I waited weeks to write this review because I wanted to give this company every opportunity to make…read morethings right before posting publicly. I purchased their "screened" top soil, and it was absolutely terrible quality. The soil was full of debris, rocks, and material that clearly was NOT properly screened. It created a huge amount of extra work and frustration. I called multiple times trying to speak with the owner. Every time I was told he was "out on job sites," which I understand can happen. I continued calling every few days just trying to resolve the issue professionally. Eventually I was met with attitude, hung up on, and then they proceeded to block my calls entirely. I rarely write reviews, but buyers beware. This company does not care about customer service and they DEFINITELY do not properly screen their top soil. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

Unfortunately, we were not pleased with the local options in Florida and many were limited in height of the tree we desired. But upon contacting Russ with CLASSILK, he was very accommodating, knowledgeable and creative in helping design our tree from afar. Through talking over the phone, seeing pictures of our space and electronic communication, Russ was able to take our vision and desire for the artificial 10' tree and create it in his space in New York. Was shipped to us very quickly (New York to Florida) after completion and, then Russ provided a personalized tutorial via video call to help us set up and shape our tree properly. Forever grateful that we found such an accommodating company that is passionate about their craft, supremely talented and provides personalized service. Contact Russ at CLASSILK DESIGN. You will not be disappointed.

Not only does this place have everything one would need but the owners are some of the friendliest, welcoming people we've ever dealt with. My husband just completed his first large flower bed design and says the fantastic advice and amazing service Lance and Dana gave us made all the difference and is truly appreciated. We can't wait to do more projects and buy more beautiful plants and flowers. Thank u both so much for everything we'll see ya again.

She likes a modern look with clean straight lines while I prefer the old world look with the curves of Chippendale or even Queen Anne style. We decided to draw a sketch of what we wanted combining both of our tastes into one design. After searching all over, not finding anything remotely similar to what had drawn out, we knew that it would have to be custom made. We had a few estimates from other custom furniture makers and this guy was alittle cheaper then the other guys so we decided to go with him. The owner himself came and measured the area and built the perfect wall unit/entertainment unit for our living room. Both my wife and I would definately recommend this guy!
