The service was good and a call out to Tayler who definitely shined above the rest. We also had breakfast here one day which was equally has good as the dinner before teeing off. They do have the only golden tee machine on the course and it is set to free play. It's definitely a sports bar ambiance. Great place to end the round with a cocktail.

We arrived earlier and they happily seated us early. Many of the tables are unused I believe due to the Covid environment...but if that was a concern perhaps the worn carpet in the restaurant should be replaced too. Skip the interesting take on greek salad (pictured here) and the French onion soup and go for the entree and dessert instead. We ordered two filets, one medium and one medium well and both came out very rare so we sent them back. The asparagus did not look appetizing as it appeared to be over cooked and the red wine sauce looked and tasted like brown gravy. I guess for a $48 steak we expected a little bit more from this wonderful resort. The staff was soo very friendly, apologized and offered to correct. I think next time we will stick to the Italian restaurant for cleanliness and food options.

Most folks are just passing through on Route 17. They are famous because "small town" jokes were invented here. When you pass the "Entering Bowling Green" sign, you can see the back of the "Leaving" sign!" I have more mismatched sox than this town has families! However, it has Gloria's, and I was there for breakfast. Arriving- What a surprise, it's on Route 17! The parking lot is big enough, so I swung my car into a slot and walked right in. Ambience- It's one big box that feels bright and airy because of the high ceiling. A few booths but mostly well-spaced four-tops. A little bit of Western décor but not much. Pro Tip- No Wi-Fi and no hot spots around so you'll be stuck with sloooow 5G! Customer Service- I had some good coffee and a menu in front of me in about three minutes. I perused my menu of standard American fare and as soon as I set it down my server popped over for my order. She was friendly and efficient and so no problems with the service. Food- I ordered a Spinach & Swiss Omelet, Corned Beef Hash, and a Biscuit. It was out in about five minutes and the pre-tip tab including bottomless coffee was $16 and change. Everything was well-cooked and the biscuit was actually steaming when I broke it open. I thought the portions were a little small for the price and the omelet filling was a little stingy. However, everything was tasty. There's not much around this tiny town but they got the job done with three stars. Wauchula is about eight miles away with more choices if you are heading that way.

This is a small restaurant with booth and table seating. As we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly server who instructed us to sit wherever we like. The menu covers everything from breakfast to dinner. My wife and I shared the ultimate skillet, which was one of the specials offered on a Saturday. It was stacked with homefries, vegetables, meats, gravy, and cheese. It was a great value at $15. The flavor was outstanding. I will mention one negative. The parking situation is not good. I did not see many spots available. I just happened to get a spot right in front of the restaurant but I feel like we will struggle to find parking if it's busy. We were provided exceptional service the entire time. I will absolutely return to A&G to try more of the menu.

Soooo good. Very family friendly, very great prices. Will be back often now!

Entering you'll find a bakery, bottled wine available for purchase and a well-suited bar area near the hostess check-in. The decor draws your attention in every direction. Courteous staff are attentive to see to your needs. The menu selection gained my attention to words that I look for that live up to my taste; Bruschetta, Whipped Feta, Smoked Fish Dip. And those are just the appetizers. Burgers, Cajun fries, Bourbon, Espresso all caught my eye as I scanned the menus. The pace here is also more to my liking; I don't like being pushed out the door to make way for more customers. I enjoy spending time with my better half and soaking in the ambiance. The noise level/music is at a good level. The bathroom was cranked and bit much but I didn't spend much time in there. This is a place I plan to return to over and over to try new menu items. This is a Highly Recommended, slow down/country-vibe kinda place that I really seek out. It may not be right for you but I really like it and I'll be back the next chance I get.

He said the one here is different from anywhere else I've ever been and boy oh boy was he right. The Caesar salad here is neck and neck with Jay Luigi for best Caesar salad in all of Tampa Bay. I freaking loved it and would seriously go here again and just order double Caesar salads and that's it. It's really that good. I also had the $23 Burrata and it was great too. I definitely need to come back here again and try more food items. For drinks, I had a $20 Crimson Heat. It was pretty good, I wish it had a stronger burnt mezcal taste, but I liked it. Also, had a $22 Espresso Martini. I liked it a lot too. I would rate it a 8.5/10. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside and super huge. There is a bar at the front in the middle and a bar in the way back. I actually appreciate the fact the hostess told me to take off my hat. I like classy places like this. Overrated and far too expensive for the disappointing experience.
