We were told we would get a phone call from repair dept within 5 minutes.....no call. Contacted sales person Sandra who told me she would call me back as soon as she had a chance....no call! Repair dept came and fixed 1 side table, could not fix the other. We were told they would replace with a new sofa, delivery guys came with new part of sofa, not a complete replacement. Delivery guys seemed to have problems putting it together, when done, side table crooked again and the whole couch wobbled, probably because it was assembled wrong.The pattern of the 2 different pieces of the sectional also did not match, they had different patterns . We were contacted by service dept and now were told they were out of stock and would not be getting anymore in.......Contacted sales person Sandra again via text to tell her the entire order was being returned. Now we received a call back more than likely because her commission was going to disappear. She told us she would check this out and get back to us immediately....guess what....no call back. We are now shopping for a new outdoor set, from a more reputable store now doubt. All of this with paying for their so called white glove service.....steer clear of Bobs and salesperson Sandra!

The whole Garden Center sits on a 1.2 to 1.5 or 57,000 square foot plot selling hard to find items that one would never see at Home Depot nor Lowes. *Large Parking Lot *The grounds clean, shelf items organized, cashiers eager to help you. Main building open and airy with a huge skylight allowing for plenty of natural lighting. *Property consists of 4 main buildings each dedicated to their own service of sales. Even though our purchase was small and our stay was brief, this Garden Center actually made for a lasting impression of quality on us. Was able to find 2 amazing looking and feeling rugs (that come in multiple sizes) at good sale prices that will be directly delivered to our home via FedEx carrier. While there also came across a beautiful lamp and vase. The lamp will also be directly delivered to the house and vase we were able to take home. The sales associate that assisted us was Albert. He is a kind seasoned salesman that was never pushy, just very informative and knowledgeable of current deals and discounts, and helped navigate us to what we were looking for. He did run into some tablet connection issues when processing our order, but stayed calm and cool while troubleshooting, even bringing a floor manager in to aid forward when it was still failing him. They made us aware of recent software updates the chain recently had, and quickly pivoted to complete the transaction successfully. I highly recommend and will continue to come to this location for future upcoming needs.

What great customer service, blame it all on the customer. We did some research and found that a few of my friends loved the guys from Automatic Sprinkler Corp and while they are based in Long Island they work all over the New York Metropolitan area. We did get some estimates from different companies and found that some companies do not get permits and can do the job for less dollars but when you go to sell your house, you'll have problems! We went with Automatic and each year I am happier! Our lawn looks green and plush and my tomatoes and flowers look awesome but the best part is these guys are very reasonable. The initial cost was much less than we thought we'd have to spend and having the guys come and check our system in the spring ( to turn on the system) mid summer ( to make sure the sprinklers aren't buried under our bushes ) and in the fall ( to turn off and make sure all the lines are working efficiently ). I feel like we have enhanced our value of our home and don't have to work so hard to keep my landscape looking great. Also the sprinklers go on in the middle of the night when no one will get wet walking to the train and the water pressure is strong! Even if you have another company who installed your sprinkler, you should consider switching to these guys to do the servicing!
