This is a small restaurant with booth and table seating. As we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly server who instructed us to sit wherever we like. The menu covers everything from breakfast to dinner. My wife and I shared the ultimate skillet, which was one of the specials offered on a Saturday. It was stacked with homefries, vegetables, meats, gravy, and cheese. It was a great value at $15. The flavor was outstanding. I will mention one negative. The parking situation is not good. I did not see many spots available. I just happened to get a spot right in front of the restaurant but I feel like we will struggle to find parking if it's busy. We were provided exceptional service the entire time. I will absolutely return to A&G to try more of the menu.

Today we had breakfast but my family is looking forward to trying their dinner options. We were chatting with another couple at a different table who told us how the chefs in the back have been working for locally renowned restaurants in the area for decades and dang did the food prove them right! Soooo good. Very family friendly, very great prices. Will be back often now!

There was plenty to take home and have a second meal, and she said it was all delicious. I ordered the soup (clam chowder) and house Caesar. The soup was nice and hot and tasted great. The salad was good, though a tad heavy on the dressing. A general note about Miller's and its kids' menu: I have eaten at a few of these places around the state, and I find their policy about adults eating off the kids' menu to be weird. Some servers are fine with it and some claim management won't let them allow you to order of the other menu. Most items on the kids' menu cost about $8. The (adult) meatloaf is $8.50. The fish and chips are $7.99. So, what is the big deal about an adult ordering off the kids' menu if the costs are the same? Some of us don't want a 1/2 pound burger. The kids' menu has a 1/4 lb. burger. Also, we sometime dine with our disabled nephews, and they usually prefer "kid friendly" dishes. I wish Miller's would review this policy.

Since we were catching up with family we chatted away about 45 minutes and we realized "where is our food". Somewhere things went off the rails. To say we were surprised is an understatement. Finally the manager comes over and says the food should be out in a minute. An hour after ordering our food arrived. The food was average at best. Not what we experienced before. Two of the six ordered the daily special (ribs), two carbonara, ravioli and a salad. Not complicated. Manager was apologetic and comp'd the table. Server was upset since every table In her section had issues. We took care of Taylor knowing it wasn't her fault. Am I off Miller's. No. But if they repeat this nightmare I will have to really think twice about coming OTB. Also they got rid of the Field Goal Trio of wings, zingers and shrimp. So sad.

These folks are a work-in-progress with some good points and some bad, but I do think they hold some promise! Atmosphere- Pure Florida kitsch! You've seen it all before. I was there for breakfast and the place was spotless! Customer Service- Five stars! My server and I recognized each other from another local restaurant that I patronize. She was awesome as usual. Efficient and a bright smile and a pleasant demeanor. Breakfast Menu- Standard American fare with the only small surprise is that the sausage had three choices. link, patties and smoked. Food- I went with a classic American breakfast of two scrambled, smoked sausage, hashbrowns and wheat toast. It was out in good time and piping hot. It cost me ten bucks. Now come the issues. As you can see from my pic there was plenty of food! The eggs were spot on and delicious. The toast was thick cut and very high quality. It was supposedly buttered but with very little, so it was dry. My bad for not ordering more butter. The smoked sausage was nice and Smokey which I loved. Problem #1 was it was soooo salty that I couldn't finish it. Problem #2 was one piece crossed the line from grilled to burnt. There was a massive amount of hash browns. There is no other way to say it; they were nicely browned on the outside but a weird mush on the inside and very greasy. I was not a fan. In my very experienced opinion, the cook(s) need to get their act together! When a business is new, I always try to be gentle. Soooo I'm going with a very generous three stars and the caveat that we need to give them some time to smooth out the rough spots. I'll be back to try them again in a few weeks.

