The dispacther walked me through sending over a driver to jump start my car and if that didn't work, then the driver would tow my car to the dealership. Payment was done over the phone and I only had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. I would say that for the level of service, and just down right good communication with the dispatcher, along with the convenience of only having to wait 15 minutes, $100 for the jump start was worth it.

Castro's gave us the total fee during our phone call. They took only 45 minutes to arrive after we called. In comparison, after 4.5 hours on two different holds with GEICO, GEICO had not acquired a tow truck for us. GEICO's towing service is a waste of your time and your money. Meanwhile, Castro's was careful with the front apron on my daughter's SUV, so that it was not scraped as her SUV was towed onto the tilt-bed. The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility.
