Hot & Sour Soup for the table - June 2026
    Diana G.

I visited P.F. Chang's for lunch on a weekend. We ordered Hot & Sour Soup for the table and it was well balanced and tasty. We tried the Sizzling Pork Dumplings and they were delicious, I loved the spicy sauce and presentation! I had the Pepper Steak for my entree and it was well seasoned, the veggies were cooked perfectly, and the sauce paired perfectly with white rice. Overall, I thought the food was good and the ambiance of the restaurant was nice. The booth we sat in was comfortable and spacious. The food seems a bit overpriced, but if you join the P.F. Chang's Rewards program, you get a free edamame every time you dine in and you earn other rewards too.

Giving this pf changs a 3 star out of 5. I love PF Changs and I am a reward member for years. My first time visiting this location. Starting off it was a Sunday and not many people. There wasnt a hostess. I was told I could go to the bar and walk in since I asked. There was a female bartender. She seemed like she didnt either want to work that day or she didnt want to serve me. I asked for a water (I wasnt ordering a juice or a drink , since I needed to rehydrate from the night before). The bartender came back and asked me if I wanted anything else and I said no. Thats when everything changed. She served everyone and had chats with everyone. I made an appetizer order for their brand new Bao. I kept on seeing others around me that placed their food orders get their meals before my appetizer. The bartender remembered about like 20 minutes after ordering and apologized. Same issue happened with my sushi. The time passed and everyone else was getting their food but me. The bartender went to the kitchen and got my plate. Never once was I asked if everything was okay. Instead a male bartender asked for sure. He made my experience pleasant. My server held talks and chats with others. Food was great but I don't think I would return to this location due to the service. I would rather stick to the Durham location which is my favorite . The location was clean and the music was great. Nice to see valet parking sign outside free for pf changs. I didn't try that but would be willing to use that service for the other restaurants at the mall.

P.f.Chang would have been better if my waitress was better. She obviously didn't want to work that day. She didn't come back to our table until it was was time to pay the bill. She grainy card (no ticket in site) ran off charged it and came back. Other than that store was nice and clean. Had to wait expected in Saturday at the mall. Great specials would think about returning..

I had an awesome dining experience at my most recent visit at my favorite PF Chang's! Huge shout out to the manager, Kim for being the most kind and gracious host! Thank You PF Chang's!

We visited on a Thursday evening and made reservations online. The parking lot was packed and we still had to wait to be seated after our reservation time. We had a party of six and I expected to have to wait a while for the food to come out but it arrived pretty quickly. The portions were large and could easily be shared. The kids plate was more like an adult sized. The food was delicious, but soon after we left two people in our party got sick. Overall, I thought the food was great (and wasn't one of the ones that got sick), so I would give it a try again.

We went here on a Saturday night with a reservation and got the chefs meal deal for 2. Starter was steamed dumplings (they were delicious but had a bit of a kick to it!!), one entree was sesame chicken and the other was honey crispy chicken. I loved the honey chicken the best. For starters we split an egg soup (sooooooo good) and salad. Overall, we had a very nice experience. There was even enough leftovers for a whole other dinner the next day.

My mom and I enjoyed our afternoon at Pf Changs. After a short debate, we decided to sit at the bar and hang out with the bartender Megan. I have no idea how she was speaking to guests at the bar and filling so many bar orders. She was very kind, patient, and helpful. We checked out the menu and decided on crab wontons for our appetizer, and then, for our meals, we got the Mongolian beef and beef with broccoli. Both were delicious and were larger than expected, especially for $13 each. I love that there was tons of flavor and the beef, broccoli, and mass amount of fried rice was not overly salty or processed. It tasted real and good, which compared to a lot of other Chinese focused restaurants, this is not the case. Also, I liked that I was able to try the sake before committing. I enjoyed every sip and bite. Minus one star for the huge amount of rice compared to other ingredients. There was barely any beef or broccoli in my dish, and my mom's Mongolian beef was about the same. All rice and no beef or other ingredients. For the price, we were expecting a smaller size, but not fewer other ingredients. We had to buy a bag of broccoli to add to both of our meals.