Sauces were off the chart delicious. - Ricotta toast: insanely thick and fluffy perfect pieces of bread topped with dollops of whipped ricotta and chili crisp. Crunchy, smooth, and a bit of spice. The appetizer I didn't know I needed in my life. 5 stars - Shrimp cocktail: probably the best I've had. 5 humongous shrimp perfectly cooked and chilled. Served with a Thai peanut satay sauce that was delectable. Didn't envision this combo and it worked so well. 5 stars - Lamp chips: 3 nice pieces my husband and friend enjoyed. 4.5 stars - Miso cod: solid version marinated as expected with 2 pieces plus bok choy. 4.5 stars - Umami fries: large plate of perfectly crispy curly fries with Japanese spices on top. 4 stars - Mozzarella sticks: long rectangles covered in a panko potato mix. Crunchy and gooey. Paired with ranch and guachong sauce. 4 stars - Artichokes: 3 large lightly fried pieces which looked like chicken wings. Could've been sliced into smaller bites. 3.75 stars - Dining room: modern bougie vibe. Long bar across the length of the restaurant with a few higher tables of in back (shaped like elongated guitar picks) and a banquettes. A living wall ceiling and artsy wooden touches. Midlights - Flank steak: large slices with not too much flavor. Most unremarkable item we had. 3 stars - Water service: need bigger glasses or for them to leave a carafe on the tables as they didn't come by to refill often enough. Being in a tropical location, hydration is important. - Drinks: cocktails sounded fancy but were just ok. Even their version of a smoked old fashion was lacking in the smoke reveal. Wine was also just ok - Waiter kept on calling us sir and ma'am making us feel old and bit uncomfortable Lowlights - Out of few things. their sole bakery item dessert in a brownie I was excited about and 2 out of 7 glasses of red wines

The winter salad was nicely composed and had a nice balance of flavors. The braised greens were kale with bacon, well seasoned. My husband also had a shrimp cocktail followed by a blackened mahi mahi fish over grits. Nicely cooked.... grits tasty but heavy. The wine list by the glass is limited so we order a bottle of Belle Glos Pinot Noir and were able to take the remainder of the bottle to our room. The dishes that floated by our table to other patrons looked amazing. The fried chicken and wedge salad looked super popular! The dessert was a real highlight. The signature skillet chocolate chip cookie sundae. Rich, melt in your mouth hot baked cookie with ice cream and the trimmings. Very reasonably priced for resort food where you're limited to the few restaurants at the resort. Breakfast buffet the following morning could be improved. Not as gourmet as I would expect for a high end resort like this.

We arrived at 11:00 and were one of two tables with customers. Our waitress arrived promptly for drink orders and had a decent knowledge of the square cardboard's menu items. We selected two soups for appetizers ($7, $8). My friend selected the $22 blue crab wedge salad with avocados, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber and a lime dressing. I chose the prime burger with applewood bacon, onion ring and horseradish aioli, homemade chips on the side ($16). While the menu presentation on heavy cardboard was novel it was awkward to manipulate. Our soups, the truffle cauliflower bisque and the seafood gumbo, were of nice presentation. The cauliflower soup was very creamy but tasted of cream--not cauliflower--and truffle could not be detected. It was pleasantly buttery and "sweet" but not rich in a vegetable flavor we'd hoped for. The gumbo was EXTREMELY spicy and more of New Orleans descent than "old bay". Loved the okra, crab and shrimp. There was one oyster but the first bite produced rock grit and was repulsive. The rice was light and overcooked--we thought maybe it was barley. Though I finished the dish, it was far too cumin-y for my taste. The crab salad dish was NOT a wedge as presented and was minus the avocado. The heirloom tomatoes were good. The lime dressing did not taste like lime and was not used. This dish would've been happier with a vinaigrette and/or some butter flavor for the crab--and some seasoning spice like old bay on the crab. This was not a $22 salad, even considering market price on the crab. The burger was the star of the meal. Though I asked for medium rare and got a very rare burger, it was tasty. The applewood bacon was cooked to perfection and a nice thick cut. We felt the horseradish aioli was far too strong to use. I was given French fries instead of the chips I ordered, with no comment. They were good hot but did not keep their heat long. Our water glasses were only refilled upon request and far later than we needed the drink. The bill came out with different prices than the menu printed price, in our favor. The $22 salad was $18 and an $8 soup was $6. We thought maybe they subtracted for the missing avocado on the salad but not sure on the soup. Overall we felt the prices were high for the value received. The meal was not "memorable" or of the delicious depth expected for high quality eats. We did not like that they ran a floor sweeper while we ate--shouldn't happen in a classy establishment when we are the first guests. We didn't like the food "errors" such as chips for fries, not a complete lettuce wedge. The dressings were poor. It took forever to get water refills and get our bill IN AN EMPTY RESTAURANT. We made it an enjoyable experience around mediocre effort on their part. We'd love to see it continue to elevate to a level that makes a 54 mile round trip to eat there more worth our while.
