The table station presentations and food were professionally done. The food was tasty and had good flavors... However, the caterer needs to label their stations for the foods and sauces so guests know what they're eating.... I noticed the carving station server continually having to name all the various sauces to each person. And I had no idea what I was eating in most of the chafing dishes. Overall the food was delicious for feeding over 300 guests! CON ------- Staff could have been a little more attentive in clearing off plates and cups. As for the food, most was palatable... I pretty much liked everything except for the tough prime rib (carving table ) - maybe it was my cut... and I ordered it rare... hmmm... and the sushi presentation was just okay.
