Catering Kung Pao Chicken
Eleisha M.

After enjoying an afternoon at the Fox, my nieces and I stopped at here for dinner before going our separate ways. We were hungry...so our order was rather extensive. Our drink choices were a coke, the pomegranate lemonade, and the peach boba. The lemonade and boba will definitely be ordered again - so good. Starters: boa, pan seared dumplings, and Korean cauliflower. All good and would do again. I had previously had Korean cauliflower at Ramsey's Kitchen, this did not compare to that (not as crispy), but still good. The dumplings were fantastic, great dipping sauce. Meals: Kung poa Chicken with white rice, crispy honey with lo mein, and Trio Mangolian dish (chicken, beef, and shrimp) with fried rice. The lo mein was the best side, their noodles were very good. All main dishes were good! The fried rice was off, the table behind us sent their brown rice back because it didn't taste right to them. We couldn't figure out what was off about it. We had attempted to go to Firebirds, but they had a three hour wait. Due to that we ended up at PF Changs having a meal we didn't know we wanted til look we were there. Our waiter, Phil, was getting a run for his money. It picked up after we had been there about ten minutes and he was running between all the tables - but made sure our cups stayed full and our food was delivered hot. Some tables were causing friction, which gave us fodder for entertainment. Be nice folks. Great dinner, better time getting to visit and relax with my nieces.

They've updated their menu. My husband ordered something new, Teriyaki Beef, and said it's the first thing he's really liked. I ordered GF chicken lettuce wraps. They were tasty and the lettuce (butter?) perfectly balanced the flavors of the chicken. Service was good. The restaurant looks a bit worn out, some light bulbs need replaced, but it's still a good place to have a nice meal.

Solid chain restaurant experience. Hostess greeted and seated us quickly. Our server, Isaac, was very friendly. Took our drink orders- weak diet coke mix, btw. Brought drinks and took our food orders. Helped me make sure I ordered the gluten free Mongolian Beef. Food came out quickly, was hot, looked appetizing. My beef had crispy and carmalized edges- tasty. My dining companions both ordered the lettuce wraps - there's a reason there's a copycat version out there in the wild. I realize that I am a "woman of a certain age", but man was it muggy in the restaurant! Hot, humid, no air moving. around.

Haven't been to PF Chang's in a while so decided to give it a try one night out in Saint Charles before movie. Went on a Friday night so it was pretty busy in streets of Saint Charles, but it was easy to find somewhere to park in their lot outside. Our server was nice and pretty efficient. One of our items did come out pretty cold, but they quickly took it back to the kitchen and fix that for us. I appreciate the veggie options for non-meat eaters. The tofu dish was pretty good and flavorful. I also like their pick two meal. I wish there was a little less batter on the green beans as well as maybe some different sauce options. It's a nice spacious restaurant with a nice seating area and plenty of options for larger groups if needed. You can also make reservations online.

My daughter and I had a dinner and movie date night. We went to P.F. Chang's at Streets of St. Charles. They have plenty of parking but it's often crowded because there are so many businesses in the area. They had a nice crowd but we were able to get seated right away. We were pleasantly surprised to see some nice menu changes. They had a dinner for two that you could share starting at around $19.00+. You can also add on items for an additional fee. She had salad, Mongolian tofu. I had soup and crispy honey shrimp. We shared some crispy green beans and Crab Rangoon. We enjoyed our dinner. My soup was barely warm but the server took care of that for me. They had some nice drink offerings but we just drank water. We were too full for dessert. We had a nice evening.

We had a party of 6 for my birthday on Monday September 1st, Labor Day. The service was slow because our server was training a new employee. That was frustrating but understandable. The ambiance was good and classy and the food for the lunch menu was very good and reasonably priced at $12.99 each. It was a pleasant experience. I was appreciative of the free dessert for my birthday. We will be returning soon.

Service was slow considering only 20 people dining ‍ but the food was good... Haven't been to a PF Changs in years..

