Angel was my rep again and when I went to test drive the vehicle I was going to purchase, I asked him if I could take it to a mechanic to get it inspected. He didn't hesitate to approve this, which shows how ethical they are as a dealership! The day after the purchase, however, the check engine light came on. I took it to the repair shop first to get the code pulled and then called and talked to Steve at Greg Chapman. He told me to bring it in and they were able to fix the two issues that pulled up right away. Not only this, but they noticed the navigation system was wired in a way that would drain my battery, so they re-wired it to prevent that from happening again. All in all, I had a great experience with the first vehicle and I had a great experience with this one! I'm grateful for their in-house financing more than anything. Highly recommend.

We are at 6 months of owning the vehicle and it had completely died on us. So what this dealership does is take majority junkers and cover the problems and hand them off. i Side this 6 months we have dropped a little over 5k out of pocket on this vehicle. we paid 25k for it. By the time the truck is paid off at this rate, this vehicle will have been purchased for as much as a brand new truck. Please don't go here. Way to big of a gamble.

I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie.
