The first company fixed the problem but then I realized I needed to get both coolers winterized so this doesn't happen again. I asked if they covered the coolers and was told they didn't. Lucky for me, Hector from Oz heating and cooling came by and worked on both coolers and covered them both. He also showed me where the swamp coolers water line was located. I never knew the location until today so I'm also happy to know about that. I am very happy to have done business with Oz and also found their diagnostic fee is 160 dollars LESS than the other company I had just used to fix the burst water supply line. This is now my FIRST choice for HVAC problems. I live in a large community and we have a FB group and sometimes go on there to get recommendations when we have any types of home problems. I was away on business, when one of the AC's in the house stopped working. My Guy Cooling responded instantly and Garrett, was able to come out very next day. Arrived on time, met my wife at the house, got to work on diagnostic of the AC.