We throughly enjoyed the Szechuan Wontons- I like them fried better then steamed but both ways are good. Pot stickers were fairly standard but high quality. The lychee Martini is fruity but clean tasting. They have some of the best General Tso chicken I've ever had. The texture of the chicken and breading is perfect. Crispy but not overtly breaded and tender chicken. The sauce is addicting. The willing black pepper beef was savory and peppery exactly was I was looking for. The veggie fried rice has lots of veggies that are perfectly cooked not over done. My the Shaking Beef is beef tenderloin dish comes with a lime wine sauce is very unique and refreshing. The hot chili catfish I highly recommend. I don't know what I expected but it's tender and spicy and savory, I will probably order it every time I go, it's that good! The service is on point. They are friendly, attentive and the food is cooked very quickly. Another plus they are open late! A hard thing to find these days decent food that is open after 8pm is hard to come by. We chatted briefly with Jeff, the owner, and learned a ton about the restaurant's history and re-launch. It's a good sized venue, with great lighting and seating plus excellent service. I would dine here again!

I dropped in on a Saturday evening and ordered the **Shroomed Up** ramen, and it was a ramen masterclass in a bowl. The broth managed to be incredibly rich and deeply savory-sweet all at once, without ever feeling heavy. It was loaded with thick, substantial slabs of mushrooms, tender-cooked bok choy, and the noodles were the star of the show--thick and perfectly cooked to that ideal sweet spot where they aren't too chewy but have zero mushiness. Even with a line stretching out the door when we arrived, the wait wasn't tedious, and we reached the counter reasonably fast. The ordering process is standard counter service, but the staff member who took our order was incredibly nice, polite, and helpful, practically predicting my questions as I was looking over the menu. The same employee even brought our bowls out to us. The space was definitely crowded for a weekend night, but the seat-yourself setup worked out perfectly for the two of us; we still had three tables to choose from. The interior has a great energy with fun, East-Asian and Japanese-themed decor lining the walls. The Breakdown Food Quality: 5+/5 + Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Vibe: 4/5 Quality/Value: 4/5 **Pro Tip:** Don't let a Saturday evening line out the door scare you off! The counter service team moves people through the queue efficiently, and if you are dining in a small group of two, the table turnover is quick enough that you'll still easily find a spot to sit down.

This is the BEST restaurant that I've been to in STL so far!!…read more First, the service was absolutely wonderful. Our server was super nice and knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive to our table. The food was purely amazing: - The Sake Sashimi was absolute chef's kiss (rate: 10/10). The fresh sashimi in the ginger mint sauce left us speechless, the salsa gave a fresh and fruity burst of flavor, and even the fried chips on top had a ton of flavor! - The Isaan Hamachi (rate: 9.5/10) was also a must! I first tried the candied garlic on top, and it was truly sweet with only a hint of garlic. The yellowtail was also super fresh, and the coconut sauce brought out even more flavor from the yellowtail (and masked any fishy taste)! - The Massachusetts Scallops (rate: 9.5/10) was one of the best scallops I've ever had. Topped with crab and combined with the pea puree, everything complemented each other so well. There were only two scallops, but they were large and super filling. - The Shrimp Toasts had layers and layers of flavor (rate: 9/10)! The shrimp was inside of the toast, creating a super umami flavor, and then the light and fruity topping and sauce, along with the thin slice of cucumber, truly made this a party in my mouth. - The Chili Garlic Noodles were super nutty and so good (rate: 8/10)! The noodles were slightly spicier than expected, but the spice was a quick burst of flavor, so the spice didn't overpower the dish at all. The noodles were mixed with vegetables and topped with a crunch - definitely make sure to mix before eating to get the different textures and flavors in each bite! We also got cocktails (Pretty in Pink & Sands in the Sun), and both were really yummy. Last, we got a dessert - homemade ice cream by the Sous Chef that day: soy ice cream with red bean! Flavors were all subtle but together they created such a unique and beautiful end to the meal. Came here for my birthday, and I will certainly be returning!
