My favorite was the broccoli casserole and my family raved about the ham and sweet potato casserole. His signature smoked turkey and banana pudding were also a hit. The quality of the food was only rivaled by the level of service. Paul cooked everything Thanksgiving morning and delivered it hot and ready to serve for our early lunch. I think he mentioned he had been up since 4am preparing food for us and others! Amazing food, amazing service. We cannot wait to have him cater our next event.
