Great buffet for a reasonable price. Went here on a Saturday night with a party of 8 and it was super busy. First time going for dinner and was so surprised how busy it was. There was a line out the door of people waiting for a table. All food items were fresh and seasoned well. There wasn't anything that was overly salty or over seasoned. Great variety of items from seafood, to sushi, to French fries and chicken nuggets. They also have a soft serve machine that actually works!! The restaurant was a little worn, but clean. For example, plates are all chipped, but washed. Staff removed dishes from tables quickly and filled drinks. As for the food, it was just ok. This buffet was surprisingly very good! I wasn't expecting much due to the generic name, and it being in a bit of a older shopping center. The restaurant was clean but hadn't been updated in awhile. However, the food selection was on par with or better than most Chinese buffet. And the taste was well above average for similar restaurants. I have been going to tis buffet since before 2010. It is near Middletown NJ and I meet a friend there throughout. i was disgusted by the service of the food. We were there for dinner on a weeknight. They purposely did not allow to the customers more than one spare rib. When I went to get ribs, there was only one rib remaining. the worker held onto the replacement and did not refill until I left. then she only placed two ribs in the buffet. That was ridiculous. The place is spotless and very clean. They were continually cleaning floor, tables and surroundings while we were there. They are following covid safety regulations. Its still an all you can eat buffet but now they have a server with gloves and a mask serve the food to you at the buffet stations. I actually prefer it this way. Food is fresh. They have everything! They had crab legs that they refilled 2-3 times while I was there but some people were savage and would basically empty the entire tray on their own plate. We have been going there for quite some time and then we stopped about a year ago. I forget exactly why, I know we had a bad experience. Now, they seem to have new management and I can highly recommend this buffet. Prices ( $15-$19) are very good along with attentive and friendly service and good selection. Food is constantly refreshed; table places are cleaned after every customer , especially since there are a lot of families..... with kids who make a mess in the dining room and restrooms.
