I felt very safe here and the restrooms and public areas were all being kept very clean. The service was decent, nothing to write home about, but efficient and kind if not solicitous. I am a big fan of their happy hour. They have a lot of great food options, including options to fit dietary needs (i.e. gluten free and veg). They also have great prices on their drinks. They have some cocktails on special, as well as some beers and a few types of wines. Happy hour is especially nice when the weather is good and you can take advantage of their outdoor patio. That said, the inside is well-decorated and feels more upscale than one might expect. The food is consistent, although I wouldn't say it is the best I've ever had. At least you know what to expect. Love this location in downtown Spokandy! Bar seating area is cool and we usually try sitting in there. Sure wish TV's were better though! Service here is always friendly, manager usually says hi. In summers the outside sitting area is fun, especially during big events! Parking around location always a pain in the ass, but we somehow find a spot every time! We are in Spokane for a meeting and were walking downtown. PF Chang's has this patio area that opens into the corner of Post and Main. It was a great spot to watch people and perfect to have a light dinner. We ordered Celia's shrimp dumplings and the tempura shrimp sushi roll. Pictures speak for themselves, the dumplings were small, warm and light. The sushi was perfect, lightly rolled and crunchy. For dinner we had the honey shrimp and long life noodles. We both agreed that the"long life noodles" were the best of the two dishes. This is a great spot to people watch and enjoy the temperate weather. Had an ok experience but underwhelmed. Their Asian pear mojito is not a cocktail I'll ever order again. Not sure how they get away calling it Asian pear or mojito. It uses an Apple liquor, not pear. And there's no sugar or nectar to sweeten it like a true mojito. Also ordered a plum wine but not sure if that's what we got. Couldn't taste the plumb. Tasted just like a Chardonnay. The lettuce leafs served with the lettuce wraps were to small to be used as wraps. We also ordered the chicken wraps but they gave us tofu. They also used far too much water chestnuts and the chestnut flavor overpowered everything. Their fried rice isn't fried rice. It's just white rice soaked in soy sauce. Meanwhile their white rice is gross on it own and needed to be soaked in soy sauce. On the plus side, our server/bartender was fantastic. Chipper, pleasant, accommodating, and she regularly checked on us. When we expressed dissatisfaction with the fried rice she immediately made offers to make it right. She's far too good for P.F. Chang's. Also, the sweet and sour chicken was delicious. Not enough to come back for another visit though. I do t think I ever want to return. read more

You can never go wrong with P.F. Chang's. We came in the evening an hour and a half before close. It was not very busy (did not anticipate it would be either since it was a Tuesday night). We were greeted and seated right away. We ordered appetizers and they came out pretty quick as well. The Mongolian pot stickers are a must. They are so crispy and fresh. The beef was nice and soft and the dipping sauce they come with is delicious. We also got the chicken lettuce wraps and those are always a fun snack. Very crisp lettuce and the filling was warm and toasted to perfection. Their soups are always good. I have never had a bad experience with hot and sour soup. It is also big enough to share and have enough for leftovers. Chang's Spicy Chicken was also breaded to perfection, hot, and fresh. You get the option of white or brown rice or you may upgrade. I got the white rice (you can not ever go wrong with that). Waters were always filled. Waiter check on us a few times. Made small talk. Overall, very great service. Will come back again! read more

I ate dinner here on a weekend away and was not impressed. Employees were ignoring us when we walked in the restaurant when we finally talked to a host she said it was 40 minute wait and we waited over an hour. The seating was basically outside in the cold, 30 degree winter. Their heaters only ran for about one minute then shut off and didn't come back on for another five. I had to wear my coat the entire dinner and was still freezing. Their food was barely eatable and bartender was extremely rude. The meal was expensive for very small portions of food. The drinks were disgusting and the waiters were inattentive to tables. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Tried many places here but never found one that made shrimp with lobster sauce, my all time fav, well enough. PF ChNg did not disappoint. Finally, I know where to get my favorite dish. Plus all the dishes we had were terrific, as was the wonderful friendly service. Then I started eating (Mongolian beef, rice, chow mein, sweet and sour soup, lettuce wraps), and it was terrible. Unless you ask for them. Now they don't assume to give it to you because you'll eat it. They'll dish it out of you ask. check my yelp for the plates we ordered, both very tasty. Just one complaint. The lettuce wraps are one of the best foods I have ever had! Delicious! Vegetarian lo Mein was overcooked and lacked seasoning. Chicken was good. Delivery man was charming and very handsome! Although, I ordered no contact delivery he was wearing a mask. Also very country in sauces! One little thing of chili sauce for two people is not enough. Sat at the bar to finish up some email with a glass of wine then decided to take something to go for the hotel. Based on what I have had before and what I felt would keep best on the drive back I chose Mongolian Beef. I do understand it's hard to get stuff right now with supply chain issues but this meat was just bad. Grisly, chewy along with an oily strange flavor. Came here for happy hour which is Monday thru Friday 3-6. The food is amazingly delicious. Today we had the lettuce wraps, California rolls, egg rolls and the crab wontons. The egg rolls were quite greasy but other than that the other food was great. The lettuce wraps are TO DIE FOR. Seriously good. It wasn't very busy for a Thursday right before hoopfest, the largest 3 on 3 basketball tournament in the world that our city hosts. The service was ok. We ordered spring rolls but our waitress put it in wrong so when the wrong order came out, we told the guy who brought it that we didn't order it (not a fan of spicy tuna roll or I would have just taken the wrong item). When he told our waitress, I could hear her and she wasn't very nice about it. But, whatever. The food was good. Love the outside patio area too.