Definitely make a reservation before you go- this place was PACKED!! A group of us were heading to see Wicked and decided we'd like to dine here first. We were seated almost immediately (within 5 mins of our reservation) and got a bunch of items to share. We had crab rangoon and shrimp dumplings to share (all tasty). Two friends had the Rising Dragon drink which is really fun- it comes with a lid on it and when you remove the lid there is smoke that comes out! For entrees, we tried the sweet and sour chicken, the mongolian beef, honey chicken, and waygu steak. The table's favorite was the mongolian beef followed by the honey chicken. The portions are good- you will not be hungry afterwards! You can pay by phone here too! Your receipt comes with a QR code on it that you can scan and pay- no app needed.

I ordered the lo mein, bamboo flounder fish, and a side of fried rice. Unfortunately, the lo mein was extremely greasy, the fried rice was overly salty, and the shrimp was hard, overcooked and not fresh. When I informed the waiter that I would not be eating the lo mein due to its condition, I was told that I would still have to pay for it and that it did not matter whether I liked it or not. He initially refused to remove the dish from my bill. After eventually taking it off, he told me that he never wanted to see my face again as I was leaving. What disappoints me most is that I genuinely enjoyed this restaurant and had been a repeat customer. The decline in food quality combined with the way my concerns were handled has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Portions are very generous, and we usually have enough leftovers for a complete meal the next day. It can get crowded during peak times, so I highly recommend a reservation. These won-won wonders are tender with a silky-smooth Cream Cheese and Crab filing. Imperial Garden does all the basic Chinese Chicken dishes to perfection. The Hunan Chicken, is slightly spicy and stir-fried with a few vegetables in a savory sauce. My grandkids love the Sesame Chicken). These bite-size chunks of Chicken are coated with a thick, sticky, slightly sweet sauce and liberally coated with Sesame Seeds. Two other favorites are General Tso's Chicken - double fried and sautéed with fresh green peppers in spicy sauce and Empress Chicken - marinated chicken, lightly fried and sautéed with broccoli, baby corn, straw mushroom & water chestnuts. Peking Style dishes are another winner. Whether it's Shrimp. I'd recommend parking a few blocks away and walking if you are unable to find parking nearby. Walking into the restaurant you'll be transported to a modern brewery, bookstore, and flower shop. I then switched to cocktails and ordered the Black Sesame Old Fashioned (bourbon, black sesame, black walnut bitters), the Dionysus (pinot noir, raspberry lemon shrub, chambord, amaretto, lemon, rhubarb bitters), and an aviation (hendricks, luxardo, creme de violette, lemon). By far the Black Sesame Old Fashioned was my favorite and what a nice touch with cracker on top of the dish. For food we ordered the Gai Lan (Stir-fried Chinese broccoli with garlic and oyster sauce), the Peking Duck (Whole, barbecued, free-range duck served with steamed bao buns, cucumber, scallions, and hoisin-honey sauce), Sweet Soy Chicken (Scallions, bell peppers, and caramelized in our ginger soy sauce. Served with jasmine rice), the Lo Mein Noodles (Stir-fried noodles with julienned shiitake mushrooms, choy sum greens, soy sauce, and shrimp), seafood dumplings (Lobster, shrimp, and scallop dumplings served in garlic and black mushroom sauce with fried Youtiao doughnuts), Chicken Curry Bao (Steamed buns filled with spicy yellow chicken and vegetable curry), the Beef with Longhorn Peopers (Sautéed beef, ginger, and longhorn peppers with Shaoxing wine sauce. Served with jasmine rice), the Xiao Long Bao (Steamed crab and ground pork soup dumplings), Nasi Goreng Crab Fried Rice (Traditional Indonesian Chinese fried rice with blue crab meat, Nam Pla fish sauce, house made Nasi Goreng sauce, served in an egg crêpe), and the General Tso's Chicken (Crunchy, sweet, and tangy, Bhavana's General Tso comes with your choice of chicken or tofu tossed in our house-made General sauce and topped with sesame seeds. Thankfully our servers provided some excellent recommendations. The Pork Bao was probably my favorite bite of the night, and may very well have been the best Bao I've ever had. The Lap Cheung Fried Rice was also delicious, and I'm usually not a fried rice person! Also worth mentioning is the Lo Mein, which we ordered with chicken. We didn't stay for dessert, but all of their sweet offerings sounded incredible as well. I did try one of the beers they brew on-site, the Sow.
