Today was my first time here, but not my last. My daughter brought me here for a birthday dinner and I came in not feeling very well, we picked a high top in the bar area and I am glad we did because Kerri (hope I spelled it right) was our bartender/server and she was one of the best I have ever had anywhere. My daughter and I both work in the food and beverage industry and we noticed how laid back & professional she was.. quick witted, and bubbly and made the best drinks. Came with friends for a quick lunch. Our server, Marcus, was very attentive to our table. Hubs ordered the Miso Glazed Salmon. He said the salmon was cooked to a nice medium temperature (his preference), but the bok choy was under done. The leaves were wilted, but the stem was still too raw for consumption. Tot had the kids Lo Mein with carrots. She ate about half the plate before being full (yay for to go boxes). I sampled a small bite and it was well seasoned. I ordered the Beef Sichuan with brown rice. The beef was slightly crisp with a nice heat to it. Loved the crisp slices of celery and shaved carrot. I did not like that my serving was hiding by a small mountain of green onions. I love green onions, but it was a lot. We also shared an appetizer of crab wonton that were very yummy. Nice crisp exterior, good plum sauce, subtle crab taste on the inside. All in all a good meal and great service. read more

What can you say? It's PF Chang's. They were out of Tam's Noodle, which made me sad, but the food was otherwise okay and I ate leftovers for two nights. Service was attentive but forgetful; I had to ask three times for my coffee at the end and it was awful coffee too. Just standard, nothing else to say. read more

At PF Chang's. not only did they tell us a 30 min wait when it ended up to be an hour they also wouldn't let us take the stroller in and had said we couldn't do reservations but when we asked about the wait were told there were reservations ahead of us. Service was at an all time low - server was distracted and scattered all over dining room. She was interrupted by another server when talking to us and acted almost matter of fact to being cut off by another server. Summer Shandy drink was watered down lemonade and the dishes were overly garnished with green part of onion.....and two of dishes were cold by the time they arrived at our table. Pretty standard PF Changs! Awesome food, good drinks, and if you get their early than a pretty good happy hour! MY husband and I like to do the menu for 2 so we get an appetizer, 2 soups, 2 entrees and 2 desserts. Pretty good for $40! Pathetic. I ask specifically for for my meal a certain way clearly and simple. The cook screwed it up and jacked it up more when asked to fix it. I told the server to not even bring me another dish. This used to be our favorite place in Augusta, but after the bad service we had today, we've changed our minds. We had been going to this location for many years and never had this kind of experience. We sat at the empty bar at about noon, ordered appetizers and standard entrees (sushi roll and Mongolian beef lunch specials) and we got our beverages. I got my appetizer and my wife got nothing.... we waited another 30 mins and they brought out my entree but still absolutely nothing for my wife..... including no explanation. We asked for the check for the food and drinks we'd consumed, and got up to leave. Four other diners came into the bar area after us, but got their food orders within minutes. The bartender/server gave us some major attitude, with no explanations or apologies. We were so disappointed, and talked with the manager. To his credit, he explained that they had a lot of new hires, apologized,and gave us a gift card plus comped our drinks and my appetizer. Highly unlikely we'll return to that location for at least a few months. They need to get their act together. read more

