We had lunch inside this restaurant on a Monday afternoon. The restaurant was FILTHY. The floors were covered in spilled drinks, trash, and food. The tables were barley cleaned off. We were so excited when this new location opened because it's only 1 mile from our house. We went this afternoon. Myself, my hubby and our 3 kids. The gal who took our order, Michelle, was very kind, patient, helpful. She was amazing! She gave my son a cookie because his birthday is next week. She was the sweetest! They got our custom order just right. The food was fresh and delicious. This is our new go-to place. They also have a super cute sand box outside with shovels and sand toys. My kids loved it! I am not happy with this location and the fact that they serve rotten veggies on top of their beef. I went when they first opened and my burger was ruined with rotten juices. I contacted the owner and he assured me that he let them know to get rid of the rotten things in the kitchen 2 months later a friend went to try them out (he remembered hearing me speak of how great they were) and said his burger was under cooked (he had to keep chewing and chewing through the tendrils) and the veggies on top stunk to high heaven I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went here about 3 weeks ago as it is new to the neighborhood and it took a good 5 minutes to supply 2 burgers and 1 lemonade, which is long considering I only had 1 car ahead of me. When I tasted the burger and lemonade I was not impressed. My previous experience with both products was delightful from the P. Terry's on 183 down the road. I'm giving the Star to the food. But a zero to the staff. I came by tonight and got in the drive through at 8:45pm. This is a busy time of night for them and they are slow at times. When I finally made it to the window I received my drink and paid and then sat there for an additional 10 minutes. Through the window I counted five (FIVE!!!!!!) employees standing around on their phones and/or chatting to each other. Typically, if you manage a business you would want your employees to represent your company any in a positive manner. When i saw that my food had been brought to the window because it was ready, the cashier decided to finish her conversation first before bringing to me. I won't be taking my money to this location any longer. Very disappointed. Also... I didn't get out of the drive through until 9:20. That is a 45 minute wait! read more

I am giving up on this location. The drive through line process is broken. I have taken the outside lane five times now this year and after the experience each time I swore that I would never return. Today was the last straw. When I arrived, the outside line was blocked and only the inside lane was working. After about 5 minutes of waiting, the outside line opened up and I was the first person in line. I pulled up to the order station, said "Hello!" and heard nothing except the inside line transacting the order. Two more cars in the inside lane give their order and no one asked for mine. I gave a couple of toots on my horn and nothing. After another 4 cars on the inside lane give their orders, I blared my horn. Still nothing. Just as I was about to pull away in disgust, someone came on to take my order. Now, I am first in line to wait to get my order. 10 cars drive through the inside line before my order arrives (two burgers). This process is broken and it has been for the last year, every time I go. 20 to 1 ratio of cars served in the inside line vs the outside line is not right. Clearly, there is not a problem preparing the meals. Clearly it is an issue of line management. I will not be returning and I will tell my friends to avoid this location. read more

I am a regular at the P Terry's near lake creek. I love the food and prefer it over any other burgers around. However, something that bugs me is that every time I ask for sides of special sauce I get attitude. And when handed the sauces they are barely filled-near empty. And recently I was told now I'm only "allowed" two sides of special sauce per pack of fries. I don't understand this logic. I LOVE the food and just want some sauce to go with it. Like why be so stingy to customers for something that isn't absurd? I don't appreciate the customer service and is starting to make me not want to deal with the employees. read more

I love P. Terry's but I was supremely disappointed with my experience today. I got there about 3PM with only a few cars in front of me and it took almost 15 minutes to get my food! Yowzer. When it's busy I understand it can take a while, but it wasn't that busy for a Sunday afternoon. My car even got tired of not moving and stalled in line. I think I'll stick with my other P. I will start this out by saying that I am a huge fan of P. Terrys in general and have not had a bad experience at any other location I have visited. Two times in a row now I have had very poor experiences with food and quality control at this location for breakfast. I work in close proximity and this is a really convenient stop for a good breakfast/lunch when I have no time. I do drive thru for convenience and both times have not been able to go in and speak to management due to a busy work schedule. The first time the ham in my egg burger was grey in color. I ended up throwing it away for fear I would get food poisoning. The second time (yesterday) I ended up getting no meat in the egg burger thinking I would be safe but it was soooo heavy with pepper and salt it was inedible. read more

We love p Terry's and were excited to have one open near our house. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience like we had hoped. Only two highchairs in the restaurant so we had to hold our baby. Fries were burned and when we asked for more, it was taken as an inconvenience. The milk shake was almost melted completely by the time we got it. i have been to this location on HWY 183 many times, and have never had any problems whatsoever. On Sunday morning at 9:55am on 6/6/2021, i went to the drive thru window and ordered a coffee. Cashier 4444 was so rude that i was in a state of shock. first of all she barely spoke, and then when i asked her for some cream she acted like i was asking for $100 dollars. she huffed and puffed and went and got some without any word of thanks or your welcome...the whole time i was very nice and respectful and polite. then i asked if i could have something to stir the coffee cream in, she about had a heart attack and rolled her eyes, still not saying anything and went to get a stirrer, but i didn't want to say anything bad to her so i drove away. but i can tell you right now, that will keep me and all the people i tell, away from this location. you could totally tell she didn't want to be working... read more

