neat online portal that shows your car status live, so I get an idea the status the repair is at. Tuesday came around, and was given a call in the morning that my car is ready. I left work early the day and came to pick it up. Paid for the repair and was guided to my car. The technician inspected the entire car with me to make sure everything was in check. I was shocked by the results. My entire front bumper was new and it look as my car looked brand new and was definitely satisfied. On top of that, I got a complementary car wash. That was sweet!