Wow the worse order so far from Chang's. Food was cold, missing an order of egg rolls($7.00) no soy sauce, no chilies oil, no fortune cookies order extra chicken in the kung pao I am sure it was not extra the dish was maybe half full another ($2.50). I travel a lot for work and this is the worst P.F. Chang's I have ever received food from. It's as if the staff just has no sense of service or pride in what goes out the pass or the door. They have plenty of drink options! The only let down for me is that It's better to go with a big group then on a dinner date and sometimes the wait can be really long because most of the people that go are in big groups and like to chat for 30 minutes after they're done with dinner. We stopped in for a quick bit to eat for lunch and it was pretty good. I have never been to a PF Chang's before so I cannot compare it to other ones. We had the lettuce wraps and steamed dumplings for an app and both of them were very good!! You definitely need to try the lettuce wraps. The waiter came over and made some special sauce that we used on the lettuce wraps and it was pretty awesome. For the main dishes we ordered Chang's spicy chicken, Mongolian Beef and chicken Lo Mein. The Mongolian beef was great! It was very tender and very tasty!! The Lo Mein was also very good, it had a bunch of chicken in it and tasted good. The spicy chicken was good, but was not spicy at all, it had more of a sweet taste to it. It was good but I was hoping for a lot more spice ( actually I would have settled for a little spice) The white and brown rice that come with the main dishes was good. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I went with a group of 5 and we had over an hour wait to get our food and when we finally got it two of the plates were cooked wrong and tasted absolutely disgusting. Ours wasn't too great either and the portions were small. We had a manager over twice and she wasn't apologetic. She was willing to recook one of the meals but at that point we just wanted to leave. I have eaten at P.F. Chang's all over the US with excellent service. However I have sat here for 15 minutes with staff walking all around and no one came to serve me. Finally the lady that sat me came and ask if I had been helped and took my order. The waitress that took my order brought my drink sat it down and never said a word. I normally avoid chains, but this one exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service! I love how they have someone specifically assigned to taking to-go orders. No waiting on hold for someone to come to the phone. The lady who answered my call was extremely personable and thorough (even tried to upsell me, which I can certainly appreciate the effort). Food was ready right when they said it would be and everything was correct. The food was also very good! Also, when I called customer service to see how much was on a gift card I had, I got to talk to an actual person right away (not an automated system). I would definitely eat here again! read more

Food was excellent, however the welcome and the service did not do justice to the brand. Here is my wife review: Wow! Was I ever surprised and disappointed. I booked a reservation for Chinese new year with friends expecting a lively evening of celebration. The front desk handed me a plastic disc of which I wouldn't touch and told us to wait with a group of clearly unwashed people. We finally got to a table. No one knew anything about the Chinese new year. The food and our table were fine. However the service was abominable. The server brought me a glass with my lime inside of the glass and I asked for it to be put on a side plate.he just reached into the glass with his hand and took out the lime and handed it to me. We did not have any napkins or silverware until after appetizers and after our main dishes arrived. When we ordered dessert we asked for the table to be cleared three times. This was my first at this PF Chang's. Once seated, we were asked for our drink order, which was brought promptly. The appetizer (lettuce wraps) and soup came at the sometime, which over crowded the table. The wonton soup came with a single shrimp and wonton and was ok, but the lettuce wraps were great. Now for the entrees, both beef dishes were kinda tough, shrimp was covered in a catsup sauce and shrimp were not fresh, the spicy chicken was a mixture of fresh and old chicken - very noticeable and then the Pad Thai was bland. Service was average to good, but unfortunately the hype of PJ Chang's in Augusta is not at the same level at he one in Orlando. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

First time visiting! Super impressed! Fabulous waitstaff very attentative but not annoying, lol! I have food allergies and our server and the manager actually brought me a food matrix that explained throughly what foods could be dangerous for me! Wow! That never happens! The atmosphere was regal and relaxing! Nice aviance! Tons of people but it was surprise quiet, children were there but even they were seated and quiet instead of running all over the place, lol! Super classy! And now for the big finish.. the food oh my goodness! The taste, quality and speed were stupendous! Appetizers delish! And the portions, oh my goodness food for days!! We have dined at other great Asian inspired places, but let me tell you this one is now ranked high in our top 5! Tied with our fav place Miyabi's! Oh and let me not forget, short wait time, even on prom weekend! And even friendly hostesses! They smiled when we entered and left! Who could ask for anything more!!! Totally coming back! read more

I don't know what it was about this particular PF Changs but the food was just not up to par. Granted we ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad and Chicken Fried Rice. However, these are simple dishes that shouldnt be hard to make and make it taste good for that matter. I asked the server for the dressing on the side for the salad, buuuut, it was already tossed in. I didn't want to fuss so I said it was okay (as he remembered later). The dressing was bland and made the whole salad just bland in goop. The fried rice was even more bland!! No flavor whats so ever! I added some hot sauce to add some in, however that was major fail as well. It was overwhelmingly salty and I barely could even finish it. The up side, the server gave us $10 gift certificates each ($20-as tribute to 10 years or something of that matter). IF we ever decide to go back, we are certainly using those and will NOT be ordering the same thing. Chains are just SO bad sometimes!! :( read more