Super exited to happy to have a PTerry's further North! We need more in North Austin, Cedar Park & Leander! This place usually has the best accuracy of any fast food chain, in my personal experience at least. This trip was not so great to say the least. The drinks can out, the bags came out, we ordered three cookies, they were left off. So we drove back around thru the drive thru, the speaker chimed in and i said we just drove thru and paid, the cookies were left off our order, came back around and the ladies at the window, looked at my like I was crazy and asked for the receipt. Gave them the receipt, but really, for $3.00. I would trust the honesty of your patrons, believe them and correct the order, also do it with a smile and graciously apologize. Edit: Gave four stars initially. Food and staff are great, but the jalapenos and bacon get missed on my order sometimes. P Terry's representative reached out to me unprompted and was very professional. That shows some initiative and effort, which usually lacks in a lot of other burger chains. So I'm a regular at this P Terry's and for a while it was going so great. But recently every time I have been they respond rudely when I ask for special sauce. And then when I get the containers of special sauce they are noticeably lacking sauce. I'm not sure why asking for sides of sauce should result in a negative attitude and decreasing amounts of sauce in each container. For the most part, I normally experience friendly customer service and good tasting food at this location of P. Terry's Burger Stand. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday (August 16th 2018) was horrible!! I decided to go through the drive-thru and as usual, it was packed. This is a norm for this location and it's rarely not busy. The restaurant staff was aware that the line was getting long and decided to open the second drive-thru lane for business. I was the first customer for the second drive-thru lane which ended up being my biggest mistake. I ordered a double cheese burger meal with a large lemonade and a large chocolate shake. At first everything was great! The gentlemen who took the order was friendly, fast, and repeated the order for accuracy; and when first waiting in line, the procedure went as usual. But then I realized that the SUV that was originally behind me in line but remained in the first lane, was leaving the drive thru and I started to wonder, "Okay...What was going on?" At first I rationalized that maybe they ordered something small (even though there was two people in the vehicle). But then the vehicle behind them left, then another car, and by this point, I was extremely upset. The car behind me on the second lane had already gotten some part of their order already by this point as well. I was still sitting in my car with my lemonade and chocolate shake, but no meal for more than 15 minutes. I'm also starting to get worried that my shake is melting even though my air con is full blast; it's 101 degrees outside. Then a fourth car had left from that lane and I'm just furious. The fifth car was almost about to get their order, before the gentlemen ran to my car with my order. He apologized and told me that he had included two cookies in the bag for the wait. Now, I appreciate the "small" attempt to make the situation correct, but two cookies isn't enough for that type of wait and for the insult of how many cars passed me and anyone behind me in the second lane. The reason behind the wait was "one of their printers wasn't working properly," which I understand that happens. My issue is that FOUR cars/ FOUR different orders, not including whatever the car behind me received, passed before me and the solution is two cookies?? When the first car got their order and even the second, that gentlemen should of pushed for my order to come out before that third vehicle left. Mind you, I didn't just see FOUR vehicles leave from that line, there was at least six or seven vehicles ahead of me before I decided to get into the second lane so I saw at least 9 to 12 vehicles leave with their orders before receiving mine. The gentlemen should of advised his manager of the situation so the manager could of made it right before I left with my order, but that wasn't done either. Again, my biggest mistake for getting into that lane! The only reason why I didn't ask for the manager myself is that I was sick and tired of waiting and I just wanted to eat my food without it getting cold. P. Terrible experience on Saturday night. Burger was dry and not hot. The dining room was a mess with filthy floors, tables, overflowing trash cans and a messy drink station/counter. The workers were friendly and appeared to be working hard...so wonder if they were just not trained correctly and/or if they were understaffed tonight. Me and my fiance went to P Terry's last night for dinner. Not only did they charge us for the wrong order and then say they voided the charge and recharge us for a new order, but they made us have singles instead of doubles. When I got home there was a hair in my French fries and I decided that was the last straw so I called in and asked for a refund and they said they could not refund it unless I came into the store, but took my name down and said if I came in any time the next day that I could get a full refund and my meal replaced. I came in today and it took 15 minutes for them to serve or acknowledge me and then they would not give me a refund and the manager was very rude to me. The managers name was Minique at 13770 N Hwy #183, Austin, TX 78750. She refused to tell me who the manager was last night, and she would not tell me her last name. My family and I enjoy this place. Fast service and good burgers, frys, and shakes. An added bonus is they are a locally owned business.

Foods ok, but Ridiculously slow. Maybe because of a new crew, but don't go unless you have 20 minutes to wait for one burger.
