Every bite was creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really stood out, though, was the service. My son was talking through what he wanted, and Chris overheard and offered him a taste. He even let me sample my flavors too -- all done with a smile and genuine pride in his creations. That kind of personal touch makes the experience extra special. The promotions they have are really good. For Halloween they gave out Lil' chip cookies to anyone in costume. The Lil' chip seems to be about 3/4 the size of a full sized cookie. You also get a free cookie on your birthday when signing up for their loyalty program. I usually take advantage of the uber eats BOGO offer or the BOGO off on the chip city app (usually Wednesdays). At that point, it was clear the cake was also missing the agreed‑upon decorations. I spoke directly with the manager, who then denied ever agreeing to include the Spiderman eyes, despite having reviewed and approved the design earlier. Most concerning, my husband later observed the manager alter the photo on her phone, removing the decorations we had discussed. Additional requested decorations were also not put on the cake. It has now been weeks, and no one has followed up, despite being told the owner would contact me. For the price and the importance of the occasion, this level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and dishonesty is unacceptable.
