My husband and I had dinner at P.F. Changs before our movie the other night. Our server was a young man named Joshua, but they call him Chuck. Came here for happy hour which is Monday thru Friday 3-6. The food is amazingly delicious. Today we had the lettuce wraps, California rolls, egg rolls and the crab wontons. The egg rolls were quite greasy but other than that the other food was great. The lettuce wraps are TO DIE FOR. Seriously good. It wasn't very busy for a Thursday right before hoopfest, the largest 3 on 3 basketball tournament in the world that our city hosts. The service was ok. We ordered spring rolls but our waitress put it in wrong so when the wrong order came out, we told the guy who brought it that we didn't order it (not a fan of spicy tuna roll or I would have just taken the wrong item). When he told our waitress, I could hear her and she wasn't very nice about it. But, whatever. The food was good. Love the outside patio area too. PF Changs use to be my 'go to Chinese restaurant. Unfortunately that is not the case any longer. Ordered delivery and received an unrecognizable chicken dish. The breaded chicken was a dried up as if kept under a heating lamp. The lo main was nothing more than noodles...zero on any veggies. Eating gross food for $$$$, no thanks! read more

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon at around 2pm. We requested a booth and the host was very annoyed by our request. The restaurant was practically empty with plenty of booths available. We are in Spokane for a meeting and were walking downtown. PF Chang's has this patio area that opens into the corner of Post and Main. It was a great spot to watch people and perfect to have a light dinner. We ordered Celia's shrimp dumplings and the tempura shrimp sushi roll. Pictures speak for themselves, the dumplings were small, warm and light. The sushi was perfect, lightly rolled and crunchy. For dinner we had the honey shrimp and long life noodles. We both agreed that the"long life noodles" were the best of the two dishes. This is a great spot to people watch and enjoy the temperate weather. Had an ok experience but underwhelmed. Their Asian pear mojito is not a cocktail I'll ever order again. Not sure how they get away calling it Asian pear or mojito. It uses an Apple liquor, not pear. And there's no sugar or nectar to sweeten it like a true mojito. Also ordered a plum wine but not sure if that's what we got. Couldn't taste the plumb. Tasted just like a Chardonnay. The lettuce leafs served with the lettuce wraps were to small to be used as wraps. We also ordered the chicken wraps but they gave us tofu. They also used far too much water chestnuts and the chestnut flavor overpowered everything. Their fried rice isn't fried rice. It's just white rice soaked in soy sauce. Meanwhile their white rice is gross on it own and needed to be soaked in soy sauce. On the plus side, our server/bartender was fantastic. Chipper, pleasant, accommodating, and she regularly checked on us. When we expressed dissatisfaction with the fried rice she immediately made offers to make it right. She's far too good for P.F. Chang's. Also, the sweet and sour chicken was delicious. Not enough to come back for another visit though. I do t think I ever want to return. read more

You can never go wrong with P.F. Chang's. We came in the evening an hour and a half before close. It was not very busy (did not anticipate it would be either since it was a Tuesday night). We were greeted and seated right away. We ordered appetizers and they came out pretty quick as well. The Mongolian pot stickers are a must. They are so crispy and fresh. The beef was nice and soft and the dipping sauce they come with is delicious. We also got the chicken lettuce wraps and those are always a fun snack. Very crisp lettuce and the filling was warm and toasted to perfection. Their soups are always good. I have never had a bad experience with hot and sour soup. It is also big enough to share and have enough for leftovers. Chang's Spicy Chicken was also breaded to perfection, hot, and fresh. You get the option of white or brown rice or you may upgrade. I got the white rice (you can not ever go wrong with that). Waters were always filled. Waiter check on us a few times. Made small talk. Overall, very great service. Will come back again! read more

I went here for lunch today because it was a nearby lunch option . I'm a pretty big ramen fan so I decided to give the tonkatsu ramen a try. The flavor of the broth was ok, but it was more expensive than other ramen places. Also they charged extra for toppings, eggs, meat, etc. It was also served in a smaller bowl and had less noodles. I ate dinner here on a weekend away and was not impressed. Employees were ignoring us when we walked in the restaurant when we finally talked to a host she said it was 40 minute wait and we waited over an hour. The seating was basically outside in the cold, 30 degree winter. Their heaters only ran for about one minute then shut off and didn't come back on for another five. I had to wear my coat the entire dinner and was still freezing. Their food was barely eatable and bartender was extremely rude. The meal was expensive for very small portions of food. The drinks were disgusting and the waiters were inattentive to tables. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

I always loved PF Chang's. Went way to many times when I lived in Phoenix. Been in Liberty Lake for 4 years and finally went to the one in Spokane Note: I love Chinese food. Tried many places here but never found one that made shrimp with lobster sauce, my all time fav, well enough. PF ChNg did not disappoint. Finally, I know where to get my favorite dish. Plus all the dishes we had were terrific, as was the wonderful friendly service. I love their new "delightful dishes" menu! Everything is under 600 calories, including the Apple Chai Cobbler. I ordered the Hong Kong Style Sea Bass with brown rice and every bite was fantastic. They re-did the lunch menu and it has a good selection of appetizers and wok+1 item lunches. Most lunch items are big enough to get a takeaway bag. I decided to try the delivery option, which was a little bit awkward. Once I was able to put my order, cost about $50, it arrived in about 40 minutes. All good so far. Then I started eating (Mongolian beef, rice, chow mein, sweet and sour soup, lettuce wraps), and it was terrible. This is a very popular restaurant in Spokane and I would 100% recommend this place to everyone! My boyfriend and I went on Valentine's day and I was instantly greeted with a rose. Mongonlian Beef Rice bowl.... Beef was over cooked and leathery, NO sauce meant that the rice was dry (as was the beef) and no sweet/yellow onions - only shallots... Very little flavor to the beef. The only part that was a bummer was the seating we were placed in. It was sort of in the extra seating and didn't really get the atmosphere that I'm used to.
