Miso Glazed Salmon

Came here for the Valentine's day 5 course dinner. The kitchen was a little backed up because it was so crowded but our waitress/server was amazing. She was super attentive and helpful and kept updating us on the status of our food. All the food was delicious but the restaurant was overly crowded, I think they overbooked. The decor was amazing.

My experience was ok. I love the Mongolian beef and this time it arrived overcooked again...I dint know if it's just changed. The flavor still hits!!! The accidentally served my aureus to the wrong table so I had to ask about it before it arrived. Still will go back. I love their new diner special options on the back of the menu.

Food, tried the new Pepper Chicken., it s a hit! Service, we had Drilla, he was attentive, knowledgeable. Ambiance is , as, always, not quiet and pleasantly lighted,

Visiting Freehold Mall and saw PF Chang's and made a reservation Friday evening. Good timing as within an hour the restaurant was jampacked. WE were served by Kaitlin who was awesome in helping us choose appetizers and main course. She even found out my rewards membership was still active and I have $ to use next visit. For appetizers chicken lettuce wrap, northern style spare ribs (wish they would bring back the salt) and for main course King Pao Chicken and we added shrimp. Served with white rice. Also pomegranate lemonade. Delicious dinner and we left a big tip for Kaitlin.

Love PF Changs, it's part of our Back to School shopping tradition! Had the lettuce wraps, kid Crisoy Honey Chicken and King Pao Chicken & Shrimp.the combo is a $5 up charge, no big deal. The servings are plenty and the service was great, as always! We sat outside because it wasn't too hot and it was perfect out! Nice and quiet.

Stopped in because we were tired of waiting for our reservations in a different restaurant. Great decision! We arrived 30 minutes before closing which we know is terrible but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They also had several tables still eating and still hadn't even ordered so we decided to stay. I ordered the pomegranate lemonade which was really good! I also ordered the chicken and broccoli and a side of white rice. The rice was bland but the chicken and broccoli was good. Service was quick and the waitress was great, if I recall correctly her name was Gabby. Sorry if I got that wrong but she was great!

Good selection of hot food too. The service was quite slow even though the restaurant was empty. It took a while for the sushi to arrive, and by that time, we started feeling full from the appetizers. We knew we were not going to get our money's worth tonight. Towards the end of our meal, we started smelling a poopy stench in the air - yes you heard me, POOPY! It made me completely lose my appetite. I'm so done with sushi buffets...never again :(

The menu was a mix of Japanese and Chinese dishes. Unfortunately they missed the mark on both. At some point, halfway through the meal I thought to myself, wow these flavors are way off, do they even know how to cook or know the flavors that the customers are looking for. (Why would you put wasabi in the bbq squid that comes with teriyaki sauce), to order hibachi you need to order everything separately. The service was kind and attentive but very disorganized even though it was only 2 tables being served. Do NOT order the all-you- can-eat, waste of money, too expensive for the quality and flavor combinations. Only get it if you just want to shovel food down your gastronomical hole. Hate doing poor reviews!!! This is only meant for the owners/managers to take note and fix it all, and create value for the customer.

I thought that was odd but okay. Since I've never frequented this establishment before, I always order the Drunken Tofu Noodle along with curry puffs to see how it is. It's my barometer for judging how they are as a Thai restaurant. The server mentioned their curry puffs contain chicken as an ingredient. I was fine with that. The server boasted that they make it in-house, so I was looking forward to it. After she placed it down and I took my first bite, I was expecting it to be crunchy as it's fried. I was met with it firstly, with it being room temperature. Taking my initial bite, I was disappointed with the lack of crispness. The stuffing inside was also very mushy, and it was supposed to be chicken curry puffs. I was, however, able to taste the curry powder, so that was good. The Drunken Noodle had American broccoli and baby corn in lieu of onions and carrots for vegetables. I was expecting the usual long flat noodles, but the flat noodles appeared to be broken into shorter pieces. At the time of my ordering, I had no idea it didn't come with the standard tofu because they kept asking if I wanted shrimp, chicken, or beef. I was surprised when they upcharged me an extra $2 for the fried tofu. My stomach was bothering me today, so I asked for it to be mild. It definitely took me by surprise as it was spicier than I planned for. It was extremely greasy; however, the taste of chili paste was evident, giving it a good flavor. After finishing up, the employee asked me a couple of times if I desired any dessert, to which both times, I indicated I was quite full, declined, thanked them, and requested the check. I could see the clear disappointment on their face. The ambiance is quite beautiful, and their food was tasty. Being seated at a booth allowed me to feel deliciously isolated and get some reading done.

Two of us ordered the Whole Crispy Red Snapper which our server suggested ordering just one and sharing. We ordered two but it was huge. I really loved their skewered chicken and steak, egg corn chicken soup was PHENOMENAL. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of gluten free options on the menu as well. Will be back!

Beyond the appetizer, the restaurant offered a warm atmosphere and attentive service that made the dining experience even better. The presentation was thoughtful, portions were generous, and the flavors tasted authentic and carefully prepared. Glad I made a reservation via Google Assistant b/c it was a full house plus tons of people waiting (1hr) for their takeout orders. Great sign! We ordered quite a bit for 3 of us b/c we're excited to try them out. We loved them all especially the wontons in the authentic sauce as it should be (not in sesame or peanut sticky sauce), the salt/pepper chicken as how I remembered from back home, the delicious noodle soup with tender beef and tendon, and the flavorful black bean fish. The restaurant is nice and clean. They're busy but the kitchen was pretty quick. The waitress brought out the dish as it's done, not waiting to serve all dishes at once. We actually preferred this way. The wait staff were attentive and friendly. We really enjoy our dinner. It's less than 30 min for us; we will definitely return to try some Sichuan dishes.

Moving onto the actual service, waitress took the alcohol order at the same time as the food order; Boyfriend who used to work in high end food service said it's usually a bad sign. He got the eel dragon and firecracker rolls, I chose the bluefin tuna and salmon nigiri (with one unagi/eel, which I hated) We absolutely devoured our food, which is why there are no pictures attached to the review. The salmon was so buttery smooth, and the tuna was so meaty and flavorful, I ordered an extra helping as sashimi! IT IS THAT GOOD! The sushi is fresh and tasty, we enjoyed the seared scallop appetizer. My sushi (Tiger roll) was magnificent. Taka has a vast menu with many options from appetizers to specialty sushi options. They provide alcoholic and non alcoholic mocktails for those of us not interested in consuming liquor.....the mocktails are fantastic. The only thing that made me rate 4 instead of 5 stars was the staff needs a bit of work on serving. We ordered an appetizer and were also given two additional small plates since we were sharing this item. When we were done with the appetizer our specialty sushi plates were bought out and the same server left the three empty plates from the appetizers on the table instead of removing them. Dessert was absolutely decadent and moist (I omitted the whipped cream since I don't like it) but the shortcake was perfect without it. I look forward to returning to Taka and trying more items on the menu.
