Thank you Dallas Discount Towing and thank you Omar, so much, for taking care of business and getting me back in business. I was happy to pay more for the crucial service that I needed because I couldn't be more pleased! With dependability being so scarce these days, I was almost happy to blow out my tire and have the experience I did with Dallas Discount Towing, and Omar. It was refreshing. Immediately after ending the call, my son contacted me to let me know he could help us instead. Within approximately three minutes of placing the order, I texted the company back to cancel the request before any driver had been dispatched or services provided. To my surprise, I was informed that I would still be charged a 50% cancellation fee. I explained that only a few minutes had passed since placing the order and that no actual service had been performed. Despite this, they still processed the charge. Charging customers a substantial cancellation fee within minutes of booking, especially when no tow truck was dispatched, and no services were rendered, feels extremely unfair and misleading. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company and would encourage others to carefully review their business practices before using their services.

This vehicle was towed to/from the same places less than a week earlier for $120. It was a basic tow then so I'm not sure what was not basic about it with this particular company.
