I am a first time home owner and from up north so im not too familiar with swamp coolers. My swamp cooler burst a line and had water gushing through pretty quickly. I called a company i had used one time and was very happy with their work but this company, Oz heating amd cooling beats them by a mile and then some. The first company fixed the problem but then I realized I needed to get both coolers winterized so this doesn't happen again. I asked if they covered the coolers and was told they didn't. Lucky for me, Hector from Oz heating and cooling came by and worked on both coolers and covered them both. He also showed me where the swamp coolers water line was located. I never knew the location until today so I'm also happy to know about that. I am very happy to have done business with Oz and also found their diagnostic fee is 160 dollars LESS than the other company I had just used to fix the burst water supply line. This is now my FIRST choice for HVAC problems. I live in a large community and we have a FB group and sometimes go on there to get recommendations when we have any types of home problems. I Knew Hector ( the owner ) from his previous job where he did amazing work and was a very well respected as a technician. When he started his own company ( OZ heating and cooling LLC ) I was very excited to have him replace my entire HVAC system, both upstairs and downstairs and I was not disappointed. Hector came himself and with his crew they finished the job of BOTH floors in one day ! The price quote for both Trane units was several thousands less per unit than the nearest competitor. Hector does the work himself with his crew so you know any job will be done correctly when the owner is on site working. All in all It was a pleasure to have Hector and OZ LLC complete such a large job on a 4000sq ft home in such a timely and professional way. His pricing was straight forward and easy to understand, His communication was excellent every step of the way and his men professional, polite and skilled. My family was home the entire time and all the men were very considerate to our family as they did there work.
