My name is Sherri Lombardo and I just want to say the sales counselor jimmy his number is 9235 made my experience incredible. As I walked in the door on June 23rd 2016 I was already frustrated at another establishment which is named Best Buy who were of no help. My refrigerator broke two days ago in this horrible heat n Best Buy promised they would be able to have the model I wanted and delivery on a sat. Which is very convenient bc it is me and my husbands only day off from work. However they did not pull through so I literally walked across the street to P. C. Richards n went to the appliances section where I met JiMmy. Who from the start helped me find the exact model n made sure it was in stock which it was. N he matched the price best buy offered me n made sure I would have delivery by sat. What was even better I only had a certain amount of money with me n I was 2 dollars short. This man went above and beyond n put in his own two dollars to make sure I wouldn't leave that store unsatisfied. My husband n I will see be returning n purchasing more at ur store. Thank you again jimmy u saved us big time and relieved a lot of stress this was being caused by this unfortunate event. PC RICHARD STANDS ALONE. NO REASON TO DEAL WITH ANYONE ELSE. SERVICE: A +++++++ SALES: A +++++++ CUSTOMER SERVICE: A +++++++ I have been a customer of PC Richards for years and this past month solidifies the reason. I had a major / minor issue with a GE appliance I bought last month. However GE will not allow PC Richards to service their products. Three different technicians (morons) came to my house to correct the issue. Engineers in Ohio were contacted, all were complete morons. I called PC Richard and they were going to swap out the appliance for me over riding GE. However they sent one of their (PC Richard) repair techs out first to look at the situation. First thing the Tech said when he walked in the door was "That's not right" when he looked at the issue. Less than 5 minutes later it was corrected beyond my satisfaction. Perfect, no need to swap out the appliance. The PC Richard Tech should be promoted. The BEST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE... We need to keep a Company like this on Long Island. * This is a very long story, PC Richard was absolutely the best in dealing with it. Want the long story? send me an email. We went here to get a tablet, it was my Mother's Day gift. We had a really friendly sales associate come up to us and ask if we needed help. It was such a nice change, usually you have to hunt down an associate for help at other stores! I didn't want to get an expensive tablet, I mainly wanted it to use for e-books, maybe surfing the web. The sales associate didn't try to pressure us into buying a more expensive one. He actually helped us pick out one to meet our needs, it was actually on sale and below the budget we were expecting to pay! The associate was the one to point it out to us, explaining all of the features and was extremely knowledgeable. I love it when a business employs associates that are actually there to really help customers, not try to pressure them into breaking their budget or getting a product they don't need; it's refreshing and guarantees I will be back to give them more of my business. read more

Great experience throughout the entire process.....our salesman Tom M. was knowledgeable about the products we were interested in, and took the time to explain each item before we made our final choice. It was refreshing to feel like someone cared that we were getting the right thing, and was not just trying to sell us something. With our purchase we were able to take some things home with us, while others needed to be delivered. There was great communication and our appliances were delivered by professionals, they were clean and made sure everything was there and worked before they left. P C Richards no longer support their written guarantees. I bought a mattress about 2 years ago and the middle of the bed collapsed making it unusable without breaking your back. It was seldom used in the guest room. Over the years I have spent tens of thousands of dollars and now they won't honor their written guarantee. I contacted the store and they told me to contact the manufacturer, Sterns and Foster but I told them I bought the bed from P C Richards and my receipt even says "10 years non pro-rated, 10 years FULL WARRANTY"!!! DO NOT SHOP THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE NO LONGER DEPENDABLE OR HAVE ANY INTEGRITY! read more

I recently bought a Kitchen Aide microwave form the Stony Brook P.C. Richards. The process took some time, but the exceptional service I received is worth mentioning. Quirky... So my central Air decided to give up, and the first night we slept in various different rooms. Not Good. Went to my local PC Richard in Patchogue, Store was extremely clean, and was welcomed by a very knowledgeable enthusiastic sales person. Left with a Quirky AC made by GE.
