I must say that I was VERY impressed for two reasons: the staff was so kind, patient and concerned about the well-being of my affair AND the food was unbelievable! They specialize in southern cuisine and I must say everything was true to highly experienced southern cooks! Everyone raved about the food and it was a great sigh of relief to have a successful catering experience. I still think about how tender their meat was and how everything was seasoned so well.
